The waiting room was crowded and numerous patients were not wearing masks. I am immunocompromised so I was not comfortable. None of the staff asked the unmasked patients to put on masks. There were two parents (mother masked, father unmasked) with a young child (the patient, who I did not expect to wear a mask). They were in the room next to mine with the phlebotomist. When I was leaving I asked the phlebotomist who had been with them why she didn't have the father wear a mask. Her reply: "We can't force people to wear masks." But she could have (and should have) asked the father to leave the facility. He had no right to put others at risk. And your staff did not have the right to allow him to put others at risk. It was completely insane. You don't have to force people to wear masks, but you don't have to serve them and allow them to stay in the facility if they are unmasked. A healthcare facility is the last place I should feel at risk in. DON'T ALLOW UNMAKSED PATIENTS IN THE FACILITY: INSIST THAT THEY LEAVE. IT IS NOT FAIR TO OTHER PATIENTS, MANY OF WHOM ARE IMMUNOCOMPROMISED. read more

I went here for routine blood work. I made an appointment a few weeks prior to when I wanted to come in for my blood test. Upon checking in, I signed in on the sign in cubicle/machine and sat in the waiting room for a solid 10-15 minutes. I went to the front desk and asked what's up bc I had an appointment. The lady at the desk signed me in (apparently they had no idea I was there?) and told me to have a seat. About 5 minutes later, they called me back to the room where I would have my blood taken. I requested Fariba to do my blood work for me because I read on Yelp she was good for individuals with small veins like myself. When she came in, she felt my veins for a solid 2 or so minutes and attempted to poke me. No blood was coming out and she kept moving the needle inside me and asking if it hurt. I told her it did hurt. She removed the needle and poked me in another spot. Thankfully, the second vein she tried worked and it was seem less from there. I think some further training at this Lab Corp would benefit them. I appreciate Fariba for trying to give me a good experience, but it could of been better. read more

Came in here for a quick urine drug test as a walk in. Not only is the staff rude, they don't acknowledge you when they see you standing there, but are very unorganized. Only 1 previous patient in the waiting area, more than 5 staff members, & I waited more than 30min to be seen! I'm in the medical field & do urine tests on my patients all the time & know that this test should take no longer than 10 max!! read more

Does not enforce masks! I had some tests done at this location, and there were 10-12 people in a crowded lobby with at least two patients with zero protective face coverings. Staff seemed overworked, but said nothing. Check in also requires using a touch screen, but at least one of the hand sanitizer dispensers was broken. Especially in a medical setting where people may be immunocompromised, this is unacceptable and potentially deadly behavior. read more

No one likes needles. I voiced my distaste for those stupid things to LabCorp Tech Kevin and even tried to get by with just a finger prick. Obviously, not the case. He put me at ease and I was even able to request a butterfly needle, though, I'm not 100% sure he used it 'cause I looked away and couldn't tell otherwise :) He got it in one shot, I barely felt anything and didn't get a bruise. That's all I could ask for. I had an appointment and was in and out in about 15 minutes. I had a little bit of a hard time finding the office. In case you have the same problem, it's the beige building next to Carl's Jr. (not the brick building), on the first floor next to the front entrance. read more

If I could give this facility "0" stars, I would. Upon 1st walking in the door I stood at the check in counter for not less than 5 min while the two women behind the desk had a conversation and did not acknowledge me....didn't even look up. Then I was quoted a 35-40 min wait. After 45 min I went to see if I had missed them call my name. The woman at the desk "Myra" said that there were still walk ins ahead of me but that they took appointments first. I reminded her that she quoted 35-40 min and she rudely replied "well now it's changed". There was NO attempt to communicate with those in waiting room or to give options other than waiting an hour and 15 min. read more

Just as a backstory, I have to get regular lab work every 4 months. I absolutely hate bloodwork, and being both scared of needles and having hard to find veins makes the whole ordeal nauseating. Their wait times are pretty standard to be honest, but the brightside of this location is their star lab technician Fariba, she is absolutely stellar!!! She finds my veins in one go, and she always double checks before stabbing me a hundred times. I've always had bad experiences with bloodwork, but now it's not as bad. Ask for her if you hate bloodwork too, and she'll change your experience for the better! read more

Horrible place if you can go or have your insurance provider to have a diferente lab do so! The staff there are so unprofessional I had to get a drug test on Friday but the stupid guy told me they only do it from 7:00 am to 11:00am so I was there today 7-23-18 at 7 am and the mean lady say oh!! We do those test at 9 not 7 it took over three hours to get the 7 minute test and the rude ass technician was sitting in her fat ass calling her husband while about 20 patients waiting .. I highly hate that place but I don't think no one cares..! Oh there was this one lady that the codes were missing in her order so she was told to call her Dr and get those. In my experience the lab is supposed to call the drs office but being lazy and not having enough employees the patient has to call.. I shouldn't give any star read more

