I suggest making an appointment because you'll definitely be called in before those who came without one. The longest I waited was about five minutes and that's with a busy waiting room. The only issue I have is just the cleanliness. Restrooms need to be maintained better. No place to put your purse and it simply looks dirty. read more

Don't even "trip" dawg, they gotchu. STORY TIME! Went in for a drug screening last week and 2 hours later after practically living there and violently downing 4 cups of water and scaring all the children in the lobby, I was finally ready to "go". I did my biz (or should I say whiz?) and got my things. As I was leaving, I dropped my wallet... proceeded to step on said wallet.. slipped... bashed my face into the wall... got up... faceplanted into the wall again... and crumpled to the floor, ashamed and cursing the heavens for my existence. I looked up and the ENTIRE staff and EVERYONE in the waiting room was staring at me asking if I was okay. Screaming "HAHAHAHHA I'M DUMB" I scuttled out of there only to be called back in to fill out an incident report. I walk-o-shamed my pitiful carcass back into that office; My ketchup colored face laughing all the way, not letting everyone know that the embarrassment pierced my tattered soul. All good though, after I fill out this incident report I'll never have to show my face here again right? WRONG. My results came back "negative dilute" meaning that the water I chugged betrayed me and fuddled my test results so I had to retake the test. I came back a few days later... palms sweaty.. knees weak.. moms spaghetti (I will never stop referencing that). Okay.. cool... no one recognizes me.... Suddenly I hear "Don't fall!" behind me and lo and behold, half the staff that saw me wipe the floor with my face are chillin in the room where I needed to wash my hands. They. Remembered. Me. As. The. Girl. Who. Fell. And they were so sweet, kind, and funny about it too and even invited me to a birthday celebration and now I'm sad because I don't know if I'll ever get the chance to piss in a cup again. If I do though, I know exactly where I'm going: With my pee-testing familia. 10/10 would pee again. read more

I would give zero stars if I could but really to have only one person able to do drug screening and only between the hours of 12-2 is great. This is the worst setup for having lab work done... we're in the middle of a pandemic, you walk into this facility and there is no social distancing!!! The waiting area is filled with people, in which you don't know if they have the virus are not. After signing in, they will text you when the technician is ready to see you, so you don't have sit in the waiting room. But that's a JOKE as well... after receiving a text, I still waited for over 45 mins!!! I will never come back to this facility again!!! So Ridiculous!!! Technician apologized for the wait... I let her know that they're setup is putting their & they're patients lives in jeopardy. She informed me it's their company who does not want to change how business is being operated. I was very disappointed with this Lab Corp location. The staff is cold, unfriendly, and so rude. The wait is extremely long. Even WITH an appointment I waited 45 minutes before my name was called. Front desk is terrible. My doctor ordered slip, they don't check their own system and just ask for paper. Fax machine took one hours still cannot receive fax from my doctor. You guys aren't very friendly people. Your restrooms are disgusting. The staff drawing blood aren't very friendly. The lines are always around the building. No one every seems to know how to check or whether to wait inline or check in first. There is not 6 feet apart. Some of us have jobs to get to. This is just one huge mess. read more

Lord. Wait times are beyond ridiculous. I really hate coming to any lapcorp there is always a huge wait and no place to be seated as the waiting area is full and if you try to make an appointment it's impossible. I feel so bad for the elderly people who are fasting and have to wait so long, labcorp needs to change the way they do things. The phlebotomist seem to not care for their jobs and are always on hour long lunch breaks. They talk loudly to each other and gossip and they definitely don't want to be at work and you can tell. This location had the horrible customer service. I walked in asking what time they close? Online it said 4pm but their door says 5pm. The staff looked at me with a blank stare and said "OH" and acted as if she didn't give a crap. When I told them medical hadn't given me my insurance card yet, she said I needed to get pick one up first. After telling her I had the number written down as well as my daughters social her face remained un-apologetic and didn't try to help. 10 minutes later with me on hold with medical, she told me she did some "research" and she was able to find it???? Do your job lady! This location is so lazy. After they told me to sit in a room, the phlebotomist came in and said she had no idea there was anyone waiting for her! I had no appointment and showed up at 7am on a Monday and was 13th to sign in. I was going to go on a Saturday but read reviews about the line being crazy long so I opted to wait for Monday. I'd strongly advise you to get here at 7 am, if not before, if you can. I only waited about 15 minutes or so, and they seemed to be moving patients through the office pretty quickly. I wish I would have gotten the name of my phlebotomist because she was wonderful. This was literally the most painless, quick, easy blood draw of my life. Such a relief because I have felt like I was going to pass out after getting blood tests before, but didn't feel that way today at all. I really think hydrating for the past couple days helped a lot so if you're going here for blood work, be sure to hydrate in advance! read more

