The restaurant is small and intimate, with a nice-sized bar near the entrance that makes for a great place to enjoy a drink before dinner. One tip: be sure to pay attention to the dress code. We saw guests turned away for not meeting it, so it's definitely enforced. The service was absolutely spectacular. Everything was perfectly synchronized--from the drinks arriving and set on the table together, to each course being served in unison, to the timely clearing of plates. It's the kind of attentive, polished service that has become increasingly rare. We started with the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, followed by the empanadas. They were all good, although the shrimp empanada wasn't my favorite. For our entrées, we had the salmon, the filet, and the lamb chops. The salmon was perfectly prepared, the filet was so tender it practically melted in your mouth, and the lamb chops were some of the best my husband has ever had. With exceptional service, outstanding food, and an elegant atmosphere, Rudy & Paco's absolutely lived up to its reputation. We'll definitely be back. Just be sure to plan ahead for reservations--and don't forget to follow the dress code!

We were there for our 27th wedding anniversary and were pampered by the staff all evening! The cuisine is Nicaraguan-inspired seafood and proteins, which I was not familiar with at all, but everything we had was delicious. The meal begins with fried crispy plantains with two different dipping sauces that are heavenly. We chose the empanadas for our appetizers, then I had the sea scallops while my husband ordered a seafood pasta dish. The restaurant is quiet and elegant, but not at all stuffy. They treated us to cake at the end, which is the only thing I got a picture of (sorry!!) but I so recommend this restaurant!!

Apparently too sleepy to provide a modicum of customer service. I was really looking for to trying their food since I've passed them so many times before. I picked up a customer of mine and he said let's go to a small South American place just down the street. From the outside, didn't look like much. I know, I know...people swear by Pappa's Steak or Taste of Texas, but this small, unassuming place tops them all. And a fantastic SA wine list. Please give them a try. Will not be disappointed.

The lunch menu came with a choice of either soup or salad, which I got the lentil soup. The soup was thick and hearty. It was very good. My steak was cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. The sides were well-seasoned too. The size of the steak, to me, was sufficient and considered big for a lunch menu. I had a triple chocolate tres leches after my steak. It was the perfect ending. I received warm and excellent service throughout my lunch. The restaurant is big and suitable for all party sizes. There is plenty of free parking in front of the restaurant, so that is a plus point.

Any restaurant which starts with "A Tit" is always going to be amazing, like Barbie's D Tits, or rather, her formerly D and now G or H or whatever, ask her, I'm not even sure. Absolutely spectacular Guatemalan restaurant which thrilled us with every bite. They really know how to make their food and they make it expertly and Incredibly. Easily one of the best Latin restaurants in the whole Houston area. We love this kind of food and there's not a lot of it around here. Plenty of Mexican restaurants but not a whole lot of Guatemalan and Honduran. This is one of the very best - if not be best - of the Central American restaurants in the Houston area. You really can't get much better than this. Of course everyone was checking out my sexy Barbie and they all had a good evening watching her eat while she was devouring this deliciousness with me. I think they wanted to devour her deliciousness. I think we ordered one of everything on the menu. Absolutely everything we ordered was fantastic. Would I go back here again? Are you kidding me? Where do I sign up. This will become a regular destination for us. I hope that they are getting enough business to stay in business because you will not find very many people cooking Central American deliciousness better than these people. And like I said. Anybody that has the word tit in their menu must be pretty good. This rap is so catchy, I think I might have A-HIT-LAN I love legs, but Barbie's so hot, she'll make me A-TIT-MAN I no longer lay on beaches, it gives me A-SH*T-TAN But I eat all the Guatemalan tings from ATITLAN!
