I feel forcing elderly people to use the tablet to check in feels discriminatory because not all elderly know how too, also assuming that all people know how to use technology or want too is not good ether. An older woman next to me said she has an appointment and has already been waiting two hours. This place is horrible. I gave it a second chance, and honestly, I should've trusted my first impression. What makes it worse is how the front desk treats the older patients -- especially those who aren't QR-code savvy. Instead of helping them, they talk to them with zero patience and a dismissive attitude. These are people who need compassion, not condescension. A medical facility should never feel this chaotic, disorganized, or disrespectful. Appointments should mean something, walk-ins shouldn't overrun scheduled times, and no patient -- especially seniors -- should be sitting on the floor because of a lack of space or structure. The staff was amazing and only waited a few minutes, they took my vitals and why I was seeking help always nice and accommodating.