Very unprofessional and rude!!!! The front desk girl barely said hi to me and acted so busy and not interested with me coming in but eventually pointed me towards the check in window. After i checked in she had me sign some paperwork and didn't even mention that I am okay to seat down and wait until my name is called. After i was called in the room I noticed previous patient paperwork still in the room. Not sure if they ever heard of HIPPA???? and since there was other patient paperwork in the room it made me question if the room was even prepared for me to begin with (wiped, disinfected). So when the women that supposed to take my blood came in and I raised my concerns she acted confused and went out the room to talk to other employees about what is happening. Then when i asked if the room was even wiped she asked me to go wait in the waiting room while she wipe the room.. INFECTION CONTROL is definitely lacking in that office from what I have observed . After i went back into the waiting room I started to question myself if its a good idea for me to have my blood drawn in this facility. And instead of acting apologetic or trying to make me feel more comfortable I heard them laughing behind the close doors. Or course I had to cancel my appointment and ran out of there. read more

Obviously I'm not the only one who's unsatisfied and frankly upset with this business. Today a specimen of urine was taken there for a patient who obviously is not doing so hot. The doctors order was faxed to them but turned out too dark so they would not except it. They would not hold the urine until the order was hand delivered. This extremely unprofessional woman named Brigit Tarvif said they are open till 4 and closed tomorrow. She was told that the test was urgent and could not wait through the holidays until they open on Monday. She was asked the time until they are open till so that the urine could be brought back. When the urine and order were taken there well before 4 pm, they had closed. The actual closing time I see in the site is also 3. So she had her time wrong and informed my wrong. Since this person is placed in a position which handles people's health in a real way, I would highly recommend re training her as to have some level of concern ad care for the people whom she is there to help. This lady is not helpful. Her actions directly affect people's health and she either does not care or is totally obvious which are both not good. Since there are so many options, I would not go there or recommend them ti anyone. read more

Poor customer service. I had an appointment for 8:15 arrived 10 minutes late because I couldn't find the building. The person "Colleen" sitting still the first desk was indifferent of customers coming in. She didn't look up or greet the customers. She was generally annoyed when I asked how to check in. When I proceeded to check in at the front desk kiosk I was prompted to pay a past bill, which I tried to do and the machine would not process my payment. I again asked for help was met with disdain by "Colleen". She instructed me to use another machine around the corner which I tried and received the same result so I tried a third machine which wouldn't work either. I returned to the desk and asked for help again from the same person "Colleen" who clearly was not in the mood to provide any welcoming response. She then proceeded to tell me I would be a walk in because I was after the time for my appointment . Mind you I spent 5-10 minutes trying to use their kiosk. When she looked me up on their computer system she then said I had been locked out because I had logged in 4 times. So frustrating. I will never come back to this location. So far it has been the worst customer service ever and I haven't even had my blood drawn yet. Hope to blood draw goes better. Update: Allison redeemed my experience. She was fantastic drawing my blood, very kind and caring. Introduced herself with a smile and explained what she was doing. She was awesome. I also called Charlene the supervisor who said she would address the issue. So all in all, happy the management cares enough to follow through. Thank you Allison and Charlene!! If you can wait for 2 hours to be taking care of stop at this Lab, if you are fasting make sure you can wait a long time! I arrived around 9.15 am and check in, they said it will take one hour is 11.10 and they keep telling me I will be pass soon. I don't understand their check in system and there is no room for people to sit. I have been here before and got a very good service. I hope is the only time i have to face this issue. I waited for one hour for blood draw. Total time in there is one hour ten minutes. They must have your credit card on file. They give you sticker for your own urin cup. You have to find it among all other urin cup. How awful! read more

Ana was the best! There were several issues with my doctor's blood work order getting faxed over to a lab that took my insurance. I came over to Lab Corp and had been on the phone with my doctor to confirm that it would be faxed to the location I was at. I sat in the lobby for 2 hours waiting for my fax to come in and Ana took the time to help call my doctor's office in order to assure that my order would be sent. She waited patiently on the phone with them, explained the situation, even took the time to explain to them how long I had been waiting and my struggles with the Quest locations I had been to prior. She was the absolute best and got the job done! She was beyond sweet and attentive and really took the time and energy to make sure that I was taken care of! After 3 days of nonstop struggling with trying to seek medical care, she was a breath of fresh air. I feel so thankful that I came to this location! All my praises to Ana! read more

I read reviews before my visit, a lot of them were very negative, so I was nervous about coming here and prepared for a long wait, but I had to have my blood test done... Had my afternoon appointment scheduled online, arrived 20 minutes beforehand and was in and out in 7 (!!) minutes. The staff at the reception was very helpful, checking in - a breeze, Fariba, who actually draw my blood was very competent and reassuring. Would highly recommend this lab. read more

This is the only place I'll go to get my lab work done. My doctors always recommend I go to Quest, but I've been to multiple Quests and have NEVER had good experiences there. But thankfully I have a PPO insurance that allows me to go here. This place is always stress free. I've never had to wait very long and have never had a problem getting an appointment. Every person there so far has been very nice and calming and are always very gentle with poking me! I told the tech today that I was nervous because I hate blood and needles so he talked to me the whole time and distracted me which calmed my nerves. They are very caring there which I really appreciate! read more

