DO NOT TRUST THE ONLINE CHECK IN. I came here and did the online check in and waited in my car for over an hour. I finally went in and they said their internet was down so they didn't know who had checked in or not. Otherwise I would give this place a high rating. The tech at the front Gretchen was super sweet and apologized and immediately took me in once I went inside and told them my appointment time. She was skillful in drawing my blood and was very pleasant. Long story short, I recommend this location, but if you come here I definitely recommend you go inside to check in and don't just do the online check in. I was assisted by Anita I believe. The whole process was great. She was clear with communication so you know what to expect. Very sweet and pleasant and great with the needle. Other other staff seem pretty easy going too. Very friendly. No nasty attitudes (which is easy to have when you're dealing with a lot of people). You check in (at the kiosk) with your physical ID and insurance card. They have you go to you car to wait. They text you when you're next. This keeps the waiting room limited to one or two people. Due to Covid, we all have to learn social distancing and wear masks. Furthermore, we all should care for one another because you never what kind of day(s) the staffs went through. With that being said, I was pleasantly impressed with the staffs today. We cannot see each other smile but our understanding and acknowledging the long line and wait time are taking a toll on all of us. Did walk in for drug screening test and waited an hour and a half. Oh boy, please do make an appointment. The small room was packed with people and there were 7-8 patients waiting before me. You do actually need to check in before 1pm for drug screening. So plan accordingly! If you're curious about time, I came in slightly past 11 and came out before 1. Drug screening was a urine test and it was incredibly uncomfortable for me as a female. I wasn't allowed to wash my hands until I have handed over the sample beaker. This is so the technician(?) who's waiting outside would know that I didn't tamper with the urine sample. She told me to initial on the paperwork and luckily there was hand sanitizer outside so I used it before using the pen. She kindly let me wash my hands after all the paperwork was done, which just took a minute. Overall, not a bad place. Parking lot was full and I was lucky to get a spot. read more

Tiny waiting room, disabled people are falling over for lack of seating. Patients have to wait outside in the cold, or rain for lack of space indoors. The waiting room is so small there is really only space for one person, if there are two, or three people there is no way you can stand six feet apart. The waiting room isn't even six feet wide! On the positive side the facility is spotless, much cleaner than the Labcorp on Cesar Chavez across the street from White Memorial Hospital. Also this location has plenty of free parking. If you're an early bird this location opens very early, but closes early as well. Very conveniently located close to dozens of doctor's offices, medical practices and hospitals. Saigon Restaurant next door makes the best Imperial rolls in the San Gabriel Valley. I watch them roll them in the morning, large fried egg rolls. Better than any Chinese restaurant. The new office is a great upgrade from the previous location, however front office staff is incredibly unpleasant to work with. Lab orders were faxed multiple times over time frame of 3 weeks and still having an appointment they had my elderly mother wait over 40 mins for an appointment due to not having requisition. Even after emailing them a copy than and there had the nerve to say nothing was received and decline to review lab requisition on the phone, instead they were devoted to decorating for 5 de mayo and catching up on employee gossip which everyone does I understand but where are the morals of this company ? read more

I got better service at the DMV. Their waiting room is the size of a walk-in closet. So most people are having to wait outside the building They kept me waiting an hour and a half and wouldn't even give me an update or any information. Outstanding service!!! Made an appointment online for my blood work. On the day of my appt, I checked in online and was waiting a few minutes before I was notified they were ready to see me. I went to Labcorp in Alhambra due to me needing to have a drug test done for pre employment. This place is wonderful. The staff is excellent. Yes it does state drug test is from the hours of 8am-10am, I was there at 7:30am, and the receptionist asked what I was there for for and I explained to her it was for a drug test. And she asked if I had an appointment and I said I do not. The receptionists said, ok just please have a seat and we will check you in a bit. I did not have to wait long and they checked me in right away. I was in and out of the facility in less than 15 minutes. read more

