They're dealing with somebody in patient relations who has very little authority. MedStar had one of their higher working executives get back to me to address my concerns. I commend them on that. I booked just a few days in advance and made sure to arrive early just in case. The waiting room was crowded, but it seems as though most people had an appointment (I also saw a sign that it was an appointment only location.) While the folks working here may be a little curt, they called me and processed everything on time for my appointment before sending me to the back room to get my blood drawn. The folks back there are also very direct, but once chatting them up found them to be very warm. Any lab work was sent directly to my provider, making the whole process much easier than expected. So while the actual location feels a little dim, dull and depressing the actual service provided was just fine.

Result: no diagnosis, no prescription, no visit summary, like she hasn't been there.
