They seem severely understaffed and I left feeling sick. The lady that was taking my blood seemed extremely rushed for time and was they only person taking appointment. not to mention there was no front counter and therefore she also had to run front counter. in the rush I told her about my previous experience at the hospital and how they had to send three people in to take my blood and the third person had to do a sonogram to actually see my veins because I was a hard stick. i feel as if that was completely disregarded. This place is run like it's in a third world country. No customer service or greeting of any kind when you walk in. Stark, cold, decorated like it's the 80's and never updated, and pretty rude and distracted office staff. I watched an elderly man walk in and ask a question and the staff member just points him to an electronic check in. Have some compassion! Offer to at least help people who seem confused. I couldn't get an appointment so I was someone who had to be worked in. The check in kiosk says you can wait in your car if wanted but then texted they were ready almost immediately so I returned and sat down. I waited at least 30 minutes and finally asked a technician if I would be soon. The woman I asked said I had been called already and I wasn't here. That is impossible since I had literally been there the whole time except for the minute I had started walking to my car. Truly, this place needs help. No appointment - pretty quick and efficient! I came here for some routine blood work. I didn't have an appt, but arrived right at 6:30am when they open. There was already a line of 12 people waiting to get in!! Most didn't have appts, like myself. I was #13 in line. As the doors opened, the staff was checking in everyone on the kiosks so that it went more quickly. I waited 40 minutes to be seen, which in my opinion wasn't bad considering the place was packed. Once they called my name to the back, I was in and out of there in literally TWO minutes tops. The staff are VERY efficient, Simone was super nice and knew exactly what she was doing. Unprofessional and unsettling to not have enough chairs in the office space and to make the wait be excessive without any updates. I don't think most people are keen on doing bloodwork or labs. From the wait to the needle stick, there isn't much to look forward to. If you're headed here, I strongly suggest an appointment made online first! I haven't had a wait either time, but I also made appoitntments each time. The staff was friendly and quick. We were luckily the only ones there when we arrived both times now. So I was taken back quickly. The process is pretty painless. I did bruise one of the times, but that happens. It healed quickly. The location is clean and feels much like a hospital. The blood draw room is well organized and staff is knowledgeable on items and locations. So I want to say that the staff were helpful, though they sounded gruff and aloof. I believe they are struggling with their environment too, but not free to say so. The one positive star is for the sweet woman who took my blood sample. The place is a dump. Social distancing and cleanliness are an after thought. Check in kiosks are 2-3 feet apart and crowded next to the reception desk which is funny because there are signs plastered on the kiosks to remain 6 feet apart, pictures to follow. The lobby chairs are spread out, but they are not clean. What looked like sick person after sick person cycled through each seat several times during my hour long wait. Most people wore masks, but I only saw one person use the hand sanitizer which should have a second location by the door so people can use it BEFORE they touch the top-crowded kiosks. I arrive yesterday and there were 13 ppl crammed into that little lobby. Today only six, so I waited. When I was finally called back to give my sample I could see the chair hadn't been wiped down with sanitizer and there was no sanitizer in sight. The tech wore gloves and a gown and was very caring about my well being. This is a corporate location and all they care about is bringing in the dough. There is no care for the staff and no care for the patient. No instructions for waiting outside until you get a text to be served. I would have totally done that. Added seating outside in the sidewalk would have also been nice. Inside It's filthy and run down and needs attention. I will not go back here for labs and I strongly encourage you not to either. This location is a danger to anyone who enters the doors. The establishment has 3 kiosks with no sanitizers to clean them. There was no Hand sanitizer in the room. The room was crowded and though everyone had masks there was no way to stay 6 feet away. The receptionist said she didn't think she could text me when they were ready for me so couldn't wait outside. I've been to this location several times and this is the first bad experience I have had. When I walked in, their kiosk said it was out of order and to please check in with the nurse at the front desk and take a seat. I was not checking in at the kiosk as I always check in using the online site with my