If you're looking for great customer service and a quick turn around this is not the place. The desk clerks are rude, mean and not helpful at all. They're better off with the kiosks. The wait is long so I'm not sure what an appt is for and then they pack you in this small room like sardines..... hot and smelly. read more

The rudest receptionist I've met in California works here. He was a male receptionist. Very impatient. Bad mood and almost rude. He should be fired definitely. But I doubt anyone cares. Get a job where you don't have to deal with people if you hate everyone that much. Zero stars not possible. read more

Staff is rude. No one was at the front counter. I had a question and one of the nurses yelled out that they're short staffed. I wanted to know if my paperwork is even accepted there before I wait for an hour. She acted as if she didn't even want to help me. She just quickly told me they will help me later. The room was full and they started to chuckle after hearing that rude answer. I didn't even bother staying. Just because you're short staffed doesn't make it acceptable for bad customer service. read more

Everyone is super nice here but the wait is RIDICULOUSSSSS!!!!! Even with an appointment you are waiting for an hour.

Clean lab area. I don't wait longer than 30mins both times I came as a walk-in. :)

I don't really know where the negative reviews came from. I recently visited this place (June 25, 2018) and it took me 15mins to do all the work. No queue and friendly staff. I came there before 9am Mondays. read more

After reading some reviews I thought that I may have a bad experience there, but from the front desk staff to the phlebotomists, they were all efficient, courteous and professional. I'm a very hard stick and they were all kind and patient and courteous. After everyone tried to get my blood, in comes Martha and with one stick she got it. Thank you Martha! Thank you Chino Lab Corp! read more

Just came from this place today. I even made a quick Yelp account just so I could post a review about this LabCorp branch. The staff, though I'm sure not all, are extremely rude and obnoxious. One of the staff at the front desk was practically shouting at us when we signed in. I don't understand why his attitude needed to be that way. Perhaps he's having a bad day? I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but he seemed rather friendly towards his co-workers to begin with. He's one of the older guys on staff. It was my first time here. As I was looking around for the restroom, I unknowingly passed by it already. I continued down the hall thinking there would be some sort of obvious sign. There was a restroom to my left, so I figured that was it! Then this one female employee that was busy looking down at her phone, told me in a rather indifferent, slightly cold tone that I was headed for the wrong restroom and told me to go back. She could have been a little nicer about it. No wonder this LabCorp is given the star rating it has. If you're planning on going here, just prepare yourself for some snappy responses from these people. They don't deserve your respect if they treat you with such hostility. The only positive thing I would say is that the appointment was very quick. My mother and I were in and out just like that, and after that experience, I'm glad for it. read more

Luz was an outstanding Person, kind and friendly. She was willing to help me with my screening and was in 20 min. I highly recommend this place. read more

I come here often for blood work.. I could honestly say that i have never been there for more than 20 minutes.. I've been there at different times and different days and never had to wait to be helped.. The reason that I'm giving 3 star rating is based on their customer service.. The staff lacks professionalism.. They are rude.. They get the job done fast but it would be nice if they did it with a smile.. read more

this is the worst company, i have a fasting blood test. i had car trouble and was 1/2 hour late i am diabetic and my blood sugar is dropping fast they dont care. it is now over an hour. josh s attitude is so what. they are not even close to calling me. read more

The receptionists here are beyond rude. I was taking my grandpa in to get his monthly blood work and I wanted to take care of things for him so he could sit. The receptionist asked me a question, and I responded and asked her a simple question back and she straight up said "I have my hands full." Excuse me! Two seconds ago you couldn't wait to get our info. There was a mom with two annoying ass kids in front of me, squirming everywhere and about to knock my grandpa over, who mind you, walks with a cane. Very annoyed with the way we were treated here and he had to go once a month to this damn place. read more

Walk-in times are very busy. I would recommend getting there at 6:30am. I got there at 7am and walked out at 8:40 am. The receptionist there is extremely rude. She wasn't rude to me, however, anytime somebody asked her questions she answered in a loud tone and seemed annoyed. An elderly lady was speaking Spanish, and she said "I don't speak Spanish" and turned away. Everyone else is kind and provides great costumer service. read more

staff very rude ! no greeting at front desk .. moody & rude ... personable if you work with patients. customer service .

