When the craving hit you have to visit La Michoacana, their selection is always great and fulfill your ice cream cravings, aguas and more. We came in and I wanted a scoop of mango ice cream with the tamarind little bits And thats it no chamoy or anything I like it simple. Their paletas are amazing the water ones. I love that you can sample some of the ice creams if you want as well. The place was very clean, lots of seating area love their little couches they looked like watermelons. Their bathrooms were clean and all. Customer service was good, we were greeted as we entered and were quick to get us out of there to enjoy our treat. The serving stations were clean and tidy not messy at all some places I've seen are messy and it gives it a bad view. Love that they had a cool candy section to go and some homemade stuff as well. All your cravings fulfilled in one spot. Cant wait to be back! read more

First time here and I ordered a large mangonada. Love the chamoy sauce mixed in with the mango ice cream. It's topped with tiny cubed fresh pineapple. It also topped with small chamoy nuggets, this were my favorite. They are chewy salt with a bit of spicy. Also has a chamoy straw, so so yummy will come back again. read more

I wanted to share my experience at your lovely shop. The colorful and welcoming atmosphere was great, but unfortunately, the overwhelming smell of the cleaning product took away from the enjoyment. Additionally, the ice cream was too soft and the cones had a hint of the cleaning product scent, which is not ideal for an ice cream shop. I believe that an ice cream shop should smell like fresh ice cream and the cones should be crisp and fresh. I understand that it can be difficult to receive negative feedback, but I hope you take this feedback constructively. I genuinely believe that your shop has the potential to be even better with some improvements. Perhaps a change in cleaning products or cleaning schedule can help with the scent issue. Most restaurants and food servicing places are using ECOLAB. read more

Best ice cream, flavors and prices in town. Yes I checked oasis and baskin Robbins and all about. The service is lacking a little for English speaking people but this place usually has a line out the door. Unique ice creams with rum and tequila. I had a tres leches and pistachio, and was thoroughly pleased. In addition to ice cream they have a lot of little snack type dishes they prepare, so sometimes all the workers aren't tending the ice cream area and are busy with large orders of these snacks. I used to love coming here with my family. That is until my last visit here I had the most ridiculous experience with the workers. I took my brother here and sent him in alone since only he wanted something. The worker misheard his order TWICE and he finally called me inside to help. I explained to the worker what he wanted and she told me I would have to pay for one of the orders that THEY did wrong before they could give me the right order. ??????Why should i pay for an order that you did wrong and nobody is going to eat? Horrible customer service. My son ordered a cone with two scoops and asked to add on 4 toppings. Candy topping wasn't placed on properly and when handing over cone she accidently dropped two and mentioned she would replace it. Then walked away to the back. there were two girls standing behind the register and i asked if they could replace the candy that fell and she said for toppings they only place 3 and prior to this as the lady was serving the cone she had placed 3 gummies and i said oh it's fine like that and she corrected me and said "it's 4 per topping". I was only asking for what i paid for. Since we walked in you can feel the negative energy. We will not be coming back. A restaurant I would have to rate poorly would be La Michoacana Plus. One of their workers treated us terribly and she had some attitude that you can see across her face. Plus in my opinion, their food does not taste good, some nacho chips were stale, and did not live up to the expectations for how much we paid. Very dirty inside . The floors are always very dirty & underneath the ice cream freezers , it's filthy like they do not mop. I enjoy the food but if the floors are always that dirty how clean are they when preparing food ? Tables are never wiped down. read more

Felt very rushed when there was no other customers! When I asked if I could get my vanilla with no sprinkles, she said "I can't do that. " the sprinkles were lightly coated on top of the vanilla. She easily could have went around the sprinkles and got a scoop but was to lazy to do so. I paid for the rest of my things, and as I'm walking out she's staring me down, up until I was out of view. Today I went to buy some delicious paletas for my family bbq. I walk in and wait my turn. One of the girls says "Are you ready?" So I approach and begin my order. From the beginning she is very rude and begins to text on her phone, claiming "I'm writing them down." Which is B.S. she was texting someone. Im ordering the paletas and she asked anything else I said a mango-neada, so she steps away before i finish ordering the paletas. So she begins making it without asking what ice cream i would like, & every time I go the other girls are nice enough to ask. I said, "Which ice cream is that? I usually pick the ice cream I like." This girl, very rudely says "it's always mango. Ok pick the ones you want." This is the first time I have ever had a bad experience at any of the Michoacánas branches and I have never experienced such rude behavior. Train her better on customer service and how her attitude and demeanor represents your store. If she's having a bad day, it's not my fault or any one else's. We have all crappy days. read more
