Based on his review, he said that he did not think that locks had to be replaced and that the existing locks could be rekeyed at a cost of about half of what it would cost to change the locks. We thought there may have been a mistake on our part and rescheduled. They showed up at the very end of the day and I ended up staying at our offices over 1.5 hours late. He was unprofessional, and brought his wife and child with him. He let the child roam our offices freely. When the child misbehaved he screamed at her in front of us as well. His wife was using her phone to search for what looked to me like a diagram of the lock while the guy grumbled and complained about the job. I will never, ever call this company again.

It was a tough one with digital keypad that did not work due to low battery even though there were keys. After much pounding with hammer and crow bar two employees had success.
