He was phenomenally nice, helpful and just a genuinely awesome person to deal with. Their food is top notch, everything is fresh, the chicken is outrageously good and the grilled cheese my daughter got was out of this world good (I stole a bite). The hot honey chicken sandwich is addictive but most of all knowing their ingredients are fresh and there aren't short cuts is the best part of the whole Nan's experience.
