I want to say that I commend the office of the CEO in having people with the capacity to respond, get back to me. Most of the time people complain about hospitals and healthcare systems. They're dealing with somebody in patient relations who has very little authority. MedStar had one of their higher working executives get back to me to address my concerns. I commend them on that.
