Located on busy Maple Avenue in Fair Lawn, my partner, our friends, and I decided on the Craftsman for dinner as a repeat performance for some of us. We easily made a reservation via Resy for a party of six.
The entrance has an incredible historical truck parked regally out front, decorated in its autumn festivity for a photo op.

The overall interior evokes a rustic and industrial vibe that was fantastic, vibrant, welcoming, and enjoyable.

As a starter, we decided on the Bavarian Soft Pretzel, Asian Glazed Calamari, and Crab Cake. Our main meal consisted of Beef Short Ribs, Lobster Risotto, Shirt Steak, and Pumpkin Mascapone Ravioli. Some of us saved room and got Cookie Skillet and Ice Cream À La Carte.
Every bite was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and prepared to perfection. It was a tad pricey, but honestly for the portion size, it was well worth it.
Our server was J(esus). He was attentive, friendly, upbeat, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal.
We had a fantastic time!