I am very surprised at all the negative reviews. My whole family has been going to this lab for a few years now but today is the first time I looked at the yelp reviews. I heard another patient complaining about the older Asian man who draws blood saying he was going to yelp him while visiting the lab today for my father. When I got on Yelp and seen all the negativity I thought it was very important to make an account to give some positive feedback which people do not do often enough these days. I always have a very pleasant experience. Sometimes the wait is somewhat long and there are no seats but the staff are always great; but there is usually a movie to watch in the lobby. I am a frequent flyer rather I am going to the lab for my family or myself. I know the routine and it usually looks like a much worst wait than it actually ends up being. Brianna (Bri) who is usually at the front desk is always very nice and provides great customer service. She is very efficient and organized while she has 100 people and all the other employees asking her for help and question all at the same time. I think the other patients would have different reviews if they took the time to pay attention to how busy she is and how often she is sadly yelled at for no reason. I have witnessed a few times when patients are yelling at her it seems they have arrived to the lab unprepared and they take it out on her. When Brianna is not in the office, I must admit the front desk area and customer service is a bit of a circus act. One thing I appreciate is Brianna really knows her Patients and addresses them by name. You can tell she is the "heartbeat" of the lab and I hope LabCorp values her as an employee. Jeanette and Martha are great girls as well. They are very professional and skilled when it comes to drawing blood. I spent many years getting pocked a dozen times every time I went in for blood work; I glad that is over. Martha is a very sweet woman and you can tell she loves her job. Martha has dedicated several years to drawing blood in the Chino area and I hope she never stops. I have noticed patients are sometimes rude to Martha because they cannot understand her thick accent, which I feel, is an unfair form of discrimination. Jeanette is very caring and relate-able. She has a kind sweet spirit; you can tell she has a heart of gold. Overall, I love the girls here and their kind professionalism. Keep up the good work! read more

Front staff were very nice. The problem is that they have too many people coming in. The other is that that they speak very loud and ask you to fill the urin cup when you can in front of everyone and you get to carry the cup around with you until your ready. The room to draw blood fits more then one person. Expect to sit with other people getting your blood drawn. One bathroom for everyone filling the cups and those are left in a basket with other people's cups. I have no clue how you can not have cross contamination? I blame the company that owns this place at $524 a shot and 40 people cycling through an hours you can not afford a better facility? read more

This location is not kid friendly. They dont know what the hell they are doing. I was literally told to take my son to a different lab because they refused to try again on another vein. Josh R is rude and has a bad attitude. The front desk is loud and immature and all of their antics are on display to be scene and heard by the people in the waiting room. I cannot believe how ridiculously rude these people are. First, the receptionist wouldn't make eye contact when we were asking her questions as if we were bugging her with our stupid questions. Then they call us in, sit us down and there was another child in the room who was clearly distraught and almost passed out in the seat- his mother asked them if they could be alone and it took them a good 2 minutes to move us out of the room. That poor kid. Then we finally got put into a room. My sister was holding my nephew and I handed him his blanket- the lady grabbed it from him and said, "this belongs over there." She called in another lab technician to help hold down my nephew, couldn't find his vein and was wiggling the needle around his arm. To go through all that and for them to be rude? If you need to bring in your young children for blood work, choose a different location. The lady who was taking my son's blood could not find his vein. She kept wiggling the needle around left and right pulling it out slightly then back in. The whole time my 2 yr old son was screaming hysterically. When she noticed I was upset since no blood was coming out. She quickly pulled the needle out and put a bandage on him. Telling me I can come back or wait to try again. I will not be going back to this location. That lady looked like she hated her job. And she looked like she was not trained to do it. If your doing a drug test then I would say go in. But do not let them stick you with a needle !!! read more

TERRIBLE, BAD, BAD, and BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! I can't believe what just occurred at Lab Corp at 12555 Central Ave, Chino Ca. On Wed 9/16 arrived as a walk -in at 4pm to do a urine drug test I accepted a new job as a Project Engineer excited! I was waiting in their line only one person ahead of me.Prior I called their office message said closed at 5pm. This Asia guys comes from the back says No come back we don't do drug test after 4pm beside I need to be their 3 hr befor. I shared I called heard their message they close at 5pm and indication drug screening stops at 4pm. Then he goes on says I should have been their 3 hrs prior. I show him my paper which says expires 9/21 @ 4pm PDT. Then began making a big deal about the expiration date. I will certainly let my new employer know how terrible I was treated at Lab Corp in Chino Ca in hope they'll look into this matter. read more

This labcorp has the WORST phlebotomists. Can't find a vein. I have never had a problem in 50 years of blood draws at labs in many venues. I would think someone at labcorp does more venipuncture than someone a Red Cross. At least similar numbers. Red Cross is perfect every time, this place leaves me bruised and angry. I've been to this location 3 times, both on week days and weekend. The receptionist lady is cold and not very caring ( to be fair, a lot of receptionist from doctors' offices/labs/etc... are just like that), but the phlebotomists were all nice and polite . read more