Would be nice if your website stated drug screening is only done at a specific time. I arrived and only found this out from receptionist. She stated it's only done from 10-12p and the wait is long. You can't make appointments online they are a week out. My window to get this done is only two days. I missed out for day 1 already. It seems like they moved to new location in Kohls plaza. Staff was professional. I came for drug test at 9:40am and waited over hour half. Everyone left before me and people who walked in left before me. They put drug test last priority and there were only 2 people doing drug test including myself. Drug test was just urine sample. If you ever have the unfortunate opportunity to have a medical appointment here, I would feel so sorry for you. I had an employment drug test screening that had to be taken at this location if it was to be paid by the employer and had to be taken within 2 days. It was right after the holidays so it was closed until the following Monday, otherwise I would've called and made an appointment. I saw that the hours were 6 AM - 3 PM and since I had work that day I decided to go in right at 6 AM. There was already a full waiting room of around 8 people right when it opened. They directed me to an electronic kiosk where I could enter in my checkin information. It was a basic tablet device that lets you enter information about your visit and also scan your ID. Seeing as most of the patients were elderly and/or may not have English as their first language, I feel like having them do it on a tablet might not be the best method. Anyway so I waited for 20 minutes and they called my name and told me that employment drug screenings can only be done from 10 AM to 1 PM. I felt like they should've told me this earlier or at least have it as a default setting on the tablet if I was putting in that I wanted drug testing and it was outside of that window. I don't know why they would designate specific times just for someone to pee in a cup. It's especially inconvenient that it was during work hours. I've read previous reviews saying that people waited 2 hours for the drug test. Thankfully mine was only a half hour wait. But in the waiting room I heard a lot of complaints about long wait times. Definitely search them up online and make an appointment if you can. The location is terrible. The parking lot gets full too quickly and it may be hard to find parking. The waiting room is tiny and they ran out of chairs when I came in. This is especially bad because most of the patients were elderly and had to stand up to wait if it was too busy. At least come up and offer them extra chairs, especially since it is a long wait. I felt like the workers were very unfriendly. Peeing in a cup is already an uncomfortable experience in itself; being surrounded by workers who look like the hate their jobs doesn't make it any less unpleasant. read more

Usually in and out of there within 10-15 minutes or so if you make an appointment. The only thing is you do have to make an appointment 1-2 weeks in advance especially for a morning time slot when fasting is needed for bloodwork. Staff is usually friendly and helpful from the last few visits. This location's customer service, check in process, and timeliness has been a lot more better compared to the last 2 Quest Diagnostics location (San Gabriel and Alhambra) that I went to which were both terrible. I came here to do a standard drug test for employment. I waited over 2 hours in a small waiting room to be called in, which was very unpleasant. When they finally called me in, the woman helping me was very sweet. They took my back pack and locked it in a trunk while i used the restroom for the test. Came in to take a drug test for my new employer, never in my life have I had an experience more worse than this. The lines were extremely long, I waited roughly and hour to pee in a cup. The woman at the front desk was so cold and rude to everyone. Never acknowledged anyone who approached the counter, just stared at her computer the entire time she talked. Everyone was told to check in on a iPad looking device and I couldn't help but feel so bad for the elderly who were checking in, most are not tech savvy and some assistance & compassion would have been nice to see from the employees. After an i hour it was finally my turn and I don't know if it's just their protocol but they made me feel like I was a drugged up felon. I had to lock all my belongings in a box, wash my hands before using the restroom, told to go pee in the cup, don't flush, use hand sanitizer, sign and confirm all of the documents and then was allowed to wash my hands. This is the first time going to this location. It's very close to my work so it was convenient for me to get labwork done. When I arrived I was greeted by a tech named Blanca. She approached me with a great attitude and over all outgoing personality. She assisted in helping me right away to get checked in. While she was putting my information into the computer we were talking about Mexican Mother's Day and just having a lovely conversation which was great because I am chatty myself. She then told me to proceed and wait in a room and even though the wait was a little long, she came in to explain to me that she had to call my doctor because her notes were not manageable. I really appreciated that she took the time to explain to me in detail what my doctor wanted and what actually can be done in a Labcorp. While she was taking my blood we began to chat about our private lives and that just made time pass by quickly. It was such a nice experience and I will go again just to be able to interact with Blanca again. read more

