I have eaten here many times while in town. Their food is always fresh, delicious and amazing! I've had everything from the catch of the day to octopus. My favorite is getting many dishes and sharing with everyone at our table! Definitely worth the stop in here and I will always be back!

Great octopus. Even better service. Although you could think the Villa Olímpica is a tourist trap (it can be), this restaurant has great prices. Don't miss the octopus, did I mention that?

Best paella I have ever had in my life and a pitcher of sangria to go with it to be enjoyed by the marina. Das is supa geil! Loved the meal here and the staff was really cool too. In the marina you will have many options but the Dude of Food recommends going here.

I loved eating here on my Vaca to Barcelona August 2016 The waiters were so pleasant & the Prosciutto, olives, bread with tomatoe and the Sangria became my lunch 3 days in a row!!!

Didn't even get to order the food because this guy was the Worse server ever!! After the gentleman outside convinced us to come in, we told him that we'd check out the sangria and would decide if we want to try the food afterwards. Hubby and I came in, ordered the sangria then decided NOT to order any food. When we told the server our plans of only drinking, he literally came over and snatched every single item off our table; napkins, folks, knives, half eaten complementary bread, olives...everything (and with an attitude). There are way too many options to ever try this place again with that type of service.

Delicious paella and crema Catalina by the marina! The staff were so warm and welcoming to me, even though my Spanish is somewhat abysmal. So many places in Barcelona I felt like people were trying to take advantage of me as a foreigner, but here I felt like a respected guest. Definitely recommend!

This place is soooo cute!!!! I loved all the lights everywhere and all the workers were extremely nice I definitely loved that! I asked for the peeled seafood paella and I think they forgot because the shrimp wasn't peeled and it was really nasty looking but other than that it was cool. The paella was ok but my brother in law ordered the black rice paella and that one was really good!

Tried 3 restaurants here on the pier during our trip and this was the best of the three but not an outstanding place. The steaks were good, the octopus was clearly the favorite of the night and highly recommended. The sangria was also amazing with a crisp clear snap at the end. This is a solid place with good waitstaff. Overpriced like everything else on the pier.... It's good solid seafood and local dishes in a nice atmosphere.

We only had "tapas". The food was fresh and the portions were good size. We are going to dine here later. The place is touristy but i see a lot of locals here too.

It's very clearly a bunch of pre cooked rice into which they throw whatever you order. The grilled seafood platters may be your best bet, as a chance to just get a good piece of seafood. That was the only diner at our table who really seemed to enjoy his meal. The place appears to have hundreds of seats and be able to turn tables over really quickly, and their emphasis appears to be strongly on "feed tourists quickly". So why four stars? They do a lot to give you value for money. Just sat down? Free glass of cava. Menu prices, food and drink, emphasize low cost, it's easy to have a ton of food and drink for under 50 Euro. End of the meal? Shot of limoncello-like herbal liqueur. Don't want a whole dessert? Complementary tray of olive oil cake. And a refill on that liqueur. On that basis, it's a pretty good overall dinner experience and we weren't unhappy. Just don't come here if you aren't motivated by alcohol.

They also gave us bread and tomatoes to make our own pan con tomate. Everything tasted very fresh, and it was a nice ambience, in covered open air seating right along the beach. One thing is they also directed a magician to come over at our table to do some tricks, which was very entertaining but not necessarily something we wanted to stay for, but I guess we got the full tourist experience! Overall, a nice spot for a nice dinner.

Very flavorful and fast experience. Oxtail and mashed potatoes 10/10: the oxtail meet is so tender and flavorful. The mashed potatoes pair so well with the oxtail. Mushroom, steak, and egg yolk 9/10: soo flavorful and balance of veggies and protein. Amazing textures and flavors. Sparkling sangria: 8/10 I don't normally live the taste of alcohol but this was great. Not tooooo strong and if tastes pretty good if you mix it with the orange juice. Fresh orange juice: 10/10 so tangy and delicious. I can't recommend it enough. Patatas bravas: 9/10 solid no complaints! Dessert Tapas: - bread dessert (Tarija): 11/10 amazing dessert that is creamy, cameralized, and has a mochi like texture. This fried chewy dessert is not too sweet and such an affordable price. - coconut pudding 9/10 solid and refreshing if you like flan - bread, chocolate oil, salt 7/10: I live the complex flavors. The feta cheese was absolutely disgusting, it tasted like imitation rubber cheese. - The "Al Ajillo" Style Shrimps (GAMBES AMB ALLADA) had a very strange flavor within it, which overwhelmed the garlic flavors. - The Beef Tenderloin (FILET VEDELLA), she had to spit 1/4 of it out because it was too tough. - Everything was overpriced there for the value. The foie gras was absolutely unforgettable--rich, delicate, and simply to die for. The sangria was equally exceptional, fresh, balanced, and dangerously delicious. If you're visiting Barcelona, don't just come here for dinner. Come here to fall in love with the food, the city, the moment, or maybe even someone sitting across the table. Well, the restaurant was cute and cozy with a great ambiance. With luck on our side, we found two seats at the bar and quickly ordered drinks. We ordered a pitcher of the sangria (because why not?). The sangria was delicious, refreshing, and made to order. It was definitely more authentic than what we're getting in America. We ordered the patatas bravas, tempura asparagus, the octopus, and the steak. It all came out as it became available. We couldn't decide what our favorite was, to be honest. We ordered an ice cream sandwich for dessert and quickly requested our bill. We didn't want to hold the staff up as we noticed they were cleaning the establishment and people were finishing up. Overall, what a great experience for our first meal in Barcelona! Cute and hidden gem.
