I just want to give a huge shoutout to Starbucks Main and Olive this is hands down our go-to location in town! Every single time we visit, the service is consistently excellent. Our orders are always made exactly as requested, and they're impressively fast, even during busy times. On weekday mornings, I'll take my kids to grab their drinks before school, and it's honestly a highlight of their day. The experience is always smooth and positive, which makes those busy mornings so much easier. This morning was especially sweet I brought my puppy in for an Easter pup cup, and the staff was so kind and welcoming to both of us. It really made our day! Came to this Starbucks for cinco de mayo because my regular location was packed. Bad idea. I had placed a mobile order and upon arriving there was only one other customer waiting and about 4 cars in line. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 coffees. I let them know I was still waiting for my food and they said it would be out soon. 2 more customers showed up got their orders and I was still waiting for butter croissants. The manager finally asked if I needed something and I said I was still waiting for food. He goes up to the employee warming up food and as soon as he turned around she gave home a dirty look. Not sure what was said between them but she definitely didn't look pleased. And on a morning where I'm hoping to have a nice day it kind of dampers my mood to this type of interaction. Also turned out they had forgot about my croissants so I waited around almost 30 minutes for coffee and croissants. Both Henderson and Cloverleaf locations are usually packed but even then 10-15 max on a really busy day. At least I get acknowledged and get apologies for such long waits. read more

I would not recommend coming to this particular location if you are in a hurry/time crunch. Most of the time when I come to this location the drive thru line seems short but it's a trick! I ordered pulled up to the window, attempted to pay & they barely decide to tell me they're not taking cash! That would've been nice to know when I was ordering. I understand everything's technology driven nowadays but super inconvenient that you're not taking cash! For what reason ?? Even AFTER that, they still had me park because my drinks weren't ready & they didn't want to hold up the line. I usually have no problem doing this but I don't expect this from a Starbucks drive thru! All that by the way for my espresso to taste burnt/ bad . First of all, let me start with the food. I had ordered a mocha cookie crumble frappe and let me tell you, i never ever drank such a good drink before. Not only that but my sisters drink was so good as well. The service, amazing! They hand gave my sister her egg sandwich. Like how nice ! Their service was so good they were being nice the entire time. For ambiance, they had some good songs playing and it was so clean the entire time and it just seemed so calm to be there that me and my sister stayed to finish our drink and food. The customer service was awful. They were talking over me and not allowing me to buy anything. Very curt, with no urgency with only 1 car in the drive-thru and an empty lobby aside from us. Clean, attractive drive through coffee with a goid selection. Only vanilla sugar free drinks which I thought was amazing for a nationwide chain. The local brand must have 30 sugar free flavors! Food is great, drive through is fast, but the customer service could use some work. I'm not a fan of overly (and forced) happy sing songy voices coming at me when I'm ordering food. Most people at 8am are on their way to work so just get the orders. But this is mostly about the young man who served my drink this morning. I ordered a strawberry Frappuccino for the first time in years. He brought me a drink that was mostly red syrup and then some of the strawberry frapp. I said this isn't what I ordered, and he said that's how we make them. When I questioned him, he refused to say anything other than "that's how they're made". He was condescending and like he didn't care that I wasn't happy with my drink. This generation of kids are not being trained in customer service. I had to research on my own that the recipe as changed. Why couldn't he just say that? Probably because he didn't know, and didn't bother to find someone who could help a customer drive away happy; instead, I drove away feeling like some kid doesn't know how to speak to people and that I wasted my money. I'll have to go to a different store from now on. And I won't be ordering the strawberry frapp anymore. The "new" recipe is terrible. read more

The Vandalia location is the cleanest, most accurate and friendliest baristas. The newest location in Porterville convenient right off of Highway 190 and in the same parking lot as a Panda Express, Lowes and Subway! Carl's Jr. is next door so what a duo! No loitering problems like the other Porterville locations that make paying customers uneasy. They deserve a bonus here because they are always busy at this location and keep their upbeat attitudes even with the nasties customers! I am a regular so I appreciate them immensely! Well the coffee is still good. When I walk up to the counter and order my drip coffee, not so good. Fifteen minutes later I receive the wrong order. They correct it. This has happened at other Starbucks also. The business model has changed due in part to ordering with an app. From now on I will stop by a mini mart and get my coffee. read more

Did a mobile order and she comes out and says we don't do them after 630, I said okay cancel it then and she said we can't you have to go through drive thru... the line is to the street. So this was probably the worst run Starbucks I've ever been too. I have always counted on Starbucks to have clean well maintained bathrooms but this one didn't. When I asked for them to stock the bathroom with TP I was handed a roll of TP to take care of it myself when I told them I didn't know how to load it I got an eye roll and she went back behind the counter to get the key. And when you have a lobby of people waiting for drinks it seems weird to watch while they make mobile orders for people not even there yet. On top of that the poor lady in front of me had her drink made wrong but then when the employee said she would remake it correctly right away the employee made a mobile order first. read more

Staff is RUDE!! Drink was not made correctly and asked for them to remake. An employee named Alyssa said "that's the way the drink is." We asked them to politely make it again and when she walked away to ask the barista to remake, she was waving her hands, gesturing at us about the drink. She returned to the window with the barista and said "is this dark enough for you?". She finally gave us the drink. We then asked for her name because she didn't have a badge on and she rudely and loudly said "my name is Alyssa and her's is Briana-barista." She then rolled her eyes and walked away. She definitely should not be working in customer service as it is apparent it is not important to her! My Favorite Starbucks in town. Morning crew is always greeting, and always in a positive mood! This is the absolute WORST Starbucks, ever. I walk in forgetting my mask and they flat out refuse to give me my drink until I walk and put one on, as if they don't SERVE people in the drive thru and come in closer contact with people without a mask that way. Absolutely zero compassion for people and have zero communication skills/ empathy. Not only are they rude but they take FOREVER to get your order out and 8 out of 10 times of going here it is the wrong order and if you make them aware the order is wrong they act like you actually ordered it wrong, not them doing it wrong. They messed up on my order many of times. I waited 45 min in line and the lady gave an attitude.

I usually like this place but haven't been in town for a while. Today I went in and during my order one of the other workers came up to the cashier to tell her something not related to work at all! She stopped me mid-order for something that could have waited. The cashier then responded to her making me wait even longer. I'm just saying, if you'e going to have a conversation during work, you can at least wait until the customer is done ordering! It felt very rude. Repeatedly I order with app a simple berry hibiscus refresher. Come in 15 minutes later and have to tell them what I'm there to pick up. Then watch them pour it out of a container and put berries on top. I feel my drink should be done and waiting for me when I get there after a 15 minute time.
