I waited a month, drove about 55 minutes to get to the office, and was thoroughly disappointed. Not only had they not booked me a physical (and not communicated that) but I was told that I had to boil my questions down to two concerns as they wouldn't have time to address more than that. The nurse practitioner seemed combative and rude. I was never visited by Dr Jones-Poland. I felt entirely uncared for and decided not to continue my care there, so now I have to start all over again and find someone new. :/

I was called by the office staff to come in for a follow up from the ER after a serious dog bite. The doctor was not available, as usual. The nurse practitioner told me that she wouldn't look at it the wound because they had no bandages in the medical office! She just typed on her computer without even looking at me. From the look of her very long green fingernails, she is not doing any hands on patient care. It was a complete waste of my time. I guess they called me in so thy could bill medicare. Didn't seem to care one bit about me or the wound on my hand.

When I called, they sent me four prescriptions - no discussion whatsoever on what else could be done, what the causes were, what side effects may be. Horrific. We have limited choices and I have been seeing Eva for well women which was fine as long as nothing was wrong, now that something is, no one will return my calls, I can't get another appointment for months, my prescription (a different one) can't get refilled. Just a lack of care.

This Doctor has a very soft spoken kind tone in his voice and I felt heard about my medical concerns. Highly recommend, my family is also seen by this Doctor. His staff was wonderful, great with children, my 3 year old is scared of doctors but loved his personality. I trust his medical expertise and his staff is absolutely fantastic.

If you ask to talk to anyone else she hangs up on you. Then you have to leave a message. Be prepared to be in the office for over an hour. If your appt is 9:00 am they will bring you back at 9:30 and you wait till 10 in a room for the Dr to see you. The lady that does the referral to a specialist is on it. She gets things into the insurance quickly and you get in. Over all it is an ok office. Just stay away from Vanessa.

Dr. Agarwal took care of me there and told me to make an appointment for 7-10 days after I left the hospital for a checkup. I had been calling for days but I believe I must have been calling the wrong location. Yesterday (Monday) I called in the morning and a receptionist said they could get me in at 11:50am. I took the appointment. Just as in the hospital, I could hear Dr. Agarwal's voice from outside my room. She has a very pleasant attitude and I really can't help but smile when I hear it. I somehow just know that she had my best interest and the interest of all of her patients. This woman is an incredibly kind, caring and intelligent woman. I'm very grateful I received her care in the time of need.
