Everything was served hot and packed with plenty of flavor. Definitely recommend adding their chili crunch to the pizzas. The pizza ovens are huge here and each pizza had the perfect crispy crunch. When you enter there's plenty of indoor seating and a large bar. I loved the high ceilings and open kitchen concept. Upstairs is reserved for private events and there was a nice outdoor patio. Highly recommend coming here for some quality Italian.

We parked underground it was a Friday night so the place was buzzing. We were lucky to get a table right away. You could make reservation via OpenTable however there is a deposit required and we didn't want to pay in case we couldn't make it so we took our chance. There were two hosts. The younger gentleman was friendlier than the older one. We were seated and it took awhile before our server came to say hi. I think there is a different level of service if you could speak French or not. We ordered the calamari and shrimp to start, it was SO good. The calamari was nicely breaded and the shrimp was tasty. We ordered two pizzas to try. One was the margarita and the other was Americana (comes with prosciutto - it was too salty so I could finish the meat portion). The Mac and cheese was really good. Our little one loved it. We asked for the truffle on the side. We didn't order any dessert because we were too full. It's a nice vibe and a great spot for a large group. It can get pretty loud so you feel like you have to yell when you are speaking. The washrooms are on the second floor. There is a patio upstairs and I saw a few tables. The vibe I. The main dining room is where everything is happening. It's a nice area to shop and eat.

Our waitress let us to our table. She was very hospitable and she spoke very good English and told us that they have a salad bar part of our meal. I ordered a classic spaghetti with meat sauce and hubby ordered spaghetti with steak. My meal was amazing. They put a lot of meat sauce and the spaghetti was just cooked right not to soft not too hard. My hubby's steak was cooked perfectly. I also tried the tiramisu not too bad. I wish they put a lot of rum. lol. Chocolate cake was delicious. The place looks elegant and expensive, although the prices are not too bad. I recommend this place.

Another interesting thing here is they have an unlimited self-serve salad bar for lunch (unsure about dinner). They had kale! There were a couple of salad dressings and a variety of toppings. What was memorable was the sweet, sweet corn. Bread and butter were served at our table. I didn't expect this for lunch. #14 Spaghetti with meatballs CAD$32 - The meatballs were good, but the spaghetti was lacking. I couldn't put my finger on it, but it was just ok. (I had another Italian spot for dinner that night, and L'usine just didn't meet the bar.) The menu said this is the classic from L'usine. #19 Le Grand Prix CAD$38 - The lamb chops were pretty good! However again the pesto pasta was lacking again. Credit card/Apple Pay accepted. Bathroom is down the stairs. It reminded me of being under a pirate ship for some reason. Only indoor seating

We ordered a tomato sauce huge meatballs, seafood linguini & all dressed pizza. They are okay, nothing really surprising, I mean I didn't order any specialties to begin with, right? I find the meat balls are a bit too salty, the tomato sauce doesn't balance it out. Seafood linguini was also a bit salty, it's literally the same sauce with a pinch of sour taste. Pizza, its a super thin pizza, I would prefer to have a little bit more cheese but that's my taste I originally thought they use wooded oven but sadly it is not, so it's really missing the Smokey flavour. Generally speaking, the experience is nice, the waitress took care of us and I see they constantly wiping the area to ensure sanity and cleanness. The price is a bit high for the type of food and the quality. But hey, let's support locals!

The pizza was very tasty. Pepperoni/Mushrooms. Well done & cooked correctly. The serving staff was a little off. Particularly the follow up. He came over with the cheese & pepper about 1/2 way through the meal. Restaurant was clean & modern & the bathrooms were particularly clear & well looked after. I'll never get here again but I'd go here if I were.

Here's the insider scoop: Schnitzel: Perfectly crisp, gold-fried, and so tender I may or may not have audibly moaned mid-bite. Goulash (for real gouoners): A hearty, rich stew that had my friends waxing poetic about Eastern Europe, right in the South Shore. Sides: Beets and seasonal veggies stole the show; bright, fresh, and seasoned like a chef who actually gives a damn. The décor is charmingly rustic-Bohemian: soft lighting, vintage accents, and enough character to make it feel like you stumbled into a cozy Prague café. It's welcoming, warm, and strangely enchanting. Only downside? They didn't have Pilsner Urquell on tap, and my dream Czech pairing dashed. But the food more than made up for it with flavor heavy enough to forgive a brewery oversight. Would I go back? Absolutely. Bohemia is a solid little European escape; right here in Brossard.

We were initially turned away for not having a reservation, ordered to go and were eventually told we could have a table. My daughter felt we were "profiled" and turned away for being American since after we were sat two other couples came in and were sat who clearly did not have reservations, but spoke French. Truthfully, I was shocked but did not care because the food was so delicious. We had the schnitzel and the duck. If you go, speak French!
