They also were missing a mess of normal nacho toppings, and those that were on it were scarce. More than half the chips were dry. The quesadilla was unremarkable. The cheese used was not high quality, and it seemed average at best. Overall, I am disappointed as I would have loved to have found another option in Brighton.
