I entered the parking lot from Catalina. There is a booth with an attendant at the entrance. A directory is posted on the side of the building. Quest is located near the directory. When you enter there is a kiosk that is used for check-in. My name was called quickly (they accept walk-ins with wait times between 30 minutes and two hours). I was directed to an exam room. Karen took all necessary information and took the appropriate samples gently and efficiently, taped my arm, and had me on my way. As I left a few people were waiting and most appeared to have appointments. The lot had ample parking at the time I was there in the afternoon. I paid the attendant at the booth. Parking rates are listed. Karen made a normally unpleasant task a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I tried to do a walk in here for seemingly common blood work my doctor gave me. It was almost completely empty when I arrived. I signed up on their screen to do wait list. There were maybe 2 people who were there. They got taken. Someone who worked here came out and said wait list would likely not be able to be seen because they "didn't know if staff was coming in". I tried to see if I could make an appointment for this day because it's literally empty in here as I write this (see photo). Anyways, I'm going to wait a few more minutes as I didn't want to have fasted for no reason. Somehow despite having about one person in here they don't have almost any way to do simple blood work. But id recommend making an appointment and not coming to this place as they don't seem to have a grasp on what services they can provide or when they can provide. I now wish I had a different option on who I could go do blood work with.

It was a fair experience. Here's a valuable tip, if you need an employment drug screening, and there are no appointments available, arrive just before 10am, sign in on their machine, and use the option that lets you get on a waiting list. & you will have to wait, but you will be seen in the same day! Not bad right? I would have given a full 5 stars, but the phlebotomy tech was a little cold and robotic, replying with terms like "that's not my job". But she was ultimately helpful, also no 5 stars because they don't freaking validate not a cent, I paid $5.75 for parking but other than that, not bad

Rude staff and no one in the front to assist you. Only a check in machine with the reception window completely covered

The staff here is extremely rude; I understand they are short staffed but there is no need to be rude when you work in customer service!

(5stars) The male phlebotimist at labcorp was amazing he talked to distracted me from the 6 vials of blood that had to be drawn. Definitely made it less scary. It didnt hurt too much when i got poked either. After 12 hrs, i have 0 bruising. Not even the slightest purple mark. Amazing! He also told me its okay to drink water and black coffee. I thought i couldnt drink or eat anything at all. But i will know for next time so im not dehydrated. I wished i caught his name. This is in the basement. I didnt have an appointment and came in around 12:30 to do blood work. They have kiosks where you check in. There were about 4 or 5 people ahead of me. I was called and the front desk gave me a cup and said you can do it now while you wait. Not knowing what she was talking about.. I told her i didnt think i could poop atm but it was just a urine sample. Bathroom didnt have much towels or toilet paper but at least they had them. After i waited about 20 minutes to get my blood drawn. (-1 star cause i was confused but my brain mightve been off) I couldnt find out where the basement parking was but i was probably on the wrong side. I found the physicians and handicapped parking lot.

I went on Tuesday, they told me i will be seen, then another worker told me that I actually will not be seen after waiting another hour. 4 hours waiting for nothing. The quality of their service is NOT up to standard. Other locations are way better than this specific Labcorp. They do blood work and drug test, cool i guess. But 4+ hours and no validation for parking is insane. You will lose your mind and money trying to get in.

Huntington Health - This is the coloring book thr staff stole from me. It was very sentimental for me. They also stole my Crayola washable markers.

It's not everyday you find out that your mom is having heart failure, come in feeling devastated/hopeless, but these people did their absolute best to take care of us with compassion, integrity, and go above and beyond to address our needs. This entire process was almost 2-3 months long, my mom had a complex 15 hour surgery, and yet made a recovery in less than 2 weeks, and was discharged today and is now soundly back at home, and it's all because of the incredible team here. There's a lot of people to name from their amazing staff but here's some specific people that left an incredible impression on us I'd love to give credit to: Station 45: Sydney the nurse was extremely warm, compassionate, and took such great care of my mom during the initial stages of her being admitted in January while they were diagnosing her condition. Critical Care Unit: Joe, Cassie, Cesar who treated my mom with the utmost respect, patience, dignity, and care given her post op condition. No matter how much assistance was needed by my mom, big or small, they attended to her swiftly in all manners, continually provided me reassurance, and thoughtfully answered any and all questions and concerns. Extra special shout out to Felicia Sanders and Haig who went above and beyond to provide my mom with the utmost comfort, you both were angels. Step down unit, floor 2, of West Tower: Shannon, Letty Martinez, Jazzmin, Elena, Becky, Gloria, Robert, Rhonald, Carlos, Art, Brenton, and Jed. Wow this team was also incredible. They continually checked on my mom as well through the day and night, encouraged her walking and movement, breathing treatment, independence, and literally guided her every step of the way in that journey. Extra special shout out to: Hailey Milsark, Mary Cavena, Emily, and Yolanda. I visited her everyday, and never once had to leave with any doubt or worry in my heart and soul, knowing she was in exceptional hands. Cardiothoracic surgery team: Dr Lim, Dr Bob, Dr Andy Chang, Elysa Guran, Melissa, Sunita Boparai, and of course, Dr Armin Kiankhooy and Dr Grace Huang who performed miraculous work in a lengthy, complex, and demanding procedure(s). There isn't enough words to describe our awe at the superhuman job you did to put my mom on the path of recovery and healing given her initial diagnosis. We feel extremely blessed and count our lucky stars that the universe gave us the good fortune to have been put under your guidance and care. Sorry to anyone I may have accidentally missed, but we truly love and appreciate you all. We recognize how difficult your work and job is, and just how demanding it is, and yet you all were continually at it, day and night, with the highest positive attitudes and energy and it made all the difference for us in our healing. You are all the real heroes and we hope you get all the credit and respect you deserve, because this was one of the hardest things we had to go through in this journey of life, and you all made it as pleasant and smooth of an experience as could be. In our experience, we were treated with love, care, dignity, and gentleness, and made to feel like we were a part of their family/friends. I'm no medical expert, but I believe the high level of care we received here is why my mom is making such an exceptional recovery. You all have helped give her a new lease on life. We are truly grateful beyond the words I was able to write here.

One year ago today I had one of the worst medical experiences of my life at Huntington Health…read more I went to the ER with severe stomach pain. A CT scan was performed, but the radiologist apparently misread the results. My appendix had already ruptured and I had an appendicular abscess forming around what remained of it. Because of this error, I was left without surgery for an additional night while in excruciating pain. Surgery did not occur until the following evening. When I was taken into the surgical room, there was blood on the ceiling, which was shocking and unsettling to see before a procedure. After surgery, I was placed in the maternity ward being used as overflow because there were no available rooms. The room felt like a closet. The TV did not work, and the monitoring system initially didn't work either--they had to go find another one. I was given a PureWick catheter device to urinate with, and it was never changed during my stay. I later developed a severe urinary tract infection. A nurse in my family told me these devices are supposed to be replaced multiple times a day. One night after surgery around 3 AM, I woke up in excruciating pain and repeatedly pressed the nurse call button, but the remote didn't work. I could hear nurses laughing nearby but no one responded until I gathered enough strength to yell out. Only then did staff come in. I also remember a night when blood was drawn and the nurse smelled strongly of alcohol, which was extremely concerning. Overall, the experience was chaotic, painful, and deeply unsettling. Between the diagnostic error, the lack of responsiveness, and poor post-operative care, I would strongly caution anyone to think twice before going to this ER if other options are available.
