I can't recommend Dr. Lily highly enough! From the very first session, she brought a level of care,…read moreknowledge, and professionalism that immediately put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly assess my condition, and explain her treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand and gave me confidence in the process. Dr. Lily is the kind of physical therapist who makes you laugh so much, you forget you're actually working. We bonded over our love for reading and somehow turned therapy sessions into plot twists and punchlines. 10/10 would recommend--especially if you like your healing with a side of humor! Thanks to Dr. Lily, I've regained strength, mobility, and hope. She's not only an excellent therapist but also a wonderful person to work with. If you're looking for someone skilled, encouraging, and truly dedicated to your recovery, Dr. Lily is the one.

I drove all the way from Elgin (40 minutes plus fighting traffic) and due to being 3 minutes late over the 10 minute late window (13 minutes total) my appointment was canceled! It's June, next available appointment is in AUGUST. Claims they called me but I have ZERO missed calls from today which I showed them! Instead of working with me and being understanding that life happens, they continued to argue with me. All they could say is sorry we can schedule you for another location, today we have availability in Kyle, Texas. Ma'am be soo for real right now. I'm absolutely disgusted by this office. Claims the Dr needs an hour for the appointment but if my appointment is at 9:20 and the Dr has to leave at 10, how does that even make sense. Wish I could leave ZERO stars.

There is a ballad waiting to be written - something along the lines of Arlo Guthrie's "Alice's…read moreRestaurant Massacree" perhaps - about this woman who is strong, obstinate and disturbingly determined. The ballad should also be about the place that heroically enabled her stubbornness and resolve. Here's the raw data, and wildly, every bit of it is true. I pieced it together after speaking with about a dozen people. 10 weeks after having undergone two heart procedures, my nearly deaf 93-year-old mom sets out on her own for an adventure. Her goal? The scrumptious lox bagel at Mary's Cafe. She missteps exiting the car and... kaboom! She falls and breaks her hip. She is literally across the street from St. David's Medical Center. A kind man rushes to her aid. Together, at her command, they get her BACK IN THE CAR. SHE DRIVES HERSELF ACROSS TOWN AND GOES HOME. There, she realizes that she can't get out of the car. She is half in-half out. After ten minutes, an innocent passerby in our quiet residential neighborhood hears her bleating plea and - again - at her command, helps get her back in the car, whereupon mom DRIVES HERSELF ACROSS TOWN AND BACK TO ST DAVID'S. It took three nurses and the manager of concierge services to extract her from her old beater Honda - the one with manual door locks - and it ended up in valet parking alongside the Porsches and a Ferrari. Mom would go on to have a nine inch nail inserted in her hip and spend two weeks at St. David's, one week in the Medical Center and one week in St. David's Rehabilitatiom Hospital. Here she was treated with dignity and compassion by every single person we encountered. And there were tons of them. Every effort was made to make her feel comfortable. Cozy even. The staff made her laugh. Encouraged her. Listened carefully to every word she said. Her in-house doctors watched over so thoughtfully. The physical and occupational therapists helped her to understand that she *could* meet her goal of regaining her independence. Yes, there were times when a nurse promised to bring her something and then forgot, but really, things couldn't have gone better. The food? Not too shabby, and if you are a visitor, there are alternating pop up caterers for things like sushi, Indian and Mexican food, every week day. Parking? Free if you're over 65. Just scan your driver's license instead of your parking stub. And my mom's old beater Honda rubbing shoulders with the glamor cars in Valet? I drove it out myself... free of charge.

When we got there, checked, escorted to radiology, i was informed they do not do that procedure at that location! I had to reschedule 3 weeks later at the south location. This time I prepped ($167 sutabs) the night before. We are driving there the morning of the procedure when they call me to tell me they ran out of barium yhf day before and will need to reschedule! Absolutely incompetence! Do not recommend them!!

First time coming to this pro metric center and it was a smooth process. It's a nice flat first…read morefloor facility so it's easily accessible and detectable. There are two bathrooms and waiting room with full of lockers. Four big lockers and others are small. During the exam the temperature in the room got slightly hot and you can feel the music from the other facility but it was a small matter. The staffs are nice and let me go and out of the exam rooms easily for my break times. Overall, it was good!

This was my first time here as I was scheduled to sit for a 4.5 hr exam. I was scheduled to take…read morethe exam at 8 AM but showed up around 7:30 AM as it doesn't hurt to give myself some wiggle room. Boy am I glad I did as there were already a few people in front of me and I learned that if you weren't checked in before your exam cutoff time you can actually be denied from testing, yikes! So for those who are scheduled try to show up early if you can. Also, this location is QUITE strict and I found out the hard way that you can't wear any windbreaker material clothing so be sure to wear a cotton based one and preferably without pockets. Unfortunately the only jacket I had was this material but luckily I found an approved jacket in lost in found. Yes, I had to wear a stranger's jacket because otherwise I would be freezing cold without it. Oh and when I say freezing I mean this place is chilly, I think they said they keep the place at like 65. So, if you run cold like me be sure to bundle up in a cotton based sweater and pants. Also, be advised that each time you enter the testing area you will be screened as if you were going through TSA security. Actually they were more strict than TSA because in addition to being scanned by a metal detector, you have to put all pockets inside out, pull up your pants and shirt sleeves, and if you wear glasses they make you take it off to examine. Yeah, this place doesn't mess around when it comes to cheating! Oh and for those who are sensitive to noises, definitely bring some earplugs as the noise cancelling headphones provided didn't seem to block out much for me. This was quite distracting because not only were they tight fitting but I could still hearing my neighbor clacking away! Luckily despite all these snafus I still passed my exam so yay, but I do hope my experience helps some future test takers.
