What I really appreciated was that Eli credited us for the previous work (gas logs and damper) and helped us choose an insert that made sense. The only hiccup we experienced was with the third-party vendor supplying the insert, since we initially had to pay them directly and ran into some issues. However, Eli stepped in, handled the situation, and arranged to pay the vendor himself, allowing us to reimburse him instead--which made things much smoother. Throughout both the initial service and the final installation, his crew was prompt, courteous, and efficient.
