I only went twice because - this is the nutty part, I took my appointment with my husband and she mixed up our charts, prescribed the incorrect meds for us, and cause complete havoc with my life saving heart prescription. Two YEARS later, she is still submitting requests for my blood through labcorp. Of course I have requested this office quit, they have been informed several time she is not now nor ever will be again my doctor due to this. The entire scene here is a racket.

If you ask to talk to anyone else she hangs up on you. Then you have to leave a message. Be prepared to be in the office for over an hour. If your appt is 9:00 am they will bring you back at 9:30 and you wait till 10 in a room for the Dr to see you. The lady that does the referral to a specialist is on it. She gets things into the insurance quickly and you get in. Over all it is an ok office. Just stay away from Vanessa.

The only thing she did differently on her last visit than her other visits was write down a list of her symptoms for him so she would not forget one. For some reason, this made him defensive. He started insisting that he did not misdiagnose her - she never said he did. It was perplexing because even after she assured him that she didn't think she was misdiagnosed, and explained the reason for writing down the symptoms - which many doctors tell you to do - he could not get past his own idea about the list and his personal feelings. He then proceeded to insult her after literally yelling at her, at which point she walked out and let him - and his staff who heard the whole thing - know that she will not be returning. I have encouraged her to report him. This behavior is completely unacceptable in anyone, and especially a professional person.
