    Gourmet charcuterie, insalada #4

Such a fun place to grab dinner with very reasonable prices. We split a 1-person gourmet charcuterie and the #4 salad and it was plenty of food for 2 of us. Everything was great!

The 4 Salad almost as big as placemat!

We went on a raining day so when we arrive no one was outside. However it was quite different when we opened the door. Deli counter to your left, behind deli bar on e guy was preparing all of the food. There were no tables at first but after we learned about ordering at the end of the count a small table was available. The main guy spoke perfect English and the others were pretty good. We ordered the Il Maialoso Sandwich and The 4 salad. A few minutes later the food arrived the portions were huge and beautiful. The sandwich was about 6X9 inches and was layered with fresh porchetta, grilled zucchini and eggplant, arugula and oil. The Brest was brushed with a spicy cream sauce. I left off the grilled pumpkin. The 4 Sandwich came with same veggies plus grilled artichokes, mushrooms that I think had been marinated in a balsamic, roasted red peppers and potatoes served with a balsamic glacé, topped with poppyseeds. We kind of deconstructed the sandwich so that we could save a portion of the bread. We pulled the porchetta to the side and ate it like a meal. The porchetta was out of this world good and we ate it all knowing that it would not travel back to the hotel. The salad was the best veggie thing we have ever had(I don't like a lot...call them filler). The tastes just kept getting better and better. After we could not eat and not we asked for Togo containers. No problem. Then we added a cheese board to take away. We had In-Room dining that night. Ate and ate and could not finish. We had so much cheese and each selection was as good as the other. When we went to order the extra food I looked into the back room and it was also full of locals having an afternoon blast. Next time. We will join the back room! Lunch was $21 EUR and cheese added another $10. $31 for two people and 2 meals with even more leftovers. Generous serving I must say Within 5 minute walk fro Metro Line. Highly recommend. Great atmosphere.

Went here as part of our food tour and loved it!! We had a charcuterie board and wine!! Totally would come back!

    Charcuterie boards

We experienced La Prosciutteria during Army's Milan Food Tour around the city. The food was delightful! Our group shared a charcuterie board and everyone was very pleased. They even accommodated my vegetarian diet, too! Wine was a great compliment. This is a farm-to-table style place. Highly recommend!

    Gourmet board for 2!

This was a great place in Brera! Small, quaint, and cozy! Looks like locals stop here after a long work day to unwind over an amazing board and wine! We ordered the gourmet board for two and it was lovely! The meats and cheeses were fabulous! Bread seemed fresh from the day! One thing interesting was the pea topping/spread on one of the slices of bread.... Not a pea fan, but it was tasty. Don't expect fancy service, but expect great food!

There are a number of regionally focused salumi/wine places on Corso Garibaldi, with this one being Firenze/Tuscan fare (there are also Parma, Emilia-Romagna, and a host of others). Despite the name, there is more than prosciutto here - you can get a host of tuscan salumi, formaggi, and vini, all of it good, and all of it guaranteed to make for an excellent evening. In particular, you can get some *stellar* lardo, and for those of you that are fans, well, you *have* to go here (pay close attention to the wines - they have a small but excellent ever-changing selection of excellent drinking wines designed to go with the fare...

Wonderful restaurant tucked away in Milan where you'll find a large array of dried meats to incorporate into your charcuterie board. The store has some outdoor and indoor seating. Inside the store, you'll find plenty of seats and interesting decor hanging from the walls and ceilings. The decor is very homey and you'll find yourself sitting here for hours on end chatting away. We ended up sitting outside to people watch and take in the streets of Milan. We ordered a bottle of wine between the two of us and one of the charcuterie platters. The menu was in Italian, so we had a bit of trouble deciding on the meats. We went ahead and trusted the cashier and ordered whatever they recommended along with a bottle of cabernet sauvignon. Would def come back!

Amazing panini! And I guess red wine for lunch? Why not?

Oh no I want to go back there right now! The store looks ordinary from the outside, but as soon as you start to pay a bit more attention, you will notice the cool decors inside - the dried hams hanging down from the ceiling, big chunks of meat or veggies or cheese being displayed behind the glasses, There is no English menu, but you can always just ask for a random one recommended from the worker, at least I did, and I loved it. Don't laugh at me, but forget about the Panera's panini, this is way better than any Panini I have ever had before. The meat tasted freshly cooked and the bread was so crunchy and soft! The bathroom has a wine bottle connected with the door. Whenever someone is in the bathroom, the wine bottle moves up, and it moves down when the bathroom is available. Super cool idea. More plus point - workers were very friendly.

Very nice aperitivo place! They have aperitivo boards of different sizes. My friend and I chose the €10 per person one and had more than enough appetizers and snacks! A very nice place, both the interior inside and the terrace next to the street outside!

    The cheese orgasm.

The cheese orgasm. The atmosphere was great! Be aware that you need to approach the cashier and order yourself. We were waiting for someone to come to take our order. The food was delicious.

We stumbled upon this place- and we felt lucky to do so. It's a butcher / cheese shop with seething, you order at the counter and you pick up the food. It's great quality! We got 5 different meats and 5 cheeses, some bread with different spreads and some bread without. The amount of food was enough for 2 grown men, so we could not finish it. The house white wine is great value for money. Last but not least the bathroom was nice and clean:) , but lacked a seat :( All in all a place I would visit again, and perhaps try the sandwich next time !

20€ board for 2, it could probably feed 3!

Lovely restaurant tucked away in between two delicious bakeries. Come with a group or come with a date - regardless you'll have one hella good time here because of the massive variety of meats and cheeses they have and how can we forget the wine?! For 25 euros, you get a massive board of meat and cheese. Wine is cheap too, might as well get a bottle for the table. This was perhaps one of my favorite meals in Milan. It's not a large restaurant, so please be prepared to wait a bit. I went during the winter so I chose to sit indoors, but I can already imagine how lovely it would be in the summer, under the sun. Tip: Get a cannoli and eclair from each of the bakeries next door!!

This review is coming in a bit late, but I didn't have a very pleasant experience at this shop. I…read moregot the worst possible table (near the toilet) as I went in alone. There were actually only a couple of sofas at the entrance, so I'm not sure why it's called "sofa" cafe. The cafe itself is so cramped, it could be organized better in my opinion. As I was sitting at my table, pretty much every person who came into the shop seemed to want to use the toilet, so the line was very long and I kept bumping into each person. As for the coffee and pastry I ordered, it was just about ok, nothing special. The service was also very slow. I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you're going in alone and want to spend some time working or to read a book.

Great location- along a bustling street full of other bars and restaurants…read more Cocktails were above average. I'm quite fussy with my drinks and I must admit they were pretty well made! Not the best in the world but certainly better than the average. I would highly recommend the Moscow Donkey for a warm summers day as it was very refreshing! The only thing I would mention is the service was pretty poor. It took us about 10-15minutes to get our orders taken, and then we had to wait at least another 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. If you're not in any rush (like us) then it's perfectly fine, but I would imagine it being quite annoying if you had somewhere to be afterwards. Overall it was above average drinks, below average service and a great relaxed ambience.
