The front desk staff were always so helpful, kind and friendly, and the nurses have always been wonderful. Unfortunately, things feel very different now. It seems like there are new people every time I go in. Everyone is still very nice, but I've had two appointments for the same treatment canceled. The first was in April, and I rescheduled for May, only to have that appointment canceled as well. Both times, I received a call/text the evening before telling me that my appointment needed to be rescheduled, because of staffing issues, without even an apology. I scheduled time off from work for these appointments. I finally got in for the treatment, but it didn't seem to do anything. It was almost as if the laser didn't work. There was zero reaction on my skin afterward, not even redness. I understand that this is a process, but it made me wonder if the laser was set too low, or perhaps because I'm seeing a different nurse each time, there isn't the same familiarity with my treatment and what settings have been used previously. Overall, everyone who works there is very nice. There just seems to be fewer people working at the location, and the employees are probably being asked to do more with less. The last time I was there, there was one person at the front desk and one nurse. When I arrived, the front desk person was on a sales call and didn't provide me with the numbing cream, so I had to go find the nurse myself because I was on my lunch break and didn't have much time. I want to be clear that my frustration is not with the employees, its clearly a company issue. Everyone I have dealt with has been kind and pleasant. The place is simply not the same as it was when I started coming for this procedure three years ago. I've been patient through the changes, but once I finish my package, I'll be moving on. It's disappointing because I really liked this place when I first started coming here.

I didn't realize they had a little parking lot so I parked on the street and walked around until it was time to go inside. Please keep in mind to get to the entrance it is a fair amount of stairs, I am unsure if there is there an elevator or not. The office doesn't open until 9 but I was booked for 9 am and knew I had to come in a little early to sign the medical documents. The very kind receptionist was happy to see me at 8:50 am and helped me to sign the documents. She kindly brought me water while I waited for the esthetician to be ready. My consultation with the esthetician made me feel cared about as she took in my skin concerns and products I use. Sometimes during this process at other spas, one can feel judgement for their personal routine but she was so kind and genuinely wanted to make sure I had a good routine. She had excellent techniques and my skin was so clean and hydrated. She did give me extractions that I was nervous about but I know I needed it, she had the perfect touch to my skin as she was trying to make it as painless as possible for me. At the end she gave me some recommendations for my future skincare and I hope to see her again soon so she can reassess my skin again. Overall I had a great experience and would love to book again.

From my very first phone call, consultation, follow-up emails, video calls, and scheduling, every single person has been attentive, efficient, kind, and incredibly responsive. Dr. Tom has surrounded himself with an amazing team. I never once felt forgotten, hurried, or like my questions were a bother. I had a conscious sedation, or "awake," tummy tuck with liposuction to my abdomen and flanks. Because we live out of the area, I had several calls and video visits with the office before surgery. By the time I arrived, I felt completely relaxed and well informed. My questions had been answered, my labs were complete, and I already had my medications in hand. The entire process was incredibly organized. Surgery day could not have gone more smoothly. I had no complications or complaints and was completely comfortable. I actually napped on and off throughout the procedure! The entire surgical team made me feel safe, relaxed, and very well cared for. The post-op care has been just as impressive. Dr. Tom personally stayed in contact with both my husband and me the day of surgery and the following day, and we were given his personal cell phone number in case we had any concerns or urgent needs. On my second night post-op, I developed a mild fever of 100.9°. My husband called Dr. Tom at 8:30 that evening, and he answered his cell phone immediately. He was incredibly kind and reassuring, talked us through what was happening, and gave us advice on what to do. Thankfully, everything was fine and it was simply my body reacting to everything it had been through. Dr. Tom then called the next morning to check on me and offered to have me come into the office if I wanted to be seen. That experience really drove home that when he gives you his personal number and tells you to call if you need him, he means it. I'm now post-op day five and am still receiving a daily text checking on my progress. That level of care means so much. And the results... WOW. I know I'm only five days post-op and several months away from seeing my final result, but I already could not be happier. I can see beautiful definition in my waist and a flat stomach, even this early in the healing process. For anyone wondering about my starting point, I'm 5'2", was 124 pounds going into surgery, and would consider myself to have an athletic build. My trouble areas have always been my "mom pouch" and love handles, where I tended to carry any extra weight. At 46 years young, I finally decided to do this as a gift to myself. I had wanted a tummy tuck for the better part of 15 years. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. Dr. Tom and his team have made something I anticipated for years feel remarkably easy, comfortable, and positive. I would choose them again without hesitation.