Not a goid place to go to if you need quality service. The clerk bypassed me with about 15 to 20 patients. The clerk was snotty and has too much attitude, she doesnt enjoy or like the work there but obviously shes stuck there. Labcorp should look at this center and make a revision. It gives them a bad reputation since they company provides service they should also look at their sytem process to make it more efficient. Overall wouldn't recommend going to this center. Its the 2nd time i visited here and i was disappointed both times. read more

Unbelievably RUDE employees! Terrible customer service! There are ways to explain to people in a polite manner and your employees are awful! Go somewhere else!! read more

Rude counter staff. Inefficient service. Super long queue. I was fasting and start to feel dizzy and clammy. Ask them to at least just draw 1 tube of the fasting specimen. The rest I can wait. They don't care. No compassion or even professional just say if you cannot wait . Come back next time. Do not come to this location if you want a non existence service. I will check with my Dr for the lab work to be done at the Quest Lab. I have seen a lot of negative reviews regarding this location. Never believe it till I have experienced it myself read more

My doctor sent me here... this place sent me to another place without checking ins. info... now I 'm back here. .. 2 hours later... same spot waiting for bloodwork fasting.. They don't feel sorry at all. No apology. Worst labcorp location. Wait time?? Bring a movie for yourself.. read more

I had a decent experience at this Labcorp today. It was a Saturday, so I expected it to be busy and I went in as a walk in for a 2 hour glucose test. I did have to stand in a line outside for about 20 minutes to get in, but once I got up to the desk they worked very efficiently to get me checked in in a timely manner. There is an Asian gentleman that usually draws blood, but was helping at the front. He is very friendly and professional. When I went back for my first draw, I had a gentleman that was extremely friendly, made good conversation, and seemed happy to be at his job. Unfortunately, there was an incident with a patient that defecated all over the lobby floor and we had to be vacated while the lobby was cleaned. Many people had to be turned away due to an unsafe/unsanitary environment. I stuck around to see if it would be cleaned in time to finish my tests and was escorted kindly through the back of the building to a room far away from the fumes, and was able to finish my tests. The lady who escorted myself and another pregnant woman was very kind and made sure we were comfortable before leaving to continue cleaning. This meant a great deal to me and even though it wasn't their fault, the staff continually apologized for the incident. The only reason I am not giving a 5th star is due to how some of the patients were talked to at the front desk by one of the employees. It is very busy there and I understand having to be prompt, precise, and to the point, but this employee's tone was not kind or patient, especially if the patient struggled to speak English and/or Spanish. Overall, expect to wait and don't be impatient and you will most likely have a fine experience at this Labcorp. read more

Those at front desk got the job done but seemed like they were weary of people. The two ladies that drew blood were professional, friendly, and helpful. Drew blood quickly without 'digging around' for a vein. I did not have a long wait (my dr encouraged me to wait until after 9 am even though fasting, to miss the crowds) - arrived about 10:30 and got in right away. Will go there again. Thank you! read more

This place is absolute garbage. It sucks that patients have no other choice but this horrendous institution. I came two weeks prior for blood work for graduate school. Got my results a week later and found out they had read my doctors note incorrectly and given me the wrong test. When I called, the rude front desk told me I would have to get another doctors note. My doctor wasn't in the office for another week so I had to wait further. On receiving the new doctors note i went straight to Labcorp. And waited for 2 hours. When I asked the front desk they told me I had gotten skipped and they had no idea how. Their incompetence is mind blowing. Finally got my blood drawn and they tried keeping my old lab results when I asked for them back. Their phlebotomist was nice but a total idiot. She had to come running out to give them to me. This place is horrible. I don't know how big corporations like this allows such horrible health standards to stand. This place is a complete joke that preys on people with low income health care. Watch out and be vigilant on every single thing and test they do or else they'll screw you over and not give a care in the world. People who are in the health field are doing so to help people. These people are entirely in it for the money and stopped think of people as patients just customers. read more

I also do not understand some of the bad reviews. I have had nothing but friendly and prompt service. If you did not make an appointment, you have to anticipate a possible long wait. My last visit was again friendly and relatively fast since I had not made an appointment prior. The staff was friendly from the front desk lady to my phlebotomist Martha, who was wonderful! read more

If I could give them zero I would. I went on Saturday and the room was wall to wall people. I waited an hour and a half and finally had to go. I saw my paperwork. It was no where near being ready to be seen. There were some staff out so I gave them the benefit. I went back on Monday. Still lots of people. Rude help. And then after the girl dug around in my arm in 3 different places I finally told her I had to go. I had already waited an hour and a half and peed again on the cup. Per the tech it was my fault she couldn't get my blood. I had drank tons of water but it was cold and not hot. Also my skin was tough. I will not return here! read more

I'm not one to complain, but I do observe. Front office is not welcoming at all. No hello, no good morning. They are absolutely not courteous. I went in on Monday and was poked 3 times and no sample was collected. I will go back to the Upland office where I usually go. read more

The front desk workers are so stuck on their computers and talking to each other. They don't even look or speak to you in the eyes, unprofessional. They really need to work on their customer service. Maybe the main boss need to send them to a class for customer service. read more

If I could give this place a 0 I most definitely would. Brought my mom here to do her annual blood sample for her physical and was instantly disrespected by the ladies in the front for asking a simple question about a past due balance. Each individual that went to the front desk was disrespected and rudely spoken to for merely asking a question they have every right to ask. The check in method is electronically done and receptionist refuse to even help elderly patients with this, extremely horrid to witness. On the topic of this balance they stated it was billed from a doctor my mom has never seen and when we told them this they said they did not care and that it was our problem to figure out. Extremely disrespectful and absolutely rude to all individuals here. Upon paying the supposed past due balance we presented them cash for the payment and immediately were told they refuse to give change. Absolutely ridiculous to have to leave and get change for an absurd balance. Overall horrible experience and the overall patient treatment from the incompetent receptionists is a red flag for anyone trying to come here. Avoid at all cost read more

Front desk receptionist extremely rude. Horrible customer service and completely unprofessional. Wait times are ridiculous.

