There are signs that welcome walk-ins but it is nothing welcoming about it. Idk how the standby line is managed, clearly it is not. A staff member also mentioned to standby patients that their service is not guaranteed if they are not called by 4pm. Walk-ins should not be welcomed, it should not be an option. It's false advertisement. The one star is for the phlebotomist that treated me. She was great and professional.

The waiting area is much larger than lab corps and other quest locations. Overall it's much cleaner and bigger than any other place I've been.
