As a designer, I have had the good fortune to work with both good and bad contractors and there are very few who I would recommend, however, in my experience, Elite Craftsmen has been stellar. Kevin and Allen are both professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. When I first started working with them, after seeing the quality of work they do, I was shocked at how reasonable their pricing was for the quality of work they produce. I worked with them on both Kitchen and bathroom projects and both times the customers were thrilled. I don't have after pictures of the bathroom project they completed for me, but I do have before and after pictures of the kitchen project they did so I am including those. I would HIGHLY recommend Elite Craftsmen to anyone who is looking to do a kitchen or bathroom rehab and their tile work is out of this world. In fact, they don't have enough pictures up on their Yelp page to give the viewer an idea of the quality of work they do. I would highly recommend contacting them to ask for some samples of their work. Kerri Kannan Interior Designer & Real Estate Salesperson

They are worth the wait and worth every penny. We had them do a minor bathroom remodel with a new shower, tile and vanity. The quality of work exceeded our expectations and quieted our worst fears about working with any contractor. They are courteous, open and intent on giving you exactly the result you want. When issues come up or changes need to be made to the plan, they have a range of professional recommendations ready for the customer on how best to proceed, but also are 100% willing to execute any customer request within the scope of the original contract. We could not be more pleased with the outcome of our remodel and will use Elite again in the future.

A quaint shop alone the main drag in Ballston Spa. I was a bit surprised walking in, but it was…read morealso clear this was a professional lamp repair shop. I had a lamp base that required wiring, a cap, harp and shade. Imagining it would be staggeringly expensive, particularly since this shop has no competition in the Capital Region, I was floored by how reasonable the costs were. The turnaround was a month, which factoring the need to order parts I thought was quite reasonable. Picking up the lamp I was quite pleased by how it turned out. A total win. The downside (from my personal convenience) was that it required a long round trip (twice) to get the project done. I was simply thrilled, however, to find the shop in a feasible proximity. The two times I have been there I have found parking immediately in front of the store, despite the rest of the downtown being densely packed (quite the luck since a pub is next door.) Driving in from the Northway the shop is on the other side of the street, and in light of dense and aggressive traffic finding the opportunity to turn around is challenging. This shop is a seriously nice find. Were I at a point in life where I didn't have a house packed full, I might have looked at the many antiques for sale (Very late 19th/early 20th century) I have another lamp I need to get rewired, but I think I'll wait till Spring; driving into Ballston Spa while scenic, is a bear.
