I think her name is Anna, she was friendly sweet and extremely pleasant. Overall, the massage was great! However, she does not understand a word of English and when I say not a word I mean not a word. So the only way to communicate with her was through google translation. Before the massage I didn't mind talking to her through google translation since I'm very accepting of others. However, at times in middle of my massage she was a little to tough and it hurt. I said ouch, don't think she understood to go lighter and I wasn't going to use google translation in middle of my peaceful massage. My overall experience was great and was easily noticed by my difficulty in accepting that the massage was actually over ! Your serious??? That hour flew by! As a btw their price is phenomenal for one hour is 50 dollars! Oh, and don't forget to tip! To make a long story short, overall great experience with some language barriers!! But that won't keep me from coming back!

Kelly worked and listened to me, filed, filled and fixed a few nails that, honestly I had really just let go to hell in my grief, I just couldn't get myself together to go anywhere. Kelly was so understanding and and made my first time visit a wonderful experience. I was so pleased that I actually made pedicure appointments for hubby and myself for this past Saturday. So, our Saturday appointment time came, or so I thought, because we were actually early by 1/2 hour, not sure how that happened and I apologized in case it caused issue, but I was assured it didn't. We really just relaxed and enjoyed the massage chairs and the pedicures. In fact hubby was so relaxed that half-way through his appointment, he was starting to doze and by the time it was done, he was snoring every so slightly LOL.. During winter I usually go with the basic polish pedicure since my feet are covered and not in slippers or sandals. Hubby really liked his pedicure, he has a nail that gets in-grown from his heavy track work boots, she was able to correct it with minimal pain, as there wasn't any yanking or tearing that usually comes with this fix. Happily satisfied are we that Todays Nails will be our new "Rest and Relaxation" place for our nail/pedi pampering. Thank you for welcoming us a new clients.

While my nails were being done, two other employees just stood over me, chatting with the person doing my nails the entire time, which was not the most relaxing experience. On top of it, the manicurist took out clippers and other tools from a "sterile" bag. The bag was unsealed, meaning the equipment was never actually sterilized. Which was clear from the fact that they were visibly disgusting. After using them on my nails, she just stuck them right back in the "sterile" bag. I originally did not plan to write a review and only planned to just not go back, but I am now 1 week out from getting my gel manicure, and multiple nails are chipped. It looks absolutely terrible. I have gotten over a dozen gel manicures and classically go every 3-4 weeks. I've never needed to go back this soon, and I certainly will not be going back to this salon.
