A slice of Spain in Pinecrest. Great authentic Spanish tapas and dishes. The restaurant is small but the menu is huge. During the week the restaurant is not very full. On the weekends there is live music and it may be a little harder to get a table without a reservation. The waiters are always nice and give excellent recommendations.

I've walked by this place many times but never ate here. Finally we came here for a besties date. It's cute and intimate. Our waiter was very nice and offered some great recommendations. To drink we had the red sangria which was very good but a lot on the sweater side. For appetizer we shared the garbanzo fritos. Soooo delicious and flavorful. Eat it with the bread. I had the parilla de mariscos. The seafood was so fresh and great flavor. Complemented by the potatoes. My friend had Iberian pork steak and it was good with the mashed potatoes. She didn't like the mushroom sauce. My friend ordered hot tapas. Shrimp which was very tasty. The croquettas de bacalao which was out of this world. Like a glamorous fish stick. And she also had the patatas bravos which's was great but sauce wasn't too spicy. For dessert we shared the tarta Santiago coupled with the helado de turrón which was amazing. Cake is dense but nougat moistens it so it melts in your mouth.

Went in for lunch and had a lovely experience. The inside is decorated very nicely and bright. The service was wonderful very attentive and gave us great suggestions for example I was going to order the regular jamón croquetas and she swayed me into the ibérico one which she explained to be more flavorful not sure if I got the name right. Fried calamari was tasteful and filling let me go back to the croquetas omg soooo delicious and filling they were big and I loveeee croquetas so I really thought I would take them down but easily shareable with two people or even more. We were suggested to go with the huevos rotos which were fantastic nice flavor super filling and our waitress even carefully offered to mix it up for us I know it sounds silly but the way she did looked so craft full mindful while maintaining the presentation. My fiancé got the sea-bass which was very nice nothing was left at all he said the potato under the sea-bass was also terrific. We ended the meal with some creams Catalana which was delicious. as for drinks I got the aperol spritz so yummy and refreshing. They have another location in Hialeah and mentioned that Saturdays they have performers and dancers but advised to make a reservation because it gets full. Definitely going again on a Saturday night to experience the music and all.

I went with some friends early afternoon and were seated promptly. All of the servers were really nice and friendly. I had some questions regarding an upcoming event and they answered all my questions. The ambiance was really nice, even though it was early afternoon. We ordered a bottle of wine, and many appetizers- the cod fritters, the shrimp in garlic, the tortilla, and the fried chickpeas. All were delicious! Of course, they brought warm bread with butter. We ordered café bombón and it was really good. I'd definitely recommend for lunch or dinner.

We came here on a weeknight and there was only one other table occupied. Service was friendly and attentive. Food wise I wish it would've been consistent. We ordered gambas al ajillo and bacalao croquettes.... croquettes were okay, but the shrimp was just greasy and lacked flavor. Pulpo a la gallega ... same very bland. The Cod as a main dish was good and actually very well balanced. Probably try them again when in the area.

Christian the GM is amazing! His service and hospitality is too notch! Ask for him and of he is in the house you will have an out of the world experience! Everything we ordered was fantastic! I came with my husband and he does not like Tempranillo and he found one that he now loves. The vibes and live music are immaculate! GOOO!!

    Good times at Ignacio's Tavern

It has felt like being in Spain--the food is of the highest quality, the chef recreates Spanish dishes with great fidelity to the best of Spanish cuisine, and the atmosphere and incredible service is unbeatable, with Spanish performers singing and entertaining live in a setting that transports you straight to Puerta del Sol... Don't miss the chance to try any of their wide variety of wines, which not only offer a rich selection for the palate but also come at very reasonable and accessible prices.

Really lovely spot for a fancy dinner or dinner with family. They have beautiful seating and delicious food. If you're there later in the evening for dinner there is also a wonderful performance with singing, guitar playing and flamenco dancing. The food was delicious but my favorite part was their appetizers. The grilled pulpo is to die for! Their service was also spot on and very attentive the entire night!