I had to drive to this location after I went to the Pasadena location and finding out they don't do drug screening until 12:30pm. This location does them earlier. The one thing that is weird is that you have to sign in at the front desk, then you have to sign in at the kiosk? Look, it's not like I want to come here frequently, but if you need some place to go to do your labs (I had my complete blood work and urine analysis) and want to be in and out efficiently, I recommend this location. I went in at 12:30 PM (WITHOUT an appointment) on a Thursday, was immediately greeted, given a a cup for my urine sample, and as soon I was done my blood was drawn by the phlebotomist. I was in and out within 11 minutes (I timed it too, I was by 12:29 PM and out by 12:40 PM). The phlebotomist that drew blood from me was very pleasant and it was quick and painless. I didn't spend any time in the waiting room, but I could see how that could be complaint because the waiting area was TINY, maybe 4 chairs overall and even then it would be extremely small. But given their efficiency, I could see why they don't need a big waiting room they get you in an out. So I won't deduct any stars considering I didn't have to spend any time there. FREE parking lot in the back and street parking in front and it's plentiful. They have special drug screening hours from 10-1 so make sure you're at least signed in and checked in before 1. Laura is the worst tech there. I walked in and saw her shoving food in her mouth and next thing she is "trying" to draw my blood. I told her that I had small veins and she said " I've heard it all day" and it was only 905 am. She pokes and shoves the needle around into my right arm - no luck. Then she couldn't find a vein in my left so she pokes my actual HAND which hurt so much. Laura continued to move the needle around and the blood was too slow so she removed it. No luck on second try and now I am In pain. I have an appt with my doctor to have the hand poke checked out bc I am unable to move it. She is negligent for the cause of my injury. Laura then calls another tech and bam first try and she got it done. Make sure NOT to get Laura unless you have easy large veins. read more

This place has the worst bedside manor I've ever experienced. I went on 9/24/19 to do stool test and blood. I didn't know I had to have cups to store stool samples in. So I had taken the sample in a bag. The lady that helped me was so disgusted and repulsed by what I did. She asked me who told me to do that, that it wasn't sterile and they couldn't not take it. Her face tho, was what made me feel so embarrassed and stupid for what I did. I almost just ran out the door of how stupid this women made me feel. It wouldn't matter anyway cause she had all my information so I just stayed and had her draw my blood. When I returned today for dropping off the stool, no one was at the front desk and when I could finally flag someone down she said I needed to check in through the computer with my driver's license, she wasn't nice either. After I finally got helped the other women started scolding me because I forgot to write the date on the bottles. I just quietly just stood there and wrote today's date. After I was done I asked her what the ladies name that had helped me yesterday is, she said Kathy and I walked out. All I have to say is don't expect anyone to care at this place. They are unprofessional. The nurse punched the needle in my 9 month old son's arm and searched the vein roughly with the needle inside for more than 30 seconds. My son started crying when she forced to draw the blood when unsuccessfully found the vein. The nurse refused to give me her last name and license number. When I insisted, the nurse said her husband is a lawyer. So what? I told her she punctured the needle to my son, I have the right to get her full name and license number. Long story short, she finally gave me her name. I just did a online search, most likely, she doesn't have a phlebotomy license. This is place is good, however, the visit today is the worst. The lady name called Kathleen Waller is the worst, do not let here touch you or your kids. I took my new born baby to this place for a blood test, this lady acts like she knows what she is doing, try to get blood from the heel of my daughter, but this is her first time and she squeeze the baby's entire feet, I feel she almost break the baby's ankle. For 15 minutes she can't even get blood for the test, and she keep saying she knows what she is doing. I told her to stop and got another one who got everything done less than 5 minutes. Also, the lady Kathleen didn't tell me if change another person we need start the blood draw all over again, for sure she knows nothing about this job. For a baby just born this week, the lady squeezed her feet so hard just to practice, I will give 0 star, and she should not work in this field any more. read more
