Being with her since then I've had the privilege of watching her grow and get to open her very own space. She's a perfectionist and if she thinks she can do an even more amazing job she'll take that extra time on you. She's the biggest hype woman, honest, funny, a beautiful person inside out. She didn't discourage me from getting my hair straighting done by someone else I have an appointment with next week (ddiffernt person then my stylist) but said if I wasn't happy in a few months to go see her for a Brazilian blowout. She said she does them often. I also thought I should have her trim my hair and layers but she said no I should wait till my straightening nextt week and maybe they'll do it then. All these services she could of profited from but instead thought of my benefit first. So final and most important part... she did a great job on matching my roots to my hair and blended it well!! i am literally crying over my hair this was my first time going to Evolve and based what they show…read moreon social media it looked very profesional very nice and the work looked very clean so i was super excited to get a hair transformation i just had a baby not to long ago and who ever is a mom knows what it means to bring back your confidence , i spoke to bybaaabydollx and i told her what i wanted and i even sent her her own work and she said yes she was able to do it and to book for a full balayage she booked me for 6pm that day and when i got there it seemed like she was in a rush , she kept mentioning her boyfriend was waiting for her which i felt the rush on her side and instead of her doing my full balayage she only touched my roots which i had previously had a solid color on my hair and only did the balayage technique on my roots so i came out with two different techniques balayage on the roots and solid on the bottom it looks so different the two techniques and when i saw my hair in the car i literally cry my eyes out because i was looking to come out with my confidence back but instead my confidence was dragged even more i hated how my hair turned out i mean look at it for yourself here are the photos... i brought it up to her attention the next day because i wanted to see if it was the lighting that made it look that way but it looked even worse on the day light and when i mentioned it to her she kept saying that it LOOKED BETTER than when i came in and she claimed that she did a full bleached on my hair with the foils which is a lie because i only saw her applying bleached on my roots and u can see that there's no bleached applied at the bottom only on the roots and she claimed i looked better than when i came in .. how does this look better when i clearly have two different tones and two different techniques on my hair now please come on , i know as a professional hair stylist i know she knows what she did and this is so wrong but she denied to do anything about it i asked her to give me my full refund because obviously i don't trust her touching my hair again because all she wanted to do was put a toner to it which clearly my hair needs a whole correction now not just a toner , i messaged the owner of the salon and never heard back from her clearly they don't care about the customers or keeping the customers happy all they care about is social media because mind you the photos she took of my hair she AI edit them because it looked nothing what she gave me it was actually my inspo but not what she gave me , the audacity on editing my photo and posting it knowing damn well i was going to see that she didn't care i was going to see that edited photo because it looks nothing what she gave me ill post those photos too so you can see for yourself how it doesn't match at all so i learned the hard way this is all for social media and dont care for the clients all they care about is rushing through it and getting their money and maybe who knows if everything i saw on social media from them is also edited. like i said it was very important for me to get a whole mommy make over since i just had a baby and holidays are approaching i wanted to walk into 2026 feeling very confident and now i have messed up hair and who knows if ill be able to fix it because i am a stay at home mom i dont have the finances to do it again since she doesn't want to give me all my money back. I have not used conditioner in years, I mean decades and now I use it every time I shampoo thanks to the education I received from Sara. I feel like a shampoo model when I leave the salon and even in between visits thanks to the better product I am using recommend by Sara. I'm using a higher quality for about the same money as the typical brands because I actually use less. The salon itself is clean and has a good vibe. I cannot imagine going to anyone else to take care of my hair!
