online says they close at 10 we got there and it says last loads are at 8 and close at 9. false advertisement on hours.

I would give it zero stars if I could. The washers are always broken and eat up your change! The dryers don't even dry I have to put my clothes in 5 dryers when at other places I'd only use 2/3 just save your money! read more

So I am trying to figure out how liquid soap does any good without water. I used two machines and both sprayed enough water to get my clothes wet, but when I took them out to dry I noticed my liquid soap had not dissolved to clean my laundry. When I said something to the attendant she looked at me like I was requesting something special. When the machines unlocked I took my wet clothes to a place where water was not an issue. read more

The owner does not give refunds nor do they care if ur clothes come out soaking wet. Use at ur own risk. I spent over 30$ to wash and they swear a 3$ refund is not even an option. They will answer the phone I'm assuming for emergencies only. read more

The shop here has lots of cool stuff! They sell everything you need for your laundry and then some. There were a couple of broken washers and it took some dryers longer than others to dry. We where here doing volunteer work for the AT&T Scare For A Cure, we needed to use pretty much every washer in the laundry. It costs 4 bucks for 1 load which I cant help but this is a bit expensive. They have an onsite attendant who helped us when we needed help. She was very nice and the best part of my laundry experience. I cant say doing laundry is ever a good time but these guys run a surprisingly good shop and we made the best of it. read more

Nothing grande here: old and outdated washers and dryers, cramped and dirty. Too many newer laundromats in the areas now to settle for this

This washateria was probably the best kept, nicest one I have ever been to. I find it hard to be super impressed by washaterias to be honest, but this one is clean. I was volunteering down the road, helping the costume department at Scare for a Cure and they gave us bags upon bags of laundry to wash. When we got to the washateria I immediately started filling up each machine. At one point we had every washer and dryer going. I have never done that much laundry all at once like that. It is kind of amazing the efficiency and time you can save by doing loads of laundry at a washateria as opposed to doing it at home one load at a time. There were about 20 washers I think and 4 of them were super large washers. The others were a bit smaller. The large washers were $4 and smaller ones $3. The dryers were $1.50 for 30 minutes of time. We dried everything on high heat and most everything was dry in that amount of time. There was also a little store inside the laundry mat that sold drinks, snacks and various party supplies. If I ever find myself in Manor needing to do some laundry I would definitely stop here again. read more

I do not recommend this laundry mat they kept my clothes twice today was the second day i went to only dry my clothes at 6oclock and went at 7:45 and the locked the doors and the signs say open from 8am to 8pm that is BS if they close at 7:30 then change the sign this really got me mad i will never go back again they are just lazy and this don't even deserve a star at all. read more

Sucks. Way too many broken washers (6+) and not enough large washers. The few that are working are obviously being used all the time and they STINK quiet badly. There's soap all over the top of the washers (people are not enforced to pick up after themselves, clearly. There is also not enough chairs nor enough laundry carts. Overpriced items in the shop, so don't forget anything! 1Would give 0 stars if I could. Too bad it's the only one in Manor. read more

We arrived at about 9:00 PM on a Saturday night. No other customers were there. The Spanish speaking worker had to tell her son to tell us in English that they closed at 10:00 PM. That was all it took for Mom & I to have a bad feeling. We smiled & put our clothes in the washers. When I placed some clothes in a washer the worker kept looking at me pretending to wipe the top of the washer next to me. She did not say anything but was laughing. When I tried to put quarters in the machine I noticed there was a quarter stuck in the slot. Needless to say that upset me. When I unloaded the washer the worker was laughing & walked away. Could of said someting before I wasted my time. By now I am swearing we are buying a washer/dryer next pay day. When it came time to dry we were placing our clothes in the dryer and again the worker told her son to tell us that they closed at 10:00 PM. I told him in as nice of a voice as I could say "to tell her that we will leave when it is 10:00 PM." It was only 9:30 PM & I was determined to have clean clothes & hold my ground. We paid for a service & were going to get our money's worth. Well at 9:45 PM she was mopping the floors and started taking out the trash. Mom gave me this look and shook her head. 10:00 PM came and the husband, sons, and her were by the front door waiting for us. I took my sweet time unloading the dryer. I left the washer & dryer doors open & left dryer sheets on the floor. I hope they go out of business. I will make sure to tell my friends, co-workers, and family about this. Needless to say DO NOT GO HERE TO WASH CLOTHES! Not even if you are desperate! read more

I live in Manor and originally when they opened the Laundromat, I appreciated the convenience of proximity. The prices weren't convenient but I figured it would work because of the gas I'd save. Time past and they hired and let go of different employees; till this current one (she's lasted the longest). After going a couple of times to wash (while this attendant was there), I quickly decided that this would be a place to go to unless I really needed to. Yes, I'll admit it was simply because of the way this business was run. I understand that everyone has bad days but this lady can be very unprofessional and I'm sure there's been a couple of people who have complained. Example: They recently started a no refund policy on the washers (nothing about dryers). If something is wrong with THEIR washers (and dryers, I'm now led to believe) and you pay because the attendant didn't put an out of order note on it (because she's too busy tending to her customers, that come to get their palms read as well as tarot work done), your out of luck! They won't refund but at least they should credit. Many times when the dollar exchange machine didn't work you couldn't find her to exchange the money for you, because she was busy in the back of the room (where the curtain is) with a client, reading tarot cards and burning incense. You literally had to wait like 40 minutes to an hour just to exchange your money. If you interrupted her in the middle of it, she would get mad. The machine is now fixed but it took them very long for it to be fixed. I get it, you have to run a business but if your at fault; a simple credit should be made. I unfortunately paid for a dryer (1.50$ for 30 minutes) and come to find out it reeked of gas and was turning very slowly when I turned it on. I didn't want to take the chance because it could be a fire hazard with the lint and all so I asked the attendant why it smelled so strong like gas and she said something about it running out of gas and that, that's what happens when it needs more. I let her know it could be a fire hazard and if she could just credit me on a different dryer; since I paid and that dryer was obviously running slower and should not be used until refilled with whatever it needed. She responded quickly with a "no, because it wasn't her fault". I know it's not her fault the dryer smelled/worked like that but I had still paid and now had to pay twice because of something with THEIR machine. Now I know 1.50$ is not much but take 1.50$ from me, the next guy and the next guy etc. That's not including the washers, you see where this is going. I will not be returning and although my business will not affect them I think people should at least know how this business is being run. It's wrong. I also think if she wants to run her side business it should be done on her own time, not while she's on the clock and should be tending to her job. It not only affects the customer service reputation but it affects the cleanliness of it as well. She stays stuck in the snack store room area and this can be the result. I wasn't able to take a picture of the overflowing trash can because I took the pictures after she removed it. Right before I left she locked up the snack store area and took off through the back room. She had enough time to clean the lobby area but was stuck in the snack room on her phone and then left. read more
