When I arrived I was greeted kindly and promptly taken back to the massage area. As a woman I am sometimes hesitant to get massages from men but I had 0 hesitation with Tiger - I was completely comfortable with him from the get go. From the start I could tell how skilled he was - I have never had someone find my knots and tension instantly the way he did. If you prefer a soft, fluffier massage I'm sure they do that very well but I prefer a deep tissue, painful-in-a-good-way massage and this was truly one of the best I've had. The pressure was excellent and there was only one moment where I asked him to go a little softer and he adjusted perfectly. At the end he made me tea I was able to take to-go which was an absolute treat. I would say the only possible drawback is that there aren't private rooms so much as private areas separated by curtains, which didn't bother me at all since I was basically entranced the entire time. We called on a Friday evening and they said they could take us right away, but we weren't quite ready at that time, so we scheduled for Saturday morning instead. The staff were all very nice. Dress comfortably. We kept our clothes on (I think that's expected for this type of reflexology and massage, but I'm not positive). I wore my every-day mom uniform of leggings (that I could pull up over my knees) and a tank top. My husband wore his every-day dad uniform of shorts and a button-up short-sleeve shirt. What to expect: They brought us to a private room with two beds, so we were together. The room had a relaxing atmosphere, dimly lit, with some soft music playing. You'll lay on your back on a low-to-the-ground bed. They'll cover you up with a blanket or towel and make sure you're comfy. You'll and soak your feet while they massage your head, neck, and arms for 10 minutes (maybe longer). Then they'll move on to the foot-reflexology for about 50 minutes and also massage your legs a bit. You'll turn over onto your tummy and they'll spend about 30 minutes massaging the back of your head, your neck, back, hips, and legs. Helen and Kevin both had strong hands and really did a deep massage (how I like/need it), but would happily do a lighter massage if you prefer that. They both checked in to be sure the pressure was ok. It was very professional and felt great. We got a discount via Groupon, but I tipped 20% based on the full price.
