The menu has something for everyone, my husband got a spritz and I had a hot tea. Neither were the best thing we ever had by any means but again, you're there for the experience. I was disappointed the tea was just a tea bag that I had to steep myself. We did not have a reservation, just sat ourselves outside at a table for two. Staff was professional but not particularly quick or friendly.

The Salmon was fresh and had a great smoked flavor, it was a serving enough for 2 people to share or one really hungry person! The Salmon was served with toasted bread and butter. The Affogato Florian came with hot chocolate and a cookie with the restaurant name on it - it was a nice treat to have for the afternoon and whether its cold or hot outside it covers the weather in any situation with hot chocolate and ice cream! The outside terrasse was busy in the late morning and early afternoon, but beware of the pigeons. Some of us went inside and unfortunately didn't see much of a selection. Instead we opted for some gelatos such as mango & coconut , strawberry and lemon, and mango. All accompanied a nice wafer. They were good and fulfilled our needs. The price was comparable to the area. The staff was not welcoming as they need to be a bit motived. A real shame for a place that has a long tradition in Venice.
