No stars for anything else about this location, the lobby is *miniscule* and packed standing room on a Monday morning. Very hot with no airflow. Despite making an appointment ahead of time and arriving on time for it we waited 55 minutes before being seen. They have a tracker on the wall which lets you know where you are in line for your appointment but it disappears after you check-in in person (after checking in on the kiosk) and you still wait an unknown amount of time. Would not recommend going here if it can be avoided.

We saw one technician, Tasha, a week ago for our 10-month old (who has very small veins), and she…read morewas wonderful. She was patient, kind, and skilled (all while being the only one working there). But apparently she isn't at that location anymore. We saw another technician today, Gloria. Tasha told me to specifically tell any other technician who sees our baby that they should only do his left arm, and only put the tip of the needle in because otherwise they'll blow out his vein. When my husband took our baby back to the lab today, he told Gloria that exact information. She reacted defensively. She ended up poking our baby twice and couldn't draw any blood. Now we're going to have to take him in another time - which, needless to say, is a pretty traumatic experience for our baby. Next time we're going to a different location. Very disappointed because our experience with Tasha was so positive.

The staff is kind, organized, professional, and patient--even when their small walk-in location is busy -- exceptional customer service is not compromised. Special recognition to Sherrita: I am a difficult blood draw and have had many painful and bruising experiences elsewhere. She is the only person I have encountered who can draw my blood with virtually no pain or difficulty. I often do not even feel the needle. Her skill and compassion are exceptional, and she has made a huge difference in my ability to get lab work without fear or anxiety. The team is welcoming to children, anxious patients, older adults, and patients from diverse language and cultural backgrounds. I have personally seen staff take extra time to help Spanish-speaking patients and families understand the check-in process, provide needed information, and feel comfortable throughout their visit. There may be a wait sometimes, but they keep the process moving and treat people with care. This location and its staff deserve far more appreciation than they receive online.

First off - it's hard to find but I would navigate to the Physicians Office Building near the garage and it's the first set of automatic doors to the left of the welcome desk. The label on the door says radiology and something. It's NOT by the Panera as another review says. Make an appointment ahead of time if you can. Otherwise walk-ins are accepted. I missed my appointment time but was still checked in right away, saw the intake person about 7 mins later and then had my blood drawn no more than 5 mins after that. Not everyone is Mary Poppins but everyone I interacted with was courteous and efficient. And most importantly the phlebotomist was really good - I'm not great at drinking water and have notoriously thin veins but she got me right away with minimal pain. Oh and the registration is easy and test results are all posted to your account for you and your doctor as soon as it's done.
