The server was absolutely attentive and very quick with my coffee, which I truly appreciated. I had two teenagers with me and they served us chips and salsa- even though it was 8 AM! Gotta love tex-mex! I ordered the chorizo and egg plate and the boys got huevos rancheros and the breakfast special which contain pancakes. We had all the butter, syrup and condiments in place on the table so no need to bug the waiter. Coffee refills were quick! Also ask for their fresh cantaloupe and watermelon juices- super refreshing and addictive! My only complaint is the green sauce is horrible and that's pretty hard to mess up in Texas. Red sauce is on point! Stop by- lots of space and tables to enjoy a meal and plenty of staff. Breakfast definitely delivers here!

It seemed they added extra salt to a good hot sauce to keep people from eating so many chips, which I am usually guilty of. Tea came in two sizes with free refills. Hmmm. Straws are too short for the large, I recommend you get the medium size drink just because of that. For Enchiladas Sueze (MSP?) - #34 I think - I got chicken. Sauce was good and everything except the chicken was good. Should have been shredded chicken, but was dried out chicken fajita meat as well. It comes with three enchilada s, but Los Charros has decided to use small corn tortillas for the enchiladas instead of ones you would normally get at the store... So really you get two compared to every other TexMex place. Pico de Gallo was good, and comes with what looks like a smear of avocado on the bottom. May be it wasn't supposed to be part of the meal, or shrinkflation hit again and a half teaspoon fulfills their obligation. Server was attentive and kept my tea glass full. Thank you, you got that extra star for the restaurant. Overall, if you are just looking for a place to stop for lunch as you travel by Needville, try some place else.

Seriously, if they would let you order some tortillas by the stack I would get them. I haven't asked yet, but the ladies are so nice and accommodating I'm sure they wouldn't even bat an eye. The lunch menu is good, as well. You're missing out if you don't try that or breakfast. For breakfast or I recommend the chorizo/egg/potato taco. They're not small, but not a huge burrito. They aren't salty or under salted, but flavored really well. Ugh, my mouth is watering right now thinking about it. If you happen to be rolling through or live nearby, this is a little hidden gem, check it out! I asked their hours, and they said Monday through Saturday 7am to 3pm. They are always there when they say they will be and very consistent in their food.
