The staff is very very friendly and personable. I dropped in Friday morning at 9:00 a.m. w/o an appointment and was seen immediately. No wait time, really. =) Professional staff and a clean facility. The easiest and quickest blood draw I've ever had and this is coming from someone who is petrified of needles and blood. The staff are very efficient and good at their jobs. I barely felt the needle go in and don't have pain after. The person also got the needle in in one shot. I will absolutely go back here for my blood draw needs. Been here twice already and this location is really clean. They have a parking structure and they offer validation. Appointments can be made online. I heard it can be busy on the weekend so better make and appointment. The facility is clean and organized. Check in was quick, but it took a while before I got my blood drawn. First time I went there I got poked once which was painless. Second time I went there I got poked couple of times but can't really blame the staff, we all have bad days. read more

LabCorp seems to be a cheapskate and only employs a few staff on busy Saturday mornings. The nurses take and process the paperwork AND draw the blood?! I was here on the dot at 7:30 and an hour later I am still waiting. A couple of patients skipped the long line to sign in and walked straight to the front . When people in the line complained, The redheaded nurse blamed them for standing too far back ( which they were probably doing out of respect for privacy). She allowed the line jumpers to sign in ahead of the rest of the people. Don't come here!!!! One star for the guy who finally drew my blood. They seriously take their sweet time. And they think it's funny to make you wait when you really need to take a piss. Saw the guy take a smoke break on our way in....then strolled in after a good while. Told him Had to really use the bathroom and he literally LAUGHED OUT LOUD. Told the woman at the desk when we first got here and she said there's a procedure and it wouldn't take long. She knew I had to really go and she didn't even bother to let the guy who took his sweet ass time. Great staff! Very helpful and compassionate. Very clean and professional. They checked me in, stuck me with a tiny needle and submitted my dna with lightning speed. I hope I never see them again but, if my doctor needs me to submit more of my life force I will turn to this Labcorp to drain me ... with a very tiny needle and a smile. By the way ... This place is horrible! From the moment I walked in, i got a bad feeling. I should have turned around and left. From the not friendly receptionist then to the two phlebotomists that missed two times in two different arms. At least the first guy was nice although he blamed the lotion on my arm for him missing?! Lol. You just wiped it off with alcohol! The second guy was not friendly nor compassionate nor comforting at all. Should not be in the medical field let alone customer service. I would not recommend this place. Today was completely wasted and now I have to wait until tomorrow to try again somewhere else! read more

I walked in. Approx around 11:45 am. I was greeted by a young girl at the front. She was nice and welcoming. I signed in and provided my ins cards. They prompted me to have a seat. It was empty. I waited maybe 5-10 min while the nurse set up in the exam room. Not bad. They had me do the pee in a cup first and then had me head to the back to a nice and clean room. The nurse was nice. Efficient and absolutely painless. She said I had nice good veins. I guess having vascularity from the all the training is paying off :P I was in and out within 20 min! Love that. Super convenient. The staff was friendly, hospitable and excellent. I would definitely recommend this lab. :) read more

As I am writing this review I am currently waiting an hour and a half for a simple blood draw. LabCorp really needs to have other locations open on a Saturday to not overwhelm this location. Since everyone is trying to get in on a Saturday to not take time off from school or work it's crowded. They do give an option of making an appointment, however Saturday appointments are booked way ahead of time. read more

Made an appointment on-line, no wait, taken right away. My daughter needed the blood work. She was scared, the technician was calm and patient until I was able to calm my daughter down. This 1 star review is not based on the customer service skills of the phlebotomists. I went to this labcorp at about 9:30am on a Wednesday. The phlebotomists were all very nice and attentive. However, one of the phlebotomists poked me 3 times after she finally gave up and handed my paperwork over to another gentleman there. Who also failed to find my vein. The third phlebotomist found my vein. If you have hard to find veins, I recommend going to the labcorp located on Walnut in Pasadena. I've been there twice and both times the phlebotomists found the veins right away. If you absolutely have to come to this location, ask for Agathy (I think that's how you spell her name. I was a little on edge and flustered ). She says she's there all the time. There's another man there that found my vein, but I forgot his name (might be David). Again, the people there were nice, I just rather go to the Walnut location for future blood work. read more

Went in on a Saturday with no appointment and the line was out the door from the minute they opened. However, the staff was efficient and friendly and were doing their best to get people in and out as quickly as possible. There was a wait as most people didn't have appointments but it really wasn't as bad as some other locations during the week, even WITH an appointment. Despite having made an appointment for blood draw, LabCorp did not honor it. They had only one person drawing blood and no supervisor available. I had to wait for almost an hour along with other sick patients. During a pandemic LabCorp should keep appointments and not expose patients to added hazards. I hope that they will hire more people to take care of demand. read more

Waiting room had a strange smell and the desk clerk couldn't find my paperwork that my Dr's office faxed over the day before while I was on the phone with them. I ended up just going up a few floors to get the document myself. The actual blood draw was very quick and easy. The flabatomist Jason did a wonderful job, and was pleasant to sit with. read more

