Love this place. A friend recommended this place as we met there. The staff is very friendly and helpful in choosing and answers all your questions. It's very clean. They have a play area for kids set up so you can enjoy your tea and food while they play. They have have all kinds of brunch food, breakfast items and pastries. I tried the adam and even as well as red rum. The Red Rum tastes good but is kind of strong just fyi. I wasn't the biggest fan of the adam and even because it was kind of milky and lacked any real flavor. I think it's a little overwhelming for me with the amount of options. The service here is really great and this is a phenomenal place to get a tea lover some gifts. They have cute little reusable cups to taste some of the teas on tap which is a great idea. They only do tapioca boba on weekends sadly and usually have popping boba on weekdays. Comfy chairs to study but not a lot of outlets available. read more

Fun and educational visit at La Tea Da. Came here for some tea sampling, and to discover a new way of brewing tea. The tea selections were amazing, tea flavors such as Banana Bliss were delightful and different. We learned how to make tea in the correct manner. As we sat down the owner, prepared to give us a free tea class, including tea samples. Place was beautifully decorated, very inviting with a lot of lighting. It was time for Daddy-Daughter lunch yesterday. I decided to bring Dad to try @lateada.sanantonio. It's located in the same plaza as Costa Pacifica and used to be the Gigi Cupcakes location. Divine was very helpful in orienting me to the teas and helped look for caffeine-free teas for Dad. All the orders were placed at the counter up front. I ordered a Ham & Swiss Croissant for Dad and a cup of hot tea (Hawaiian Breeze). We shared the Tomato Soup. I tried the Chicken Salad Croissant with iced Pina Colada unsweet tea. A bakery from New Braunfels made the chicken salad and it was delicious! A group of ladies was having high tea at the next table. High tea is $40 per person, which includes free-flowing hot tea, pastries, and sandwiches. I had received a promotion of a free ounce of tea, and I wanted to try the Blueberry Pancakes (caffeine-free). If you're looking for loose-leaf tea, they have many varieties to choose from. The staff are the sweetest people ever and they went above and beyond for us. You can tell the owner really loves what she does and is happy to help people learn about tea. Being it was my Birthday, I was so excited to try this cute tea shop. Quite a trek for us since we live on the extreme west side of SA. They have an extensive menu listed above the counter, and in the other room are self serve tea taps, and large canisters of labeled loose leaf teas. You can order from any- they will make whatever your heart desires. The loose leaf teas are also available for purchase. My body can only handle decaf and she pointed me to the most popular selections and got to sniff the interesting tea aromas. I decided on the Christmas Nucup, a noel rooibos with hints of vanilla and taro. Omg! It was wonderful and delicious! My son and I also shared a chicken empanada.