I will say the sushi roll itself (while not necessarily small) was not all that large/filling, so I would recommend getting something else on the side. I liked that their roll and appetizers had a fun flavor and uniqueness that I haven't seen at other places. But I will say the prices are a little expensive but I guess average for Miami area. I was surprised to find single-use chopsticks over reusable ones. A small detail in an otherwise fairly nice restaurant that did kind of stick out to me. The vibe kind of felt like a mix of a slightly more upscale restaurant, but also kind of minimalist modern if that makes sense? Additionally, our service was a bit slow, with our waiter right over our shoulder asking if we were ready to place our order, no then not being around for the rest of the meal. Maybe it was just an off night though, and the food did come out fairly quickly. Overall I did enjoy my meal here, and I would probably come back eventually when I want something slightly more upscale. But on a day-to-day I would probably go Edward for my sushi fix. Not that the food was bad by any meals. I really enjoyed the fun and different flavor combinations, it's just a little pricy to go to everyday, and in my opinion the main portion sizes don't quite reflect that or have any particular flare to them aside from a colorful/flavorful sauce or topping in them. Recommend a try if you are nearby though to see for yourself.

So, let's get into it: I don't know about you, but the one thing I do not enjoy doing is driving and circling around, being lost, just to find an establishment. So, I love that this restaurant is so easy to find with good signage, lots of nearby parking, both street and lots. Anywho, once I parked, the manager Judd was so friendly and kind and directed me to the table where my friend was seated. He overheard that I was kind of speaking loud over the music when I barely had a voice due to losing it from another event, so he kindly turned down the music for us. Once there, service was quick and attentive. I got a Fresh Paloma for my drink and the Seared Salmon for dinner. The drink was a good size and tasted good, no complaints there. As for the dinner, WOW. This was delicious, I would get this again. The flavors were there and the portions were just perfect (not too much and not too little, I usually never get enough or leave with leftovers). Also, not overpriced for Miami in my opinion. Aside from that, I did try some of my friend's off-menu pasta and it was really yummy. Furthermore, they have great weekly specials: (Note, subject to change. Please check Instagram or call for Current Week): Tuesday: Burgers and Bottles, $10 Burgers and Half off Select Bottles of Wine Wednesday: Double Loyalty Points and Fire, Flour & Fizz ($12 Pizzas, $12 Aperol Spritz, $7 Prosecco, 5pm-close) Thursday Ladies Night: Complimentary Bubbly for Ladies 4pm-7pm Sunday: 10am-4pm Bloody Mary Bar Go check it out, I don't think you'll regret it. At one point, I saw him place, one foot at a time, on a chair to tie his dirty sneakers and not caring to wipe the chair down when done. He did, however, break a smile towards the end of our meal, just around the time our bill came. Ambiance - Yes, it has a pub feel but there's nothing stellar about it. I know it's a neighborhood staple, but the pizza place next door had all its customers. The place was half empty when we were there. Food - My husband told us about the Tuesday deal: $8 hamburger with fries so we went to try it out. * Hamburger - lacked seasoning and flavor. Bread was hard and everything is, thereafter, à la carte for $.75 or $1 so it's actually $8 plus. * Fries - salty * Caesar salad - salty * House wine - $8 for what seemed like a 6oz pour. Overall, this place was a pricey disappointment; but then again, I'm not at an age that dines solely on crafted beers, thus, will notice the poor service and food.

The place is kinda small so not really ideal for larger groups. We still had a wonderful time. The food was all delicious from the appetizers to the entrees. I really enjoyed the gyozas, they were crunchy on the outside but so savory on the inside. The soup dumplings literally burst in your mouth. They were so yummy. The fried milk bun felt like I was eating a Thai donut, I expected something different but it was good. As an entree I enjoyed the Tonkatsu hot pot, presentation was 10/10. The broth tastes so good, I couldn't get enough, they use rice noodles for this dish specifically which I love. Everyone was great service wise, very kind and accommodating. The only thing I will say is that 2 dishes took longer than expected to arrive so some of the people in our party had to wait a bit longer to eat their food. Other than that, we enjoyed the food very much. The boba tea was also so good! They have a good variety of flavors to choose from, my cousins got a rainbow one and it looked so appealing to the eye. I had the green tea lemonade and added boba, it was very refreshing.
