This labcorp location is consistently bad. Even with an appointment there is always a wait but the worst part of this location is how unfriendly and rude the people at the front are. Worst ever! Took my father to do routine blood work. Was asked to check in a kiosk. No privacy; everyone is standing around the kiosks and no privacy because there is no where to sit!!! Granted my father Didn't have an appointment. Got here at 7 am and we're still waiting! Others who have an appointment have been waiting longer! A technician came out and told everyone that you can make an appointment but honestly it doesn't make a difference. The wait is over an hour. My company sent me here to perform a drug test. What a place! I waited for 1 hour to be told that their staff is not available and I have to come back after their lunch time of noon. I came back. A lady stopped me at front door and told me to be waiting outside for another an hour. This place is waiting of my whole day for nothing because they are going to close at 1:30pm. And I'm waiting here until 1:11pm. I can't stand that lady and came over to show my paper. I can't believe it. She said my test is drug test, I can check in. WTF! This lady is a worst of the worst worker ever. She wasted my half of the day for waiting. If they have negative star, I would like to give them -10 stars. This is the worst place ever. They are very disorganized. Went in this morning for blood test at Fontana location as directed by my doctor. They had a sign on the door stating they were closed and to go to the Chino location. Arrived at Chino location and saw a dozen people reading a sign on the door stating that this location was closed and to go to Fontana. We all waited until 6:30am to see if this was a mistake since there was a light inside the office. No dice. I was late to work thanks to their ineptitude. read more

Fine without an appointment I walked in at 11:15 and have left at 11:28. The receptionist was perfunctory and really seemed uncaring, not exactly the best face for the front office. However she is office staff per usual the world over. The phlebotomist was very professional, cheery, considerate, kind and adept. I did my part by growing good easy veins to hit. The front desk staff is so rude. I have been here multiple times for different tests and majority of the staff is very rude and condescending. At one point the lady at the front desk rolled her eyes at me because she didn't see the test on my order. This place is always insanely busy & is under staffed. They close at 2:30pm which is a joke & closed on weekends. Very filthy place. Last time I went the lady was so spazzy & trying to do 20 things at once she ripped the needle out of my arm & blood went everywhere, on my clothes, on her, on the walls and floor. It was disgusting & I didnt even see her clean it up off the wall or floor. Needless to say I got a serious bruise. The line outside is always super long & staff will not answer questions. I mean you even use a machine to check in. They don't answer the phone so why do they need 3 to 4 woman at the front desk? They literally do nothing but be very rude to there customers. Pros: Doctor was nice, clean facility... and that's about it. Cons: Horrible front desk service. Listening to the front desk receptionists daily life report to one another (could be a pro if you enjoy gossip about baby daddy's and baby sitters). Parking might be an issue but all depends on when you come. This is my third visit here. The first two visits, the waiting room reached full capacity, and I chose to wait outside instead of waiting for a seat. The customer service wasn't too pleasant but I wasn't expecting much seeing how they had to deal with all those people. My third visit made me realize the customer service was simply just bad. Waiting in line to sign in, the receptionist didn't even care to say good morning to clients. Her first response was "sign in, have a seat, and we'll call you up for your insurance in a bit". It was just plain rude. What made it worst was it was to elderly people. All I could think of was "that is not how to speak to elders!". One older gentleman did notice her tone and after her automated response to sign in, he said "well, good morning" and caught her off guard and she replied embarrassingly "morning". It didn't help change her attitude much though. After everyone was signed in and seated. That's when all the gossip started. I kept staring, wondering to myself if they were actually that inconsiderate to be talking that loud about their personal problems. The level of incompetence is absolutely incredible. My husband paid off our account about a week ago. Went in today, and they said I still owed. Tried explaining to them that we had already paid, and they wouldn't listen, and implied that I was lying. They made me repay what I had already paid all over again, before they would perform my lab work. Even after showing her our receipt from LabCorp for the exact same amount that she had just charged me, she said she didn't care and that I needed to call billing to get my money back. Drug screenings are Monday-fridays 1-4pm Definitely drink a lot of water before you come here for a drug screening so that you're ready to go when they call you in. I didn't have an appointment and walked in and waited around 30-40 minutes which is actually shorter than I thought I would have to wait! They are strict and efficient with the drug screening and if you walk out of the office after you sign in, you automatically fail the drug screening. I had some blood work done by this facility several months ago as ordered by my doctor as a routine physical. Unfortunately this company is unable to bill insurance companies correctly despite my numerous attempts to work with them. After getting fully paid by my insurance company they continue to overcharge me for services beyond the agreed allowable amount. I have attempted to resolve this matter with Labcorp numerous times, but they refuse to lift a finger and just don't care. I will NEVER use this company again for ANY services. Had scheduled my appointment for 7:30, arrived and checked in at 7:15. Finally, at 7:40 I asked desk how long do you usually wait when you have an appointment. The lady at the desk, Susanna, looks up with rolled eyes and says in a snarky tone "we've