You can expect to be in and out more quickly than at most other facilities, even if you do not have an appointment. She is also very friendly and empathetic. I have also been very happy with the minimal pain that I have felt when having blood drawn. The location is on the right as you drive north from the traffic light on Bascom as it crosses San Carlos / Stevens Creek Blvd. The location is a bit easy to miss if you are driving quickly but anyone should be able to find it without much trouble. Thanks for the great service Kelly.

I had the male technician today and it was the worst experience i have ever had. He was so insensitive, rude and disgustingly rough. Right when i got into the room he slammed down the arm rest and dumped the materials right in front of me and didn't give me any time to get my arm ready. Then he couldn't find the vein and tied the band around my arm super tight so much that ut was pinching and really hurt. I told him that and he just told me that it was my fault. The rest he did really fast and rough and he obviously just didn't even care. He could tell i was upset. I honestly can't believe that someone like this can work here. I left in tears. I don't understand how someone can treat their patients like this.
