Every single interaction with a staff member has been phenomenal. The people working there are all professional, caring and compassionate. They get the job done quickly and effortlessly, even easing the terrible anxiety I have of anything medical related. There was one time they gave me the wrong stool sample kit. Within an hour they called me to let me know, corrected the problem and were nice and apologetic about it. They allowed me to pick up the correct kit the following day since I wouldn't have been able to make it back there by closing time. From the moment I arrived, Diane greeted me with warmth and professionalism. There was an issue with lab orders that had not been received from my doctor's office -- something that easily could have been frustrating or dismissive. Instead, Diane calmly worked through it with me. She helped me email over documentation, ensured everything was properly received, and guided the process with patience and kindness. During what could have been a stressful situation, she treated me with compassion and respect. Alex was equally incredible. She spoke to me like a human being -- not just a patient in a queue -- and showed remarkable patience and empathy throughout the entire appointment. She carefully reviewed my tests, manually entered several exams that required extra attention, and even contacted my doctor's office to make sure everything was correct. That level of thoroughness is rare. There were a few tests that couldn't be completed during my visit because I didn't have everything required. Instead of making that feel like a failure or inconvenience, Alex and Diane clearly explained next steps and set me up for success so I can return prepared. For the first time in a long while, I'm actually looking forward to returning rather than dreading it -- which says everything about how I was treated. There was nobody there! Then I stopped in at 238pm to pick up a stool sample kit. Again nobody in the place. Same lab worker came out, I showed her my paperwork, she said she just started her break, I could wait or come back. Seriously, no one in the place, how long would it take to reach in a cupboard and get a stool kit. Terrible terrible terrible. ..or they need more than one person running this place. -5

It only seemed like it because when your in a lot of pain waiting to get an Xray.... every second feels like a a minute. The waiting room is really small. Though, I do believe its X-ray only. So, if you need just an Xray, this is probably a best one to come to.

It only made my life worse my pain level higher my anxiety higher and it just really sucks because these are lives we are messing with and that we are working with here and it's not something that's a game and it's not something to be taken lightly so the fact that I have to Now call off of work to get into an appointment for further testing I'm going to say it again further testing because whomever was doing the exam didn't catch it initially when I believe she should have. I didn't feel like I was being hurt I didn't feel like I was a patient that they truly cared about and that they wanted to really care for and I'm sick of feeling like that and I'm sick of being brushed off and I'm sick of doctors thinking they know more than me when in all reality I know my own body doctors know the science behind the way the human body functions but they don't know what I go through everyday and they don't know how I feel and they don't know what I know works. I guess I waited about an hour which wasn't bad for the morning time and the amount of people that were there. As soon as I got called, I was taking in and my blood was drawn immediately. I wish I knew the name of the technician. She was so sweet we had a great time talking. Afterwards I had to have an x-ray and there was nobody in their imaging center and they took me right away. All in all making an appointment is probably better but walking in was great for me too. I recommend.
