Ella was amazing in person--super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience feel welcoming instead of transactional. You can tell they both really know what they're doing and actually care. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, climate-controlled (which I love), and feels very secure, which was a big priority for me. No weird storage-unit vibes. Super organized and well taken care of. I haven't moved in yet, but based on how smooth and thoughtful this whole experience has been so far, I feel really confident that move-in day will be just as seamless.
