The doctor was incredibly nice, helpful, and thorough. She explained that the bump was actually a small cyst--something the esthetician made seem like just a large blackhead--which was reassuring to finally understand. She prescribed him medication to help with his acne scars and also told us about frackling laser treatments that he's definitely considering for the new year. The best part is that the cyst ended up going away, and hopefully it stays gone for good. Overall, we're really happy with the service and plan to continue seeing her as his dermatologist. We're also looking forward to exploring more treatments there as time goes on.

I contacted Dr. Julie Winfield and despite her office being close on the weekend, she immediately sent back a response. She spoke to me for 30 mins over the phone to review photos of my mole, and after the phone consultation met with me to do a biopsy. Dr. Winfield was very professional, the best manners and the warmest doctor I have ever met! I immediately felt so comfortable chatting with her that I barely noticed the procedure.
