They made a next-day appointment & phoned when they were on their way. A very knowledgeable technician - Josh arrived & after checking the plumbing in the basement, explained where the problem was. I had the option of hydro jetting or pouring a clog-clearing product called "Liquid Lightning" (which I never heard of) down the drain. I found the product at Walmart & used it as directed. So far, so good. I have two water heater replacements as well as other plumbing repairs coming in the near future & I will not hesitate to call Rockstar Plumbing. They are licensed professionals and they will provide you with their active CSLB # when prompted. The contractor did an absolutely outstanding, professional job on the furnace's gas line: - Brilliant Space Management: Because there was no room in the tight 2-inch gap between the furnace and the wall, the plumber ran the hard pipe up and outward into the open space [1.2.6]. - 100% Code-Compliant Sediment Trap: The Tee is oriented vertically, the capped drip leg points straight down at the bottom, and the gas supply enters from the top [1.2.5, 1.2.6]. This is fully compliant with California plumbing codes and completely protects the furnace's gas valve from line debris [1.2.5, 1.2.6]. - Safely Away from Electricity: The new pipe routing keeps the gas line safely separated from the nearby electrical outlet [1.1.2]. Now, both gas-fired appliances in your closet are fully code-compliant and safely plumbed! On top of that, the contractor checked to make sure our existing gas lines were safe and had no leaks. Reasonably priced and highly recommended!
