The location is on the right as you drive north from the traffic light on Bascom as it crosses San Carlos / Stevens Creek Blvd. The location is a bit easy to miss if you are driving quickly but anyone should be able to find it without much trouble. I had an outstanding balance, but I clearly told her that I was willing to pay it immediately. Even so, she refused to draw my blood or help me find a solution. Her attitude made it feel like she simply wanted to leave work early and go home rather than help a patient. In my opinion, Labcorp management should seriously review her conduct and consider terminating her employment. There are many people who need this job and would treat patients with much more professionalism, patience, and care.
