Mangonada, barria tacos, empanada, and chipotle chicken with fries

Had the Birria tacos, chipotle chicken with fries, Mangonada, and the empanada. All were good, juicy, and tasty. Service was quick and cute pink vibe inside.

I stopped by once to try their churros and it was delicious. Today I tried their churros, but with ice cream and it was just as delicious. I had the Cookie Monster and Tango ice cream! The churros are fresh and don't have that old oil taste that some churros might have. The lady that helped me was so sweet and accommodating as I got so much groceries and food from the neighborhood. The interior is also so cute and pink. The lady told me, they're known for their birria and I love Birria, but had too much food already! I can't wait to try it next time I'm in the neighborhood!

It's my second time coming here and for the ice cream it's very good but there's a bit of a problem the cashier doesn't listen well she's a bit slow and doesn't listen the food isn't even good but one item is giving me stomach problems it's the hot Cheetos thing it came with peanuts and a fly was on it one hot Cheeto had fly eggs to it when the lady was making it the bags of chips was opened and the fly was a fruit fly I think but it's just disgusting and I spent money on this business just to be treated with no respect and the food is disgusting I'm disgusted

Sour gummy worms and sour rings with house made chamoy and Tajin

Super cute spot all pink inside perfect for a quick bite with friends or family, located right by the 59th st R stop. I just grabbed some candy with chamoy and tajin today, but everybody else there was ordering food and it smelled good so I will definitely be back.

Ordered take out from La Snackeria twice before and their Birria Pizza is BOMB.com. I've also tried their birria tacos and they were great. The Elote with the hot Cheetos crumbs was FIRE!! Def recommend this spot.

Mangonada (Large) ABSOLUTELY AMAZING
Sayonara C.

The space is long, tiny but too cute! Pretty in Pink! It's literally a Latino 'ice cream' shop with tacos, churros and so many other yummy Latino bites! Absolutely yummy!!! A little pricey but well worth it! I've been a here a few times and it never disappoints. Their tacos are on point! Even to go! Best part it's Latino owned! LOVE LOVE LOVE. Birria Tacos are to die for! Churro super yummy! Mangonada is my absolute favorite

Tostada with fish

I ordered an array of goodies... 1. Quesa-taco with chicken and chipotle sauce was savory, hearty and cheesy. The outside was crispy and the inside was saucy. It came with cucumbers and lime. 2. Mangoneada was refreshing and surprisingly not overly sweet. When I saw the candy gummy skewed through the straw, I was worried it was a sign of a sweet rush. They blended tons of mango...it was really good. 3. Tostada with fish was so good. It had a little of everything...cheese, flaky fried fish, tomatoes, onions, pinto beans and lettuce. 4. Churro was worth the $1.50. It makes a great dessert!

Taco and Flautas de pollo

This place is so much more than a snack bar! What we ordered: 2 tacos (birria y pollo) 1 Burrito 1 Flautas (4 pieces) 1 gushers and spicy mango dulce enchilados +2 slush drinks The flavors were on point! The portions were enough to share. The service was friendly. What more would you ask for? Plenty of beverage choices - Jarritos, Cola, Juices, etc. Interiors are super cute as well. Definitely check this spot out. I'd recommend ordering in advance, they're very busy making magic...I mean food and drinks.

love their Fresa con Crema

lovee their fresas con crema definitely would recommend to get and their mini pancakes

Queso-Quesa-Birria Combo

Ordered this for delivery on a whim and everything was delicious! We got the chorizo nachos, queso-birria, surf and turf taco, and hot Cheetos elote. The birria and consome were delicious and a large serving of 4 pieces. I love elote but had never seen these fun options, and it was the best I've had - so unique and fun. I'll try the taki elote next time! Delivery went smoothly, quick and everything we ordered arrived. Since the food was this good after traveling for delivery, I'm sure it's even better in person. We will definitely be dining in one day soon!

Nacho-Macho

I love this little hole in the wall spot! It's a great addition to sunset park with a different twist to mexican cuisine. I orders some macho nachos and chicken quesataco for a delivery and it was still warm and delish when it arrived. I requested everything on the nachos to be on side because I didn't want soggy nachos by the time it arrived like I have experienced with other places. But honestly I don't think that would've been the case here, they add some cheese wiz to the nachos and regular cheese and omg soooooo good! I also think I'm obsessed with cheese because the quesotacos were just to die for! Definitely recommend eating here!!!

elote
Halina S.

This place is like Mexican street food x Something similar to (an affordable) Momofuku. The decor is really cute and well done. The snacks are an interesting and unique take on a lot of the delicious food already in Sunset Park. They have put their own spin on more traditional fare and it's really appealing - there's things like elote with Takis dust and fruity pebble donuts with fruity pebble ice cream...Then there's the old and reliable: tacos (which were delicious) and mangoes with chili. They are new, so I think they'll sort out some of the kinks. Mangoes could stand to be more ripe and service could be more personable. I have a lot of confidence in this place and would definitely go back!

Nenes Taqueria - Birria pizza

Found myself craving Mexican (specifically, Birria) one Friday evening after a long work week…read more Nenes Taqueria hit the spot in every way I wanted. I went on a Friday evening around 9:30pm. It was still fairly busy inside, but it was mostly people grabbing to-go orders. After ordering I snagged a spot at the counter. There's extremely limited seating, so I wouldn't bank on eating at the restaurant when it's busy. Be prepared to take your food to go. I got the Nene's Deluxe, which comes with a taco, a mulita, and an empanada - all with Birria of course. It was all delicious. The mulita was at the bottom of the box and got completely soaked with Birria. It was extremely messy to eat. Get plenty of napkins. I also got a side of fries and nacho cheese, because it was a long week and I deserved it. They had a seasonal strawberry horchata as well. This was okay. I also think I might just not love horchata in general. This meal definitely hit the spot. The Birria and consommé were top notch. I would return in a heartbeat.

I tried something different than my usual and went with the Adobada Tacos (Pork Al Pastor). The meat itself was spicy and a little rough, which leads me to believe it was maybe old meat. Instead of cubed, the pineapple was shredded which offered a nice touch. Unfortunately the actual taco got soggy by the time I ate it so I just picked out the meats and pineapple. There is plenty of avocado green sauce placed on top, which moving forward, I will request to be on the side to prevent the taco from getting soggy. Overall I probably should just stick to what I know/like so I'm willing to give this location another shot!

Our reservation was for 8:30pm, but we arrived early and Alejandra, the hostess, was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Even though she was ready to seat us, we decided to hang at the bar until the rest of our party arrived and that was the perfect move. Alkarys behind the bar was top-tier. She recommended the Siempre Reposado, and let me tell you... smooth, clean, dangerously good. If you're into tequila, that's a must. Now let's talk about the food. We ordered the quesadilla, rajas, tamales, tacos, and the queso fundido and every single dish hit. The queso fundido came out bubbling, rich, perfectly melted with that pull you want when you scoop it up. The tamales were moist and packed with flavor, wrapped beautifully and clearly made with care. The rajas had that perfect balance of roasted pepper sweetness and savory depth. The tacos? Authentic, well-seasoned, and layered with flavor, no shortcuts. Even the quesadilla stood out, crispy on the outside with that perfectly melted interior. Everything felt traditional, elevated but still true to its roots. You can taste the authenticity. Service was attentive without being overbearing, the ambiance was super casual and laid back, the kind of Brooklyn spot you pull up to for a real dinner experience, not just a quick bite. Highly recommend this place if you're out and about in Brooklyn. Definitely coming back for the tequila, the queso fundido, and round two of those tacos. I'm gonna try eating at the bar to check out the spot in the front of the house.