Scheduled an online appointment for Lab work, showed up to the appointment and I was seen in less than 5 minutes, even though the lobby was full. The phlebotomist Ricci is awesome, this is the second time she has drawn blood on me, if your afraid of needles, you would never know she was drawing your blood. The girls at the front desk were very efficient and nice. read more

Came in at 830am employees were rude took 1.5 hours to take blood left at 10am. This place is ridiculous avoid labcorp at all costs go somewhere else to draw blood. I can understand half an hour wait but almost 2 hours is not acceptable. People are reuse here not enough seats and not enough people working. I will never come to labcorp again I will never do business with them again. read more

I had an 8 am appt. got there at 750, and was back out by 830! It can get very crowded so going at off times is better and you should make an appointment. The lady at the front desk was nice and professional towards me, even though the lay in front of me was annoying! You know you need to have your lab order, your ID, and insurance card, so have them out and ready to go! Don't be the lady digging through your purse and bags, your kid running around, etc. Anyways waited ten minutes, got back to the draw room, it was clean and well organized. The lady who took my blood was super nice!! I hade seen her before and she always wears a head scarf. She is the best one quick jab and she was in I barely felt it!! I had to have 8 tubes of blood drawn and I was joking with her about leaving me dry and that I should get a donut or something!! We joked about that for a minute and the. She was done!!! What made my day was that she said they do not give out candy anymore but I could have some stickers and pick out a tape color for my bandage!!! lol hilarious!!! Nice people!! read more

They open at 7a so we got there at 6:30a and 7 people were ahead of us. They opened office at 6:45 signed in got pediatric blood drawn waiting 15 minutes. Lady phlebotomist was kind to my 10 year old. Can't complain. 4 stars!!! Why not 5 you ask? Well to me 5 stars is like an A+ or 100%. They get an 80-90%. read more

I'm in here now! The two guys in the front are complete idiots. If you can't speak English and can't understand anything I'm saying maybe you should work here! Oh and if you fasting just be warned you will not get an appointment until the afternoon read more

This place had very bad parking availibility and the waiting room was way too small and over crowded. People couldn't come in the door if someone was standing at the reception window and that also blocked people trying to leave the testing area. The employees were nice and efficient but the location was a joke! read more

Very poor service. The two front clerks are very unprofessional. You can tell they went to one of those trade schools where you get a certificate of completion to become medical assistants. I was told the wait waas about 45 minutes it took over an hour. If you go ask what's the hold uip they brush you off. Yes I understand that they themselves are not the doctors but I was just in there for a drug test, as was almost everyone in there. Once I get called in I lead in the cup signed 3 papers and was out the door literally took 2 minutes. I advised the clerk that the service should be worked on and she replied "I could just reject everyone" if any business is looking for a facility to send pre-employee's for a drug test please don't send them here. It will probably upset the employee so much he won't perform as good in your work place haha jk but seriously horrible place. Spend money where it is appreciated. Good luck to anyone coming to this awful place. read more

worst place ever rude receptionist you can tell she hates her job!!! will never come back to this location main reason b!tchy receptionist!! go elsewhere get treated better asking questions to the receptionist moody lady read more

This is by far one of the worst labs I've been to. The customer service is horrible. Especially the woman up front. I had two lists of blood work that had to be done on separate days, but I wasn't sure which one I had to do that day. I explained that to them figuring they could read the lab orders better than I could and figure it out. They basically told me it was not their job and to go outside and call my Dr.'s office for the answer. THEN when I came back in I noticed that they crossed me off their list and told me to get back in line. After waiting a good amount of time, I was taken back to the drawing room where I let the phlebotomist know that I have very small veins and that I have to always ask for a butterfly needle. Her response was that she wasn't able to use one (complete bs considering I have multiple friends who are phlebotomists) and then proceeded to poke me multiple times without hitting a vein at all. Eventually she gave up and passed me on to another phlebotomist who fed me the same bs line about not being able to butterfly needles and then she too poked me multiple times IN THE OTHER ARM. No blood was drawn!!! I wasted over an hour of my time here on the morning of my final and left in tears with zero blood drawn. Hands down the absolute worst lab EVER. This office needs a serious change. read more
