Horrible service and food. Have been avoiding trying "new" places to eat. There are not a lot of places in town, so finally a friend suggested this place and was really bad experience. Her salad looked old, the sour cream and avocado were smelly, black and not fresh. Her meat was burn on one side, so they just turn the meat on the "not burned sise". Someone else had the enchiladas and they had american cheese on top . My soup was smelly and all veggies over heated, as old soup that just kept on being re-heated. Really, really bad. Do not try. Two people on our table had upset stomach . About the service... we tried getting the servers attention about the condition of the food, and he just shrugged and told us to mention it to the cashier when we pay. We did and the lady at the register asked us - "What do you want us to do? You are already paying! so we paid and left. Never coming back! read more

Food is ok. Last 3 times I tried calling issues having anyone answer. The last time they failed to give full order and of course no answer.

I like the food, the wait staff and especially the red sauce. It can be slow when they're busy but we usually call our order in to avoid the wait. read more

My family used to love going to Casa Hernandez, so I couldn't bring myself to give them lower than 3 stars. But today, our food was not good at all. My quesadilla was soggy and flavorless, my sister's rice was horrible, and my mom wasn't too happy with her food either. We love Casa, so hopefully it was just an off day. read more

Our kids love the chicken and the beef quesadillas, my husband always gets two cheese and a beef enchilada, and i love the tortilla soup, nachos, and chicken fajita crisp. We always love to start our meal with some queso dip to enjoy with our complimentary chips and salsa. Casa is also very generous in supporting our schools and community projects. WOW! Went here for a birthday celebration and was not impressed with anything. I had to physically get up and tell someone that our table was ready to order because we did not see the waitress come around for awhile (it's not as if they were busy). Food was not fresh, it wasn't even warm when we received our food, I never received a refill on my drink. The waitress handed me plates to pass down to another person at the table. I ordered the beef fajita lunch plate and the meat did not taste like fajita meat. I'm not sure what meat it was, but it was chopped up and was mostly fat, but had the taste of carne guisada. Then when some people were done, she assumed everyone was done, and pick up a child's plate that wasn't finished with her food. Yes, we told them and they were able to remake the plate, but that's not the point. Then, when going outside to get some air, because it felt as if they turned the air off I saw the waitress leave. I had wanted to ask for a tea to go since I paid for a tea and never received a refill. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don't say that often, but I will recommend another place next time my family wants to celebrate someone's birthday. read more
