They're dealing with somebody in patient relations who has very little authority. MedStar had one of their higher working executives get back to me to address my concerns. I commend them on that. It's been ~6 hours since the visit, no call, no results. Logged into their site - no after visit summary, no treatment recommendation. The clinic has no pager, no voicemail to get a follow up from the doctor or staff after hours and only a typical message to call 911 in emergecy. Result: no diagnosis, no prescription, no visit summary, like she hasn't been there.
