This is the nuttiest experience. I visited this doctor twice two years ago and she will not stop sending me bills every few months... not collection notices bc I paid for my last visit (again, two years ago). I only went twice because - this is the nutty part, I took my appointment with my husband and she mixed up our charts, prescribed the incorrect meds for us, and cause complete havoc with my life saving heart prescription. Two YEARS later, she is still submitting requests for my blood through labcorp. Of course I have requested this office quit, they have been informed several time she is not now nor ever will be again my doctor due to this. The entire scene here is a racket. read more

i have had some pretty lousy doctors, but this one takes the cake! RUN!!!!!! Overmedicates to the point of being life threatening. Over tests, then blows off the results. Lies about the results of the test to scare you. Barrages you with uncessary testing (she must get a cut) EVEN AFTER SHE HAS BEEN FIRED AS YOUR DOCTOR. This woman and her staff are incompetent and dangerous. Interestingly enough, another Doctor looked at the results and was shocked at the amount and doseages of medications I was being given. Even when I didn't have an appointment, and they were very busy I was still able to be seen. I was in and out in less than an hour. I've been under Dimple Agarwal care for maybe 2 years , have only seen her twice maybe . I was diagnosed with diabetes this last year , was having bad side affects problems with trulicity . I had called for over 3 weeks about symptoms & concerns , I never received any call back . was recently diagnosed also COPD , been having serious breathing issues and needed medication immediately, I went to the pharmacy and the script was not in, I called her office and was told she had up to 3 or more days to send in the script . basically she let me suffer without my meds because of a personality conflict . She is truly the worst doctor I've ever been to in all my life , her staff is rude , except for one very pleasant young lady , and all seem to not even care about me personally . she is only interested in her money , you rarely get to actually see her or talk to her , her help is always extremely incompetent , and can barely speak English .when I have seen her , she rude and mean spirited ! There is a reason why she is rated with 2 stars or less , I would only recommend this doctor to people I honestly don't like , she is truly that bad ! Why would a doctor let a patient suffer ? A couple of weeks ago I had gallbladder surgery at Hi-Desert in Joshua Tree, I went into the ER and was admitted 8-9 hours later and was told I would have surgery in the morning. Dr. Agarwal took care of me there and told me to make an appointment for 7-10 days after I left the hospital for a checkup. I had been calling for days but I believe I must have been calling the wrong location. Yesterday (Monday) I called in the morning and a receptionist said they could get me in at 11:50am. I took the appointment. Just as in the hospital, I could hear Dr. Agarwal's voice from outside my room. She has a very pleasant attitude and I really can't help but smile when I hear it. I somehow just know that she had my best interest and the interest of all of her patients. This woman is an incredibly kind, caring and intelligent woman. Just plain mean. Absolutely mean. Came in as a new patient to establish care and get four of my regular prescriptions renewed. I explained several times before I came in that my anxiety makes me fear doctor visits and that it took me months to get up the courage to make an appointment. When the doctor came in the room after I had waited there for almost an hour, she didn't introduce herself, greet me, nor even made eye contact. She went to the computer and snapped at me, 'why are you here?' I was so angry that she didn't even look at my intake forms before she walked in the room. I broke down crying and she continued to treat me like poo. She only refilled two of my four prescriptions for no reason. Now I have to find another doctor and start all over again. She obviously hates being a doctor and is taking it out in vulnerable people. read more

This is my primary doctor. I visited the clinic in Yucca Valley for my first initial intake appointment on January 11, 2024. To my surprise my doctor wasn't there. I took a folder full of my medical background so she could see my medical history because I needed paperwork completed stating I wasn't working and why. Her staff photocopied all my paperwork and told me they would fax my forms over to her to be completed. I wasn't examined, only given refills on my medications to hold me over until I could get in to see a neurologist. After two weeks of waiting I reached out to her via phone every day for the next two weeks, with no response from her. Finally, someone called back and said she said she can't complete my paperwork because I was declared disabled due to my seizure disorder and a neurologist had to complete the paperwork. It then took another two months for me to get the referral and get the appointment with the neurologist, only for the neurologist to say he wasn't going to complete the paperwork because having seizures doesn't make me disabled . My chronic pain is what makes me disabled and my primary doctor has to complete the paperwork. This is ridiculous! I'm on disability and they both had a folder of complete medical history in front of them . All one of them needed to do was fill out the paperwork according to my medical history records, but instead I just keep getting the run around. I don't see how doctors can not even examine you but they're quick to give you medications, not to mention cause you stress and all sorts of other problems you don't need and shouldn't have to deal with. I reached out to her office again yesterday after I left the neurologist and her office said she's not available, as usual but we'll give her your message and call you back and let you know what she says. I've never dealt with such unprofessional doctors in my life! My paperwork is due in 48hrs. I've been given extension after extension, waiting on these doctors and this is totally unacceptable! If I don't get my paperwork completed in time I won't be returning, instead I'll be selecting a new primary doctor, hopefully one that knows how to show up for scheduled appointments, especially with new patients, and one that knows how to do their job and actually cares about their patients. Dr. Agarwal used to be a great doctor. There has been a major change in her and her staff. All of the competent people in her office are gone. My biggest problem is getting refills for medications I have been taking for years. My pharmacy requests the refills but never gets a response from the Dr. Then I start calling. Most recently I have called 5 times over two week to get refills for medications and still have not gotten them. This has been going on for over 6 months and I am currently transferring to a real doctor who gives a damn about his/her patients. read more

June 22, 20121... Dr. Agarwal at the Morongo Basin Clinic works only one day a week on Mondays and did nothing for me on any other days regarding her continual failure (5 attempts) to successfully write my prescription for glucose test strips. I requested the prescription originally on May 27th, 2021 and as of today, June 21st, 2021, I have not had any test strips since May 27th . I can only contact this doctor on a Monday and only by a transferred phone call. No way to contact her directly or by email or by written messages. She has not responded to my phone calls. She is not taking her mistakes seriously or owning up to them. She also writes all of my 7 prescriptions with a NO REFILL instruction which can delay my prescriptions by as much as a week if my prescription due dates fall on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday. She is off today, so her last mistake on my test strips will now have to wait another week. This doctor is showing no sense of accountability for her mistakes. I do not recommend her at all. This morning, I have made an appointment to see a new doctor as Dr. Agarwal does not care one bit about the ongoing problem of writing a successful prescription that Walmart and the federal government will accept. Instructions from Walmart and the federal government have been continually given to this doctor with every rejection for my test strips. read more
