The crawfish was a huge hit - and authentic. The corn and potatoes were cooked in the juice with the crawfish and had all that flavor. The boiled shrimp were huge, fresh, and delicious. And the fried catfish? Oh my GOD - the best flavored catfish in DFW! I don't know what spices they use, or who is doing the frying, but big round of applause to them!