confirmation email. I hit the check in button and it did not note that nothing was working so I waited. After approximately 20 minutes I decided to make sure my check in had worked because it never takes that long. When I approached the desk and said I wanted to make sure I was checked in, she said "did you check in here?" I said no, I checked in online. She said. "Our kiosk is not working." I said "I read that but it did not say that the online site was not working. That is not on the paper." She said "It is listed on the paper it's written right there. (Pointing at the kiosk.) So I said "you guys need better signage." To which she explained, "it's right there! In writing we are going to service you!" She was very rude when all I was trying to say is that it was not noted that the online site was not working as well. While she proceeded to check me in I asked if everything was done and she ignored me. I stood there like an idiot waiting for her to say something to me. She yelled at a couple people in the back to come and take "this one" while I waited at the desk. She never addressed me. Finally, she gave me a piece of paper to a sign for payment and told me then I could sit down and wait. While I was waiting she came out to lock the door as they were about to close. I said to her, "I'm sorry I'm a little bit irritated because I was listening to baby shark over and over here in the waiting room, and giggled. She completely ignored me and did not respond. Walked into a standing room only waiting room. Waited another 20 minutes to actually be called back by a technician. Waited in the room for another7 minutes to actually be seen by the technician. Seems that they are making too many appointments for the level of staff. Either hire more staff or cut down on the number of appointments. Won't be returning. Will try Quest next time. read more

This was truly the best experience I've ever had giving blood. The office was clean and the entire staff was so friendly. I was called back quickly and met Katherine who took GREAT care of me. She was calm, kind, and so welcoming. You can tell she truly cared about the patients there and her team. She was proud to be doing what she was doing and it showed. She was so gentle when taking my blood and very informative. I will definitely be going to LabCorp on South Orange Ave. for all of my bloodwork. Summary: If your standard doctor's office is a Four Seasons, this LabCorp is an hourly motel. I went to LabCorp for routine blood work and a urinalysis as part of my annual physical. When I walked in, it was made very clear that LabCorp's focus is getting people in and out as quickly as possible, and not customer service. The lobby/waiting area was packed and didn't seem very clean. The receptionist was extremely rude to every patient, and when I checked in for my appointment the she just gave me a cup and pointed to the restroom (no instructions). While waiting in line, the entire front office staff were complaining about how the internet wasn't working and how they wanted to go home (it was 9AM). Next, I was brought back to have my blood drawn. The phlebotomist told me to sit in a chair, asked me which arm I preferred, and started. There was no small talk or explanation as to what she was going to do. She also left the door to the exam room open so everyone that passed in the hall could see the process. I don't have any problems with this, but other patients might and it just felt odd. Ultimately she was very efficient which was nice, but I would still prefer a little "bedside manner." When leaving, I asked when I should expect my results. She said they would be on their website in just a few days. Ultimately they were never uploaded and it took them two weeks to get the results to my doctor. I was also handed was looked like a receipt authorizing them to charge my credit card approximately $200 for the service - even though it was covered by my insurance. I told them I didn't authorize that charge, and they brushed it off telling me it was just in case my insurance didn't cover it. Overall, you should stay away. My insurance company requires me to use LabCorp, but I also have the option to have blood work done at my doctor's office. If you have that option, I highly advise that you do it. You know it's bad when the nurse at your follow-up doctor's appointment looks at your results and says, "Isn't LabCorp terrible!" read more

First of all if is anyone looking into this place don't. Because I went there this morning for my blood work. I really didn't have to wait a long time. But I went inside. The medial person who came to do my bloodwork, checked my receipt which is already paid. And I don't think she knew what she was doing. She said I have a urine test and ask me to get a urine sample. Then even before I question about it she said your done here and I can leave. The. I questioned that I have a bloodwork and they she got really confused . She called someone and confirmed its a bloodwork. I mean that's the unprofessional and careless service I got there. So if you trying to get your medical services please go somewhere else. read more
