While the folks working here may be a little curt, they called me and processed everything on time for my appointment before sending me to the back room to get my blood drawn. The folks back there are also very direct, but once chatting them up found them to be very warm. Any lab work was sent directly to my provider, making the whole process much easier than expected. So while the actual location feels a little dim, dull and depressing the actual service provided was just fine.

It's been ~6 hours since the visit, no call, no results. Logged into their site - no after visit summary, no treatment recommendation. The clinic has no pager, no voicemail to get a follow up from the doctor or staff after hours and only a typical message to call 911 in emergecy. Result: no diagnosis, no prescription, no visit summary, like she hasn't been there.