been calling you!!" I explained that I've been sitting there under the LOUD television that was playing the movie Moana and I didn't hear my name. She could not have cared a less and with her oh so not friendly face continues to look at her computer screen and says we will call you when we call you. Front office is unprofessional, uneducated and clueless. They have no idea what customer service is, every single one of them was so into they missed the primary objective: Customer Service. The conversation they were having was very unprofessional (i.e. Crackheads, Drugs, Men comments, Etc). Once they finished their conversation they called the next name on the list which showed me their first objective is: Themselves. The company lost 2 stars on this review because of that. However, the back office is fantastic. They really took care of my needs (blood work) and were extremely courteous and professional. I felt really at ease with them and it was good to have someone care for their customers. To add to the useful comments here.. if you have to come here please dont expect much customer service-wise... First of all, the guy who looked like the office manager took care of my daughter's paperwork at the front counter as well as insurance stuff. He gave me a paper to sign and date.. as i started reading the paper, in merely 2 seconds after he showed it to me, he told me AGAIN, "sign and date" as if i didnt hear him the first time. AM I NOT ALLOWED TO READ WHAT IM SIGNING FIRST BEFORE I SIGN? Dont assume that your clients lack education and would just sign stuff without taking a short time to read.. Second, i wanted to take pictures of my four-year-old on the bood-draw table to show my husband (who was at work at the time) how brave she was. The phlebotomist rudely and condescendingly told me to put my phone away because she says it's HIPAA violation. I then told her that im just taking pictures of my daughter and not including anyone else, or exposing other people's personal information so how is that a hipaa violation? But i had no problem respecting their policy no matter how stupid THEY sound for calling it a hipaa violation when i can confidently argue that it's not.. just call it labcorp policy and you can sound less stupid, and inform your clients NICELY geez. I then complained to the guy at the front desk, and he invited me back to his office (this is why i assumed hes some kind of manager). Im glad he listened to me, but he did explain NICELY and professionally (which i appreciate) that they dont allow phones and cameras. And like i said i had no problem following rules. But dont push the HIPAA violation thing when it's not! I told him where i work and how long ive been in the nursing field and how offended i was that the phlebotomist assumed i was uneducated about hipaa (my personal disadvantage is i look like a 13 year-old even though im almost 30) and assumed i could be talked to like that. People take pictures of their OWN kids all the time at clinics and hospitals, and children and adult patients' families take pictures at the hospital where i work, especially moms and babies during labor and delivery... as long as no other patient is getting exposed i can argue that nobody is violating anything about hipaa. So next time dont make yourselves sound stupid, just say it's "labcorp policy" it sounds better and less questionable.. and learn to talk to people nicely, phlebotomist. You picked a profession where you have to deal with people all day every day so you shouldve been good at it by now! The staff is irritable and it was pretty busy. I had to take a drug test for work so once i checked in i was not allowed to leave. If you leave, that's an automatic fail. So don't leave til you're done lol. I didn't have an appointment and i came on a weekday afternoon, so i waited about 25 minutes. When they call you, you have to empty your pockets into a locker and wash your hands. You go pee, and give them the cup and they'll submit the results to your employer within the next couple days. read more

Eileen was super nice even though you are pretty much treated like a criminal when peeing in a cup. She allowed me to keep my hoodie on. Stupid me decided to wore my gym outfit to pee in a cup... Haven't had much an issue except for the waiting. They are currently testing out a new check in system so be patient with those slow kiosks. You show up hungry from your fast only to find a sea of people in the waiting room. They can't give you an estimated wait time so you're just sitting there letting this time vampire suck the life out of you while being glared at by the staff. Not this time. This time I was ready. I brought my textbook with me, wore comfy clothes, made an appointment online, scheduled for a bit later in the morning, and was mentally prepared to be there for over an hour. At first I was skeptical how in the world they were gonna draw blood from my one year old, so I asked. The gal at LabCorp assured me the phlebotomists have drawn blood from the children of pediatricians, so I figured, hm, okay. Sure enough, we were in and out of there in a matter of a minutes, no crying at all from my daughter. I didn't make an appointment and instead chose to walk-in. Luckily, I came in right before their lunch hour (noon-1pm), so there was no wait and I made it in time before they locked their doors. The staff was friendly and efficient. This place has horrible customer service. And I'm not speaking of a one time occurrence. The past 5 times I've been here it's the same story. The heavy set African American in the front office that is the first person you encounter always has a horrible attitude and people skills are lacking to say the least. The phlebotomists are great. I've had the unfortunate task of being sent here for employment drug screening. If I had the choice I would never return. Do yourself a favor and choose a different location if possible. Made a appointment during my lunch at work hoping to get blood done semi fast, but they took an entire hour to tell me they didnt accept my insurance. Then i asked if i had to get new paperwork if my insurance wouldnt take labcorp, and they said it would be fine. Fast forward to today, where i have to miss ANOTHER appointment because they were wrong AGAIN. You'd think they would actually be good at their job.
