They neglected to inform me from the beginning that they charge for each area separately, and when I brought it up with the front desk lady, she said that Groupon does a different deals than what they offer on site, how ridiculous it is to say something like that when the Business is working with Groupon and decide which deals to do, apparently she didn't know what she was talking about, but she had the balls to argue with me, young lady sitting in the front desk being rude, and keep arguing about stuff that she has no idea about! I myself is a business owner and I know exactly how Groupon works . I will not be going to this place again I will not recommend it. They sell you a Groupon, but then they scam you. Beware!

I was told it would be rescheduled for the same day, July 18, and I even received a text confirmation. However, when my partner and I arrived at the Los Gatos location, we found out that our appointments had accidentally been booked for August 18 instead of July 18. As someone with a very busy schedule, I was understandably frustrated because I wasn't able to come back another day. I explained the situation to the front desk associate, but there wasn't much she could do. I left feeling disappointed. What happened next completely changed my experience. Areli came outside after us, sincerely apologized for everything that had happened including the issues with the Sunnyvale location and genuinely took ownership of trying to make things right. She was compassionate, understanding, and never made me feel like I was just another customer. With the help of her manager, she was able to accommodate both me and my partner that same day. Thank you, Areli, for going above and beyond. Your kindness, professionalism, and genuine care completely turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. They send you a form to fill out and one of the medications I am on was flagged, so I had to get doctor approval. I totally understand that, but I had submitted the form almost a week before my appointment, and they didn't tell me it required doctor approval until the day before my appointment. I had to make a doctor appointment to get them to approve it, which made me miss my original appointment. It ended up being fine and I rescheduled, but it was frustrating that I only had one day notice about all of this. On to the actual appointment... it was a great experience. Much quicker and much less pain than I had anticipated. I was in and out within 10-15 mins. The space itself is inviting and clean, and the ladies at the front desk are so sweet!!! His tone felt judgmental and presumptive about my financial situation, as though I was making a poor choice rather than an informed one. I ultimately stood my ground, opting to start with lower legs and potentially invest more later if I was satisfied with the service. At my first appointment, the treatment itself went smoothly. However, at checkout, the receptionist again made pointed comments about my Groupon purchase and attempted to upsell me on an additional package, calling it "the best savings." I declined politely, though it was becoming uncomfortable to feel singled out for how I chose to pay. That night--and for nearly two weeks afterward--I experienced severe, deep itchiness in the treated area. As an esthetician, I tried every appropriate remedy: aloe, hydrocortisone, and antihistamines. Nothing helped. When I called Sev seeking guidance, I was hung up on. I was left suffering without answers or support. By my next appointment, the reaction had subsided, and I asked the nurse what could have caused it. She suggested a possible allergic reaction to the laser, though I explained that I had undergone laser treatments elsewhere in the past without any issues and that no remedies had provided relief. She wasn't sure but speculated that my hair thickness could be contributing and that it might improve over time. Unfortunately, it did not. On my fourth visit, despite consistently booking Monday noon appointments, the receptionist insisted I was late and told me I needed to reschedule. When I asked about the late policy or what time she had me scheduled for, she refused to clarify. I later pulled up both email and text confirmations proving I was on time and that she was incorrect. Even then, she laughed it off and still insisted I reschedule without explaining the policy. I eventually contacted the manager, who acknowledged that this receptionist had been an ongoing issue. The manager was empathetic, professional, and kind, and she offered me a complimentary service for the inconvenience. This is the sole reason this location receives even one star from me. The manager and nurses were consistently compassionate and respectful. By my fifth session, however, I was still experiencing intense itchiness after each treatment. At that point, I decided to stop altogether. I accepted the complimentary service out of respect for the manager, but I will not return. I chose to go back to a previous laser provider where I never had adverse reactions. To be clear: the issue is not Groupon. The issue is how customers who use Groupon are treated. The repeated upselling, dismissive attitudes, and subtle discrimination made me feel lesser and unwelcome. If offering Groupon services is such a burden, then don't offer them. Making clients feel ashamed or undervalued for seeking an accessible option is unacceptable. Please, do better.

I called more than 24 hours in advance, but the male receptionist told me he needed to speak with his manager to see if they could waive a cancellation fee since I didn't call 48 hours in advance. He then put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I eventually hung up and called back, and another male receptionist answered. He rescheduled my appointment right away without any issues, which made the first interaction feel unnecessary and frustrating.

I called the corporate office, hoping they could help or at least acknowledge the inconvenience, but they simply told me that each location handles its own appointments and that it wasn't their responsibility. Poor communication and a complete lack of consideration for customers' time. If you know your store will be closed, the least you can do is notify people with appointments.
