My wife and I have been dining at Habi for years. This is our go to for a quick and healthy meal. Always fresh and made to order. Service is always prompt and friendly, whether we dine in or take out. Great place for a casual or date night meal. I suggest you visit for their lunch specials, for a great price and generous amount of food. I recommend giving their beef bulgogi, sesame chicken, inigiri and both fresh and fried rolls a try. I'm going to start them at 4 stars. I had my first visit there this past week. Nice place. Nice service staff. Large menu. I ordered the Special spicy tuna roll and the 5-piece mixed nigiri entree. It comes with soup and salad. I was pleased with the speed that it came to me. The sushi was nicely prepared. Just the right combination of fish and rice. I'll stick with 4.stars because 5 goes for repeated visits and consistency. I will eat here again. read more

Simple but good flavors. I placed an order to go in person and took about 20 minutes to complete. They were filled during lunch so I'll order online next time. Everything was packed well and included ginger, wasabi and soy sauce. *Rice Cake Appetizer: great execution of crispy rice. There was a satisfyingly crunchy exterior and chewy center. The spicy tuna was tender with a bit of heat. The avocado was fresh and the masago added pockets of saltiness. I liked the side of spicy mayo and eel sauce. *Spicy Scallop Roll: unfortunately got a regular roll when I asked for a hand roll. The scallops were soft but a bit bland. The spice wasn't prominent as there wasn't much sauce. However, I dipped it in the spicy mayo and that made it 10 times better. *Yellowtail Handroll: the fish was buttery and well flavored with vinegar and green onion. There was a generous amount of yellowtail and each bite had a good ratio of rice to fish. However the seaweed was tough to chew through and had no flavor. Everything was priced fairly and the quality was surprisingly good for a restaurant far from any body of water. Nothing too extravagant but executed well! read more

This place is one of my absolute favorite places to eat at and I am not a big fan of sushi! Every time I come the first thing I order is the garlic edamame and spring rolls (which are amazing)! This is the best sushi in town. We always order take out from here, and they're super helpful with the menu and quick about getting your order together. They have a great variety on their menu. We got a big spread of sushi rolls and they were all delicious and we loved them all. I've never dined in but we've picked up our food there and it's not a big place but there is plenty of tables as well as a sushi bar seating area. It looks like a good place to have dinner and definitely will dine in sometime. read more

My boyfriend and I ordered two tempura California rolls and garlic edamame last night for pick up for Valentine's day. Our rolls were very soggy. It was like biting into a greasy sponge. All we took was one bite each. It was not good at all. The edamame had good flavor but was cold. We spent almost $40 and were very disappointed because we were really looking forward to our rolls and they weren't even edible. The sad thing is we joked saying,"This better taste better than savemart sushi." It definitely wasn't better. I had a crunchy roll from savemart awhile back and it was bomb lol. I enjoy most of their food, especially the convenience of it being in town and not having to drive to Visalia for sushi before they opened this place. However, I have ordered food to go several times and realized there were things missing, like the meat in my ramen, so I basically paid $15 for noodles.