Location access, parking, employees are all great. Very efficient check in process. BUT it's in a basement, open to an underground parking garage. The customers are all crammed into what has to be the smallest, ugliest waiting room this side of the 605. The "art" on the walls is just plain stupid. I have been here 3 or four times in the last year. They are professional, efficient,and friendly. I have never spent more than 15 minutes waiting to have my blood drawn. Today, I realized I had left my watch in the restroom. I called when I reached my job, about one hour later. To my surprise and joy, they said they had it, after asking me to identify it. I went to this office last Thursday. Everything went fine/great until the phlebotomist pulled out the needle. There was a lot of pain, and she bandaged it up. I didn't think much of this until I took off the bandage an hour later, and found the reason for the pain - she apparently wasn't careful, and just ripped the needle out. There was a 1 inch gash on my arm, which wouldn't stop hurting for 4 days. I tried contacting their customer service twice with no response. I have diabetes, and coronary artery disease and am on several kinds of blood thinners. I spoke to a nurse who said never to go there again. read more

Well there was no parking available, not their fault of course..... finally found one. Then when I was looking for the office I asked someone working in the building and they said A was on the floor I was currently on.... circled back and forth only to realize it was on entirely different floor... my appointment was at 11... I checked in at 11:16 and the lady at the front desk was very rude and said I would no longer be taken as an appointment and have to wait in a three hour wait. I understand policy is policy, but no need to be rude to someone who just spent time getting lost multiple times and finding out that what should have been an appointment is now a three hour wait. Best part! I looked through my pictures cause I remembered that I had screen shotted my appointment and it actually said the appointment was for 1130. When I showed them that, they still said no and that it probably wasn't completed (even though I had a picture with my name and time on it!) and they still made me wait three hours. Not sure how that is even allowed? During the three hours I learned not to take it too personal, they were rude to multiple patients and I heard them tell one patient bitterly that management had fired people so they were short staffed. I guess their rude demeanor was payback to get patients to leave, which I observed happen with a few patients who walked out. read more

Only would come here in a life of death situation. Came in on a Saturday morning. It's super busy as expected (if you ever need to come here, make sure you make an appointment online beforehand, or risk waiting at least an hour). Check in. Tell them the doctor's office had faxed in the lab request. Instead of checking their fax machine, they seat me to wait. An hour later, I decide to ask the receptionist if they checked to see if the doctor did fax the order. I figured, why wait if we didn't even have the fax. Instead of turning her rotund body around to look behind her at the fax machine (2 feet away), she says I need to wait and they will call me. No shit. I get that. I don't pretend to be special and need special treatment, but logic dictates that hey, if the doctor didn't send the order, why make a patient wait for nothing. Nope. Will make you wait for nothing. Turns out (25 minutes later) the doctor's office didn't fax it. It was already too late anyway, since we needed to have the lab work done by a certain time in the morning. I overhead the other receptionist tell another patient, it happens all the time (That's what prompted me to ask 25 minutes earlier). Except she told him right when he checked in. Apparently they don't have an official procedure to deal with something this simple. I wonder what else they may be lacking organizationally; I wouldn't be surprised if they've mixed up, lost, or damaged people's lab work in the past or something along those lines. I guess that's what happens when you don't study hard in school...you become a tech at LabCorp in Pasadena. read more

I had to go this labs twice and I rather change the doctor than going back there. people think just because are very nice, looking clean beautiful painted nice painting on the walls but what I saw is not what I experience was this.... to begin a nurse that do not speak English that all, no uniform that all....give you a jar for your specimen but no sanitary towels no plastic bag,,, also ask you to leave this in a open box inside the bathroom, leaving this special ''specimen for you'' expose to anyone who uses the restroom?? is this OK? no to me. the top of the toilet was broken and i did have a bruise on my leg, I am a 75 year old and was almost fall against the wall.... after the blood withdraw they did not have ale bandit, like many places but instead they use a long wide bandage purple all around you arm.... is this necessary? or are we in a second world i complaint to the supervisor and encounter more wrong actions in the same LabCorp at Alessandro in Pasadena...do people really value the effectiveness of a real lab? or they just like the colors of the walls and the painting in their rooms? to bad....to sad!... people must wake up... I hope so!.... we can make a difference. read more

Have not been treated so rudely. The point is that this was my first time coming in and my doctor office had forgotten to tell me that I had to bring my insurance card. I had gone to other tests (ultrasound and RX) in the nearby and had no issues. Anyways, from the very beginning the receptionist was not very kind. Looked like she enjoys being the ugly face of the day and she knows patient have to go through ... So, according to her there ws nothing to do. After explaining why I did not have it with me, I had to insist whether there was anyway to check I had an insurance. When I decided to call my doctor's office (where I found that is as easy as they sending a fax to them) there was no more need: 'just remember to bring it any time'. So, why all the reception mess. Moreover, how is it possible that *every* time you need to bring your card. Where is the CS era in this place? Finally, as I said I had not forgotten, no one had told me. I found it offensive. Although, probably it was beyond the reach of that receptionist to be that sarcastic. read more
