Really good gluten free pasta. Patio was so nice and on a busy street. Service was meh, took a while to get drinks and we never got the water carafe that we asked for several times.

Omg, YES, YES, YES! Love everything about this restaurant! Wildy friendly staff, welcoming, cozy decor and the FOOD is AMAZING! Everything we tried on our two visits during our trip to Paris was delicious. Everything tastes fresh and homemade from the sauce to the pasta. We shared the Burrata Panée (creamy, fried burrata with tomato sauce) to the Bastoncini di mozzarella (mozzarella sticks) as apps and my son swears the mozz sticks were the best he ever had. We enjoyed several entrees, including Risotto al salmone with Tomato sauce, shellfish bisque, fresh salmon & chives, the Lasagna alla bolognese, Orecchiette con pollo e funghi, the margherita pizza and more. There is a lot of seating inside, but also outside and they bring blankets to take the chill off. This restaurant was a highlight after long days of tours and museums and we are grateful to Oliver from Le Novotel Hôtel de Les Halles for the recommendation.

Stumbled upon this restaurant and I'm so happy we did. The drinks, food, and ambiance was amazing. This place has a local feel and local prices! A must visit when in Paris.

Came across this restaurant in Paris because it was like a 10 minute walk from my AirBnB. We were looking for something to eat for dinner and decided to go with Italian food since we weren't big fans of the french cuisine. Literally my favorite Italian restaurant in Paris!! The food we ordered was absolutely amazing! We ordered spaghetti with meatball sauce, a margarita pizza and a Cesar salad. The portions were huge which made my friends and i super happy because we were able to share the 3 plates between each other and the staff was very attentive. After my food i ordered a cappuccino because my friend back home told me that Paris have the best cappuccinos so i had to try it. At La Perla the cappuccino was average, nothing to be amazed by. However, i was very satisfying with everything else specially with the delicious food we ordered after eating really bad french food somewhere else.

Calamari and spinach casserole really good! Good service as well

Went twice for dinner here! We also had Salmon and pizza margarita and everything was really good

We ate here twice on a recent trip to Paris. The happy hour specials are great. The food is amazing. The staff is fantastic. The location is lively and we would definitely come back. Spaghetti Bolognese is absolutely delicious! Staff was willing to accommodate some of my picky kiddos requests and always did so with smiles! Highly recommend!

We had already had dinner, and gone home to rest, but I woke up starving, and thankfully just a couple doors down from our apartment was La Perla - open late enough for us! (They close at 11.) I had the pizza Diavolo (saucisses piquantes, poivrons, olives, tomates cerise). (hot sausages, bell peppers, olives, cherry tomatoes). (15,90 euro) Did it hit the spot? For sure! It was nice to sit outside, though the night had grown quiet and chilly, and enjoy a glass of red wine (not the best - b/c Italian;) with this truly spicy pizza. Also the waiter was quite funny and very nice. "It's hot you know." - he warned me "Well it does mean the devil." - I winked. And yes - it really was spicy; the sausages had great heat to them and on the table was a very 'piquante' oil I added on top of the pizza. Did my stomach like me in the morning? No, not at all. Was it happy that night? For sure! Not the best place in Paris, but a safe bet for good pizza! (and potentially other stuff I didn't get a chance to try!) Give it a go if you're in the area, particularly if it's getting late in the evening ;)

Amazing service. The management is very involved in making sure that every single customer feels important and valued. Smiles are bright. Check ins are well timed. Service is inhumanly fast. I've been here a couple times and I've never had any dish that I didn't love. Absolute must is the truffle mushroom pizza and the truffle risotto.

The salmon looks pretty brown on some parts even though it was supposed to be fresh smoked salmon

So we wandered across the street and found this nice little spot with outside seating and a variety of appealing menu items. We were seated outside quickly and after a little time our waitress came to take our order. As mentioned in my other reviews we have small appetites, so we decided to split the Pizza Salsiccia based on its other reviews. When reading reviews, keep in mind that there are two locations for this restaurant. As I perused the reviews, it appeared that the other location, has more of the five star reviews. Despite that we decided to give it a try. The pizza was flavorful. I am a bit of a pizza aficionado, so my standards are very high. I would give the pizza a 3 star rating because it was very wet in the middle. The type where the topping pull off when pull a slice out. The coffee we had after was very good. Overall I think I can recommend this place with the caveat that I do not recommend the pizza, unless you like that type of dough.

On night one was started with glasses Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne which we really enjoyed and on our second night we had to have the bottle. We split the Diavola Pizza and the Calzone. The Calzone was great and completely stuffed. I will say if I had to pick I preferred the Diavola Pizza but that's because Enza is making fresh authentic Neapolitan Pizzas. For Round 2 we got the Salsiccia Pizza as well as the Truffle Pizza. The Salsiccia was my favorite of all the pizzas we had here. The Truffle Pizza was also very good and loaded with truffles as well so it is very rich so just a heads up. They on make their own Spicy Olive Oil which is great for dipping your fluffy crust into. We of course had to get dessert as well. I had the Pistachio Cheesecake which was get and had amazing Pistachio flavor. We also got the Croque Glace which is a true Ice Cream Sandwich. It was Vanilla Ice Cream with Chocolate on a Brioche Bun. It was actually so good and much better then what they are serving at Epcot. The staff was so friendly and helpful each time we came in and seemed happy to see us. For sure a place to check out if you are starting to get a little sick of French Cuisine.

The story goes that I and the rest of my Nintendo of America colleagues had just finished up a very exciting business conference with our friends over at Nintendo of Europe. After wrap up, we decided to take a small tour around the lovely city of Paris. I, of course, took note of all of the similarities between the real Paris and the version seen in the Mario Kart Tour mobile game. I have to say, Nintendo hits it out of the park once again. We then decided to stop inside the Gemini, since that seemed to be the only restaurant name that I could pronounce. I decided to order the Truffle Pizza, and since I am from New York, I love a good pizza. The first bite and it was already heaven on earth! Truly authentic French food being served at this wonderful establishment. I am also very glad that the waiters entertained my shenanigans when asking them what they thought about Mother 3. I had a good laugh after they didn't even know what I was talking about. Excellent service, great food, and an overall fantstic time for any Nintendo fan wanting to stop in and admire the beautiful jungles of France. Also, don't forget to check out Pikmin 4, which lands in stores July 21st. Thank you for reading this highly anticipated Reggie Review, and I will see you all another time, Switch fans!

On the other hand, it made me realize that my mother was a terrible cook. Bistro des Augustins is a small, cozy venue offering both indoor seating and terrace seating near Pont Neuf. It serves a small number of curated dishes, including a wonderfully traditional Bistro Gratin in a homey ceramic dish served piping hot with a brown crispy cheesy top, herbs, spices and chicken. You can also get it with salmon. My brothers and I only saw my mother use our gas range to light her cigarettes, sanitize needles to remove our splinters, and make s'mores during the summer months when she couldn't muster the energy to take us 'outside camping.' I mean, all she had to do was borrow a cookbook, which I'm sure were readily available from maybe a neighbor or in any local bookstore or the public library. How hard is that? I was the only kid who brought a can of tuna and his own monogrammed can opener to school every day. Every day. And mom convinced me that the tuna holster she got me for my birthday was cool and hip. I was a naive mercury-filled fool, although I did become a very fast runner in junior high school because of the tuna holster. The interior décor of Bistro des Augustins is informal and vintage bistro style - wooden tables, traditional chalkboard menus, and soft lighting - creating a relaxed and comfy ambiance. My eyes have been opened to what's possible. Thank you Bistro des Augustins for expanding my culinary horizons. Five stars.