I've now been waiting over 45 min past my appointment time, I will be late back to work and after fasting all morning for blood work, I have no time left to get lunch. Absolutely the worst experience i've ever had. First off, i knew it would be packed as a walk in on a saturday and knowing they closed at 12pm and i had to do a 2 hour gestational diabetes test i got there at 9:30 (should be plenty of time) I walked in and the lady at the desk did not look up from her computer but in an extremely rude tone asked, "appointment or walk in?" No "hello" or "goodmorning" with at least some eye contact. I get it, no one wants to work on a saturday morning but this is your job and you know the drill by now. Anyway, i smiled and said, "walk in please" while signing in on the sign in sheet. still no eye contact, "have a seat we will call your name" is all she said. With every single seat being full inside i decided to go into the hallway by the elevator and made myself comfortable. They called my name at 10:05 on the dot. I walked in and an Asian gentleman (didnt get his name unfortunately) asked for my order slip and insurance card. I handed it to him and he says, "oh you have a gestational diabetes test that's 2 hours and you won't make it we close at 12". I looked at my phone, (10:05) and said, "That would be 5 min after 12". 5 MINUTES!! He replied with an incredibly rude tone, "no one is staying later for you" and the girl next to him chimes in, "We lock the doors AT 12!" "when you came in you should have told us right away that you had this test". WELLLL how was i supposed to know that this test grants you special privledges and sends you with a fast pass to the front of the mile long line?! when the person checking in doesn't make eye contact or even ask to see your slip that's not the first thing that pops into mind, JUST SAYING. ALSO, IN WHAT PERFECT WORLD DOES ANYONE GET TO WALK OUT OF THE DOOR FROM THEIR JOB AT EXACTLY THE TIME THEY CLOSE, I'D LOVE TO KNOW BECAUSE IS THIS MAGICAL PLACE WHERE THAT IS POSSIBLE HIRING?! i mean seriously... i work in the medical field, i understand protocol and patients and appointments and how long bloodwork can take but you are CRAZY to think anyone would believe you were going to walk out the door and my test couldn't be finished just barely 5 min after 12 pm, especially with an ENTIRE waiting room AND hallway still full of patients. "You can come back monday" while shoving my paperwork back at me and waving me out the door was how that was handled. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would never go back there or recommend to ANYONE. I'm not the person to complain or write reviews normally as you can see on my page but being 24 weeks pregnant, high risk pregnancy at that and having to get bloodwork done all the time, you can understand my frusteration. still researching the corporate office number becuase the one i have does not connect you to anyone and says there is not voicemail set up!?? Our daughter had to do a pediatric draw, and she was very nervous. The technicians, Mary and Shira were extremely patient and understanding. We were in the back for quite some time, and our daughter was screaming and crying. They worked with her, showed her what they were going to do, let her pick out her colored bandage and ended up drawing 4 vials of blood. Great job to these technicians! We cannot say enough great things about the professionalism, patience and understanding from these technicians! read more

I wrote a terrible review of their old, messy location. They moved across the parking lot to a new one. The reception is awful! The woman at the desk never greeted me or anyone else while I was there. She never looked up from her keyboard. She held out forms, yelled a name, and yelled a number which ended up being a chair number in back. She had no warmth, no courtesy and no personality. After waiting in the lobby for half an hour I waited in my assigned chair for 10 minutes more. The phlebotomist was at least polite while she griped about my veins (no one else has had problems). She finally got a draw and I got out of this pit after almost an hour. Thank goodness they have competitors. They don't deserve my or your business. read more

Went in for an appointment today which has been on the books for 3 weeks. ALL of their systems NATIONWIDE are down and they don't know when they will be back up. If you don't have a written order you can't be seen (they can't access the doctors orders if they were ordered via technology). So frustrating! For those giving blood today--I would be very concerned . This is actually the second time with labcorp and having problems. I will start asking to use quest--no problems with them so far. read more

This LabCorp sucks. There is only one person who works there who is friendly (the young girl with the dark hair) - she's who this star is for. The blonde lady is awful. She never looks up at anyone and will just let you stand there for ages without acknowledging you. They are always running behind, and they don't care about patient comfort at all. One lady made me sit all crooked and uncomfortable in a spinning chair. When I asked if I could put my arm in a different position (the position I've had it in for all 10 blood draws I've had over the last 2 months), she said, "it's easier for me this way." I'm sorry, lady. I don't give a crap! Try to find a way that's comfortable for me while still being convenient for you. They also never hold the cotton on to stop bleeding after they pull the needle out (they make the patient do it) and they hardly tape it down. My tape and cotton came off within seconds today because they were using the skinniest tape I've ever seen. At the hospital when you have your blood drawn, they hold the cotton down and raise your arm, check you've stopped bleeding, then tape it down nicely. Oh, and they also acknowledge that they have a human being sitting in the chair in front of them instead of a detached limb with a vein ready for them to clumsily jab at.
