For my blood draw, the nurse (or whatever she was) put the needle in and it was very painful. But no blood because she missed the vein. So she had to do it again in. Another very painful stab and another miss. The third time she finally hit. Each time it was like a hot poker stabbed into my arm. That was the most painful blood draw that I had ever experienced. Afterwards my arms had huge bruises on them and the pain stayed for several days.

My first time at Labcorp. My wife Susan was here last month and admired how friendly and clean it was while having blood tests completed. I was presently surprised when I arrived the staff were professional, happy and pleasant to enteract with while checking me in. Plenty of room. I had an appointment and was seen immediately. My favorite professional was Yesenia. Drawing blood is something I have to do monthly and Yesenia was the best. No pain and completely made we relax while the process of drawing 4 bottles of blood. Use them again for blood work only this time I had an appointment and I was taken in on time and was in and out in 10 minutes.

From the moment I arrived, Diane greeted me with warmth and professionalism. There was an issue with lab orders that had not been received from my doctor's office -- something that easily could have been frustrating or dismissive. Instead, Diane calmly worked through it with me. She helped me email over documentation, ensured everything was properly received, and guided the process with patience and kindness. During what could have been a stressful situation, she treated me with compassion and respect. Alex was equally incredible. She spoke to me like a human being -- not just a patient in a queue -- and showed remarkable patience and empathy throughout the entire appointment. She carefully reviewed my tests, manually entered several exams that required extra attention, and even contacted my doctor's office to make sure everything was correct. That level of thoroughness is rare. There were a few tests that couldn't be completed during my visit because I didn't have everything required. Instead of making that feel like a failure or inconvenience, Alex and Diane clearly explained next steps and set me up for success so I can return prepared. For the first time in a long while, I'm actually looking forward to returning rather than dreading it -- which says everything about how I was treated. Healthcare environments can often feel rushed and transactional. This experience was the opposite. Diane and Alex exemplify professionalism, compassion, and patient-centered care at its best. If management happens to see this: you have two exceptional team members at this location. Their work truly makes a difference. Thank you both for turning what could have been an overwhelming appointment into a positive and empowering experience. A bright spot in a cloudy week!

First time getting bw there. There was no one in the place. I signed in the the lab worker…read moreeventually came out. Told me I should make an appointment...but she'd take me this time. WTF? There was nobody there! Then I stopped in at 238pm to pick up a stool sample kit. Again nobody in the place. Same lab worker came out, I showed her my paperwork, she said she just started her break, I could wait or come back. Seriously, no one in the place, how long would it take to reach in a cupboard and get a stool kit. Terrible terrible terrible. ..or they need more than one person running this place. -5
