They have a tracker on the wall which lets you know where you are in line for your appointment but it disappears after you check-in in person (after checking in on the kiosk) and you still wait an unknown amount of time. Tasha told me to specifically tell any other technician who sees our baby that they should only do his left arm, and only put the tip of the needle in because otherwise they'll blow out his vein. When my husband took our baby back to the lab today, he told Gloria that exact information. She reacted defensively. She ended up poking our baby twice and couldn't draw any blood. Now we're going to have to take him in another time - which, needless to say, is a pretty traumatic experience for our baby. Next time we're going to a different location. Very disappointed because our experience with Tasha was so positive.

Trash was all over the floor. Blood receptacles are kept out in the open. My technician placed my receptacles on a dirty counter then placed them in a bin with other receptacles that are out in the open (potentially contaminating them twice). She then swiped my arm with an alcohol pad and followed up with a gauze that had been sitting out. I pointed out how unsterile these practices were and she simply said, "Well... we try to keep it clean in here". I bolted before she stuck a needle in me. Just go somewhere else.

Because my veins can be VERY hard to locate, most of the time, the Phlebotomist has to constantly poke and jiggle around to find my veins, but not Alma, She performed the taking of my blood effortlessly! As a matter of fact, when she stuck me, I didn't even realize she was almost done! I'm 66 years young and I've NEVER had my blood drawn with such ease and perfection! Normally, my arm(s) turn purple and blue from bruising after so many attempts to get my blood. Alma is PHENOMENAL!! She deserves to be recognized as one of the BEST that EVER draws blood!! KUDOS to Alma!!!!

First off - it's hard to find but I would navigate to the Physicians Office Building near the garage and it's the first set of automatic doors to the left of the welcome desk. The label on the door says radiology and something. It's NOT by the Panera as another review says. Make an appointment ahead of time if you can. Otherwise walk-ins are accepted. I missed my appointment time but was still checked in right away, saw the intake person about 7 mins later and then had my blood drawn no more than 5 mins after that. Not everyone is Mary Poppins but everyone I interacted with was courteous and efficient. And most importantly the phlebotomist was really good - I'm not great at drinking water and have notoriously thin veins but she got me right away with minimal pain. Oh and the registration is easy and test results are all posted to your account for you and your doctor as soon as it's done.
